From the beautiful map and website they are creating to the one on one training you receive, ResNexus ticked all of the boxes for us. Thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] The ResNexus team turned what could have been a nightmare into a piece of cake.

Pros

While new software programs can be intimidating, ResNexus is user friendly even to someone that has never used any type of booking/reservation system. A cloud based, multi property system and an integrated website means better customer retention. As well as being able to view and export revenue or occupancy reports on the go if needed. Individual log-ins with separate security clearance for multiple users means our GM can run a more secure staff.

Cons

To date only two. 1. There is not a choice of Director or Owner listed for security clearance. GM is the the top . I would like to see a more graduated clearance. All access for Owner or Director, then slightly less for a GM. 2. The ability to integrate with a gate system.

Overall experience over the last 6 years has been excellent. I value their customer support and website team. I especially enjoy the training academy that they put on every year where many innkeepers can meet, network, learn and give feedback for the continuous improvement of this software. In particular, I love that Resnexus listens.

I honestly can not fault them. If you are thinking of changing your system, contact them and get a demo. You will not be disappointed in changing at all.

Pros

Started using ResNexus last October and wow so glad we did. Easy to use and great functions. Support from them is fantastic. We found things on the system we needed and as soon as we asked, they are only willing to work with us and accommodate our requirements. They are there for you as a client every step of the way, from the start, training, helping, advice and listening to you. Pricing is cheaper than most.

Cons

Nothing as any problems or niggles that came, once informed ResNexus they solved it.

### "A Real Life Saver for a Very Happy Customer"

I love that I can access and take reservations on my cell phone no matter where in the world I am.

Pros

I first got ResNexus when I married my husband, who is a pastor, as his church was 45 miles from my B&B, and we spent half our time at the parsonage. With Res Nexus, I was able to manage, update, and take reservations no matter where I was. We also travel a lot, and ResNexus is a life saver when we're on the road, out of state or even country as I can access it anywhere at anytime. It's easy to use, and the features are ideal for tracking and communicating with guests, especially return visitors. I have been with them for 16 years and am very happy with their product and customer service.

Cons

I have no cons to list. I am completely content with the software.

### "Best product for our small business many years"

I can't remember when we started with Resnexus, at least 6 years ago, to allow us to enter into the world of online reservations. It has done a great job of that and so much more. The team is always ready to help us with questions or problems and continue to add new programs and features to improve the overall scope and quality. We don't pay for that which we don't feel serves our business well so the fact that we have continued with Resnexus says volumes! Thanks for a great product and great service.

Pros

It's comprehensiveness and ease of use.

Cons

Well, it would always be fun if it weren't so expensive. I have a hard time finding the place to print out an arrival folio for our guests to sign at check in. We still use the program our son wrote for us for that particular print project and occasionally I can't get into that program and have to print something suitable from Resnexus. We don't like the look and info. provided on Resnexus's form as well and as I said, I have to search around each time to find where that form is. Our program has the option to print the day's arrival folios with one click and that would be nice.

### "Best Reservation Software Ever!"

This software is user friendly and saves so much time regarding incoming reservations! Every aspect of the reservation system for a motel is completely covered and then some! Reports are numerous and very helpful with financial, occupancy and communication aspects of business. Buying the software though without excellent support isn't worth much. The Resnexus team is great at answering questions and providing assistance when you need it. It's a win win for everyone involved. We have had other software companies try to recruit us but quite frankly, we have no interest in converting to someone else. We are extremely satisfied!!

Pros

User friendly, complete with extras. I love the way there is always something new; something done better to make the system work better for us. The Resnexus team is great at listening to what people's needs are and responding to them!

Cons

minor glitches that Resnexus is always on top of and makes it a point to fix right away.

### "Everything I need in one place"

The staff is personable and skilled in their roles. Resnexus is continually creating new ways to grow my bottom line.

Pros

All in one marketing, reservation and reporting, ease of use and mobility allows me to operate seamlessly, with a professional image while operating anywhere I need to be. I tried other systems for less money but saw my numbers increase significantly with my return to Resnexus.

