It’s efficient, reliable, and packed with smart features that save time and improve productivity. If you’re serious about recruiting and want a tool that actually works, JobDiva is a really good dang choice.

Pros

JobDiva is hands-down one of the best ATS and CRM systems for recruiters. The AI-powered candidate matching is incredibly accurate, making sourcing so much faster. The search functionality is top-tier, and it integrates seamlessly with job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools. It also has a great automation system that reduces manual work and improves efficiency. Customer support is responsive, and the system itself is reliable and fast.

Cons

The UI could use a slight refresh, it’s functional, but not the most modern-looking. Also, the learning curve is a bit steep at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing.

This tool is very helpful in integrating all the job boards at same place, it helps in managing the complete cycle of recruitment starting with Sourcing, interviewing, and initiating job offers until joining with the help of advanced functions and features it has, which further help recruiter to check the onboarding status, contract status and all over connect with the candidates very easily. Really Super liked job diva and wanted to use it until I will be connected with staffing and recruitment industry.

Pros

The most effective ATS software available in the market has multiple features to support onboarding, recruitment and HR operations effectively and efficiently. Job Diva provides us the best user interface which will further helps in pulling our performance reports, souring the talent using multiple job board integration, getting the active jobs by putting zip codes, getting the updates and follow up done by onboarding team and last but not the least coordination with different departments such as onboarding, presales and others very effectively and efficiently. This is the best tool that even new recruiters can grab very easily and quickly, and has a never-ending list of features and updates.

Cons

Nothing as of now, I didn't find any flaws and cons about this ATS.

Initially I have been using it as an applicant tracking system. But now mostly for performance review, feedback tracking, attendance monitoring. It is easy to use and flexible to modify any requests still in pending state.

Pros

I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well

Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them

I have been using job diva for 3+ years now and it was the tool of my career, i switched to a different tool but JobDiva has been the best amongst all. It helps recruitments and staffing companies a lot by acting as a master tool for end-to-end recruitment.

Pros

The best feature is the candidate search and and search filters. One of the most useful features is the candidate tracking features. The qualified section on the job diva search is very beneficial for recruitment industries. Also, the report dashboard is also very easy to keep track of performance.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike about, however, if it could be a bit AI enabled it would help a lot of recruiters.

Very good. Would recommend to other companies.

Pros

There are a lot of features that we have not even started to use yet. JobDiva has so much available that it makes it easy to custom fit to any companies needs. Customizability has been great and makes it easy to change things as our company's process grows. Customer service has been spot on and very responsive. They are always kind even if my questions seem trivial.

Cons

Learning how to run reports and build dashboards was a bit difficult and sometimes takes longer to build a report than I expect. Could be user error though.

The candidate tracking features are great, and I don't have to juggle between multiple tabs. Furthermore, it has the ability to streamline the recruitment and staffing process. I really appreciate its ease of use and the way it helps me manage candidate information and job openings efficiently.

I would really like it if it had the following features as well:1. The use of the (\*) operator in resume search so that I can create clean and simple Boolean strings.2. Some kind of AI integration that can match resumes to the posted job description.

JobDiva has many advantages but there are some drawbacks of this software such as, the cost of this tool can be expensive for small businesses and as there are a large number of features present in this software, before using it, we have to train the user to make them understand every feature.

Searching candidates on JobDiva was a treat. It gave me an exact match for what I was looking for. With integrating Jobdiva with Monster, it made our work a lot easier.

Cons

The User interface when i used JobDiva looked outdated. The mail merge used to take ages to load and the resume view the information was clustered together.

I have been using JobDiva for over 10 years and have always felt great having JobDiva as my primary ATS tool. The best thing I like about JobDiva is also the email merges where you have the opportunity to reach the maximum number of people in one short time and increase our productivity in real-time need.

There are many things I like about JobDiva to name a few are; best searching tools for candidates. It's search is very helpful and easy to use. It maintains an easy way to track applicants with the hiring and recruiting process. It helps track data for candidates/recruiters/employees and clients in the best fashion way.We can do the harvesting for maximum pull of candidates for current and future positions.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about this software. I have been using this job for over 10 years now and I strongly believe JobDiva is best.

First of all, I should say that I use Job Diva so much, that it has become like a 3rd hand or a personal assistant for me. I am in and out of it all day long, every day. It is literally the best recruitment software I have ever used in my 25+ years as a senior recruiter! It's modern, sleek, user-friendly, and the features are easy to access and relevant. Nothing is wasted. I enjoy the reporting functionality, and it interacts seamlessly with my team, clients, and candidates.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike in Job Diva.

I am using Job diva from the past one year and i am very much satisficed with it. Its helps me find very much resume in difficult times as well. whenever i am not able to find the resume i took help from the job string. Also i can review the profile of candidate in candidate pool no need to open the resume.

Pros

I like the employee pool of Job diva very much which is very large and also string some time when we are not able to find candidate with our string its suggest us the string which can help to find the candidates. Also we can see different resume of candidate according to years and also if we want to upload the resume we can also do that. The most important thing notes section which helps a recruiter alot from where a person can know within his organization who reached to that candidate already and what is candidate looking for on the market.

Cons

their is no filtration for C2C candidate which make the work little difficult and details of candidate which are wrong and added by their employer.
