overall, I have been working in eRSP for many years I love exploring and learning all the new features added. I enjoy a challenge trouble shooting problems in eRSP before I give up and call support for help. At that point I face palm myself and graciously accept a new challenge when it comes. I am impressed on the bounce back after the security breach, even though it took a while eRSP returned with great improvements.

Pros

I like that there are always improvements being made for the better. I enjoy that I can work on eRSP wherever I go, on practically any device I have at hand.

Cons

The app seems to always be the problem with the caregivers. It loads quite often for long periods of time. I do prefer to teach new hires and use the Web version vs the app. "Network failure" often.

User-friendly and efficient tool has helpful features and clear layout, Great for scheduling and updates

Pros

I like the real-time updates and how easy it was to track caregiver shifts and client details in one place.

Cons

The clock-in feature in the app can be unreliable at times. This sometimes causes issues for both staff and payroll, requiring manual adjustments.

Over all - positive. If i made a mistake, I could fix it.

Pros

Multiple ways to do the same thing. Multiple ways to view info, the ability to add notes once and have it appear on both client and aide's notes

Cons

It took me a bit of time to get used to it. I was not a daily user and I had to constantly write notes till I used it more frequently. I was terrified i would make a mistake and delete everything.

For the most part, eRSP has been meeting our current needs. We are forced to perform several payroll and billing report tasks manually due to the limitations of report creation. It is one size fits all unless you pay for the customization, which can take a while.

Pros

eRSP has the setup for our unique industry. Most timekeeping platforms don't provide the features and customization that we require for daily operation. eRSP has provided our staff the ability to clock in and clock out wherever they are working in the community. Employees can complete shift reports directly on the app and record their mileage directly on each shift.

Cons

The eRSP crash last year left us crippled. Although most bugs are fixed now, there were several months of bugs that cost us time and money to work around. This caused headaches for our staff and admin teams. The customization is great, but it can take a long time to develop and implement.

I would say user friendly, as I have only been using it for a year with the company I’m with.

Pros

The ease of access for administrators. Along with how quick customer Service is to reply when needed. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing!

Cons

The constant updates that don’t allow CG’s to sign in or out properly. The updates that require a certain phone model in order to operate.

We have been using eRSP for several years now, and it has only improved over time.

Pros

I appreciate that there are continuous updating and improvements, making the app and website increasingly intuitive.

Cons

The user interface is somewhat bland, but as it is evolving it is getting to be a slicker and smoother experience. Also, the form builder is somewhat limited and there is a charge to make custom forms not available on the form builder.

Overall, the software does what is needed to schedule caregivers, offer a way for staff to see their schedules and keep client records. We are in the process of utilizing electronic visit verification to also be compliant with state requirements for MediCal recipients who are given grants for home care.

Pros

The software is easy to navigate and is user friendly. Caregivers with little or no experience with technology find it easy to use.

Cons

Support staff response time is sometimes slow.

Our overall experience was good. The system enabled our agency to navigate and process the necessary data. eRSP is a very complex system that can be a tremendous benefit for a homecare agency.

Pros

The platform provided efficiency with all aspects of our operations. It provided for efficient scheduling and client information.

Cons

There were a few limitations with respect to parsing the data at times. It would be great to be able to have more options with viewing the client/caregiver schedules in different formats.
