Pros It’s Easy to track time worked . You can clock in when you get a call from home , more time gets accumulated. You get to clock in all your hours! Cons That more companies don’t use it . I think it should let you put your pay in it and then it calculates your est paycheck based off the hours worked . It's easy for anyone to understand and very intuitive for managing time effectively at work. Perhaps the UI design could be improved a bit, as it feels somewhat outdated. The page loading speed could also be fixed, but other than that, I have no problems and I think it's a very good platform. Pros What I like most about On the Clock is the simplicity of the platform, although time logging is often quite slow; many times it gets stuck loading without progressing until I reload the page.