Cons

Initially I didn't want to make the investment. It is well worth the money.

The ResNexus software runs a huge percentage of all the functions of my business allowing me to focus on the marketing and goodwill of my business rather than spending hours on the things that are not revenue positive about running a business. ResNexus has my back office covered.

Pros

Most days I feel like the software was written or created just for me because it addresses every situation with ease that comes before me because of our business. Keep in mind that a big portion of our business occurs in the country of Mexico. This complicates things because we are now dealing with the tax filings in 4 separate taxing districts in two countries. Two cities and two federal governments. The software handles it like a champ.

I can’t think of anything that bothers me about the software

Seamless integration with other on-line booking agents so I only have to manage one calendar.

Cons

For a business of my size (2 guest rooms) there are many options I don't need and don't use. I wish there was a simpler version for a reduced fee tailored for the very small lodging properties.

### "Kickstart RV Software"

Building a new RV Park and choosing the best possible online solution was imperative. We selected Resnexus based on their feature rich software, competitive pricing, and responsive customer service. Our visit to Resnexus in Salem, Utah was the clincher. We had worried about marketing and building the business but thanks to the power of a Resnexus web site linked to Resnexus hospitality software we spent very little on marketing. We discovered that most guests found us on Google and quickly were linked to our web site and other contact information. Couldn't have imagined a better first year to our RV Park thanks to Resnexus.

Pros

During season I use the software many times daily to assist guests with registration, changes, cancellations and refunds. All of this can be done quickly using the grid and other easy to access screens. I love being able to use my phone or computer to give me full access to features. I literally take the office with me wherever I am.

Cons

We were a new startup and developing our web site to interface seamlessly with Resnexus was the biggest challenge.

ResNexus has been very valuable to the success of our small Boutique Inn. We could have never dreamed that our reservations coming in could go as smoothly from worldwide travelers! The system allows us to be better productive innkeepers! Resnexus is a wonderful company and we love our Red Carpet Specialist \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] ResNexus is much more than a reservation management company.. they are people helping people.. family!

Pros

We love that this system is integrated with the OTAs and that our calendar works with them as well as the ease of the booking engine. Guests can select rooms with ease and can be booked in seconds. It is very secure as well.

Cons

Really haven’t experienced any negative yet with software system.

The best!

Pros

The system is user friendly and it was remarkably easy to transition from RezOvation to ResNexus. Tried Eviivo much to my dismay and Think, no comparison. What has been the best is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the technical and immediate assistance available at ResNexus. Best technical support ever.

Cons

There are no features that I dislike. It was relatively easy to integrate other booking platforms, i.e., booking.com and authorize to connect with InnPayment. The integration with bookings is flawless with NO double bookings or charging errors.

Over all I really think that it's a great program it's one of the easier ones to train new employees on and I really like it.

Pros

I like that it's pretty straightforward. There are a lot of things to learn but they make it so that it's an easy process . Also being able to login when I'm away from my desk is great.

Cons

That at times there were issues with the program freezing and causing my job to become a bit harder. Also learning the payment input was a bit harder for me

Overall very good, or else I would go elsewhere.

Pros

This software does almost everything and more. If you are just looking for a simple booking engine, you might be better off with a cheaper package elsewhere. We have lots of moving parts so for us, we use a lot of the features. There are still features we dont use as well!

Cons

It can be difficult to figure out basic things like minimum nights. But the support desk is very helpful. Also, I have asked for years for a basic feature upgrade, (to make different colored backgrounds customizable) to deaf ears.

We switched to ResNexus from another reservation system a few years ago. ResNexus' system is easy to use and they are constantly improving it. I also attend their annual training at their headquarters to make sure I am taking advantage of all their system has to offer. Finally, all the people I have encountered at ResNexus have been knowledgeable and responsive.

Easy of use Comprehensive Responsive support

I like everything about the ResNexus software.
