Pros

I love how easy it is to recognize fellow co workers. I also love the GIFs that are offered to spruce up the posts!

Cons

Theres really nothing that is bad or that I like least. If I had to be nit picky about something, maybe the app could be a little easier to navigate, but its not really hard to by any means.

Not consider hourly people in the recognition program. All people should be available to recieve this.

2 out of 5 rating. there are some areas to improve and more sales on gift cards > some of the items/products are ridiculous, Im not sure if others are buying regularly, but I think it costs money to bring those items in, were giftcards should be more then sufficient.

Pros

I mean its alright - it does allow you to write a recognition

Cons

1\. you cant boost recognitions in any increment you want (if you have 1500 points available you cannot boost because it requires 2500 points ONLY) 2. you dont get any notification on catalogue items that go on sale, so if you want to buy a gift card on sale, you must look all the time. 3. you cant tell who else a recognition has been shared with, I receive a recognition, was it shared with my manager, should i share it with my manager, could it become a duplicate share, I dont know.

all in all, "Facebook for employees," and a fun way to share goals, let alone recognizing others for their hard work.

Pros

Very easy to post/shout out to coworkers and share recognitions. Also very easy to redeem points for rewards and other products.

Cons

only had issues with logging in, not sure if it was Achievers or the company itself making changes or updates. Also, with transferring points, it sometimes took longer to receive them despite meeting the requirements to earn them.

I like the fact that it is easy to navigate the site. The reward points are an incentive and good most of the time.

Cons

sometimes you have to search more than you may want too. The Points are still a downer as they are sometimes limited

Pros

I really appreciate the kudos Achievers program because it adds an extra layer of recognition and motivation to my work. It's always nice to feel valued and having something to look forward to, whether it's the simple acknowledgment or the opportunity to redeem points makes the day-to-day experience even more positive. It's a good moral booster and reminds us of our efforts are seen

Cons

One thing that could enhance the program even more is adjusting the point system to make larger rewards more attainable. While I appreciate the opportunity to earn it sometimes feels like it takes a significant amount of time to reach a bigger reward. A more balanced structure could make the program even more motivating and rewarding.

It's very simple to use and gives the opportunity to shout out those who support you. I have never needed to ask how to use it, that just means it's effective for what I need and very self explanatory. I love getting the feedback, giving the feedback and have not not used all my points for a single month for over a year. Got to give them out and it drives me to ensure I recognise people which is important in this day and age.

Pros

With the fast paced world of operations, the ability to leave instant praise for someone is amazing. It's easy to use, very straight forward but what matters most it recognises my team (and my extended team). I also apprecate the monthly reports that I get as a manager that tells me if my team are utilisig the platform. This means I can encourage them to utilise it, it makes someone's day to hear that they are recognised and this allows you to do that. From Birthday shout outs, to praising an excellent job done, it often puts a smile on someone's face. I also really enjoy the GIFs!

Cons

I never know what to do with my points, whether it's better to get vouchers or get the product. I also think it would be good to have something to recognise those people who use their points month on month - maybe bonus points available if you use all your points over a six month period - rewarding those users. Finally, don't think it's an Achievers issue - but paying tax on rewards is a real pain.. that could be a local law thing rather than an issue with Achievers though. Also the feeds can be a little clunky, sometimes I see just mine, sometimes I see my org, sometimes I see my team. Wish there was clearer tabs to select which feed I would see. Finally sometimes I want to recognise loads of people with points, but can't split my points into less than 250 pockets. Appreciate you want to make your gift significant, but even 50 points may show enough to make someone smile.

I use Achievers on a daily basis. To recognize teammates for exceptional behaviors, thank collaborators, show gratitude to teammates who have helped me succeed in anything. I also use Achievers to distribute sales incentive contest prizes in the form for recognize points distribution. This is a way to award good behavior and to honor our sales teammates for achieving their goals.

Pros

The ability to Recognize teammates for exceptional behavior that goes beyond an email or chat. The community feed is what I like most about Achievers. I am able to see, celebrate, and feel the comradery of teammates across the organization and globe, that I would not otherwise have visibility to. Achievers makes working for a large organization feel like a family.

Cons

There is no leaderboard/dashboard to see who is the most recognized teammate or who is doing the most recognizing of others.

It has been a great journey on recognizing my colleagues and good place to navigate different screens to appreciate coworkers achievements. Also, it is easy to withdraw the coupons any time from anywhere if you have app installed on mobile.

Pros

The achievers runs very smoothly, no glitch and the interface is veer easy to understand and user friendly. It is very easy to recognize my colleagues without having to re-log on to my desktop if I have already shutdown for the day.

Cons

Sometimes it keeps me logging of in the middle of sending out a recognition. I believe this issue happened after updating to recent version.

Pros

I like the ability to recognize coworkers through multiple different platforms (website, Teams, etc). I also like the ability to redeem your reward points for actual gift cards, merchandise, etc. I think the ability to share your recognition with others and send a copy to their manager is especially nice.

Cons

I don't like how we don't have the ability to send each other recognition with points. I think it reduces the incentive for employees to recognize one another.

That birthdays and anniversaries are voluntary, so I have to create my own cards when the person hasn't opted in. I also wish I could share my points with others.

Cons

X-amount of recognitions and boosts should qualify someone to go under review for an Mahalo Aloha, Bravo Zulu or Better Way Award. Then the management can review the pool for approval.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like were the market place plus items. I don't like how they use more points, but I understand why.
