I have been in the field for 30+ years and with the provided "help" function I have been able to learn the system easily. The best "help" function I have used. Pros This product is user friendly and easy to train new employees for the job duties they are going to perform. The pre-scrub of claims is very helpful letting us know what errors the claim may have and we can fix on the front end and send the claim out clean. Cons I am still familiarizing myself with the reports that are in the system. In some cases I may have to run more than 1 report to gather all the data we are looking for.
