I utilize all the features daily, Pros JobDiva allows you to comment easily and see what other sales people and recruiters have done with both clients and candidates. This software actually works equally well on both the CRM and ATS side. Cons I dont like if you enter an event with a client it doesnt show in the notes and you have to enter a note as well. Also it would be helpful if you could run a report to see which clients and candidates had been contacted in the last 30 days and which hadnt. Pros Job Diva has the best and easy UI which makes it popular, because of its UI any new person can also have basic idea how it works just by looking the homepage. almost everything is properly places in specific places with differentiated tabs which makes easy to find your option. The CRM is ok - not as robust as a true CRM. I use the tool daily and am the administrator. Would like to start using the back office functionality. Pros Contains a lot of functionality for an ATS. Updates are frequent. Support is quick. Lots of options for webinar training. Cons No visibility into enhancement list. Documentation is not user friendly - have to know the terminology and functionality to find documentation. Response time - especially for BIs is often slow. Not all fields are available to BI. There is no way to keep track of New hires unless you use the on-boarding function - this is a serious flaw. Review Source sH seth H. It has made recruitment very easy for everyone as it allows to keep everything at one place. You can search all the candidates in your database and send them emails through mail merge. You can access all the requirements in your dashboard and everything you need as a recruiter. Pros \* one of the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) \* Most efficient in searching candidates. \* You can route the resume through other Job Boards to your JobDiva. \* You can place notes on candidates. \* Allows to save search strings. \* Has email merge option to send multiple mail. I am a recruiter and I need to know how to better articulate my jobs according the preferences of the candidate, in order to help someone get the job. Pros JobDiva provides deep integration for the applicants & things around them, which are of very high importance while speaking to a protective candidate. Having a short training on it important otherwise you are going to miss on some features. Cons The least improvised things in JobDiva are the small icons & their uses, I believe JobDiva has to be more interactive + should be more informative on the visual end. I'd love hire some UI/UX developers for you ;) When you try to work on express speeds, it is lags behind in those cases. I think this is what is giving us an edge from the other vendors. I can say that I am a satisfied user as I am able to hit my goals with JobDiva. Pros JobDiva has been a great help in my recruiting career. It has allowed check candidate engagement, check candidate status, mass mail, and source for quality leads. Pros I can't really think of anything that i would say i like most about this software, I think there could be a lot of things that were made better. Cons It was multiple things while using Jobdiva that were not the easiest way to do things or easiest ATS to use. If I don't know the answer its easy to ask for help! Pros It's very user friendly and easy to learn being someone who hasn't ever used this crm or software. I like that you have hyperlinks throughout the system to direct you to another page instead of having to use only the search bar. Cons I wish that when searching for a company it would generate all possibilities because it is difficult to know how team members at work put in a new company. For example I have a company Xvoyant I wish that when I searched XV it would generate possibilities and pull up Xvoyant. Also when we are in a company profile I wish that it would generate under company analytics all people and clients instead of us having to click show all clients and I wish recent communication would just be at the top instead of having to click that as well a couple times to show most current conversations.
