### "Great customer service agent."

Tebra has been ok, it gets the job done. In my experience with Tebra’s customer service agents, I have never met anyone as excellent, empathetic, and passionate about getting the work done as \[sensitive content hidden\]. He called back on a Friday, even after his shift was over, and he stayed on to solve the pending problem, which he did due to his skills and patience. Throughout the call, he was patient and even solved another impromptu problem. He needs to be hired to train those other customer service agents. I had called some weeks ago for assistance with setting up my insurance portal. This agent spoke to me like I was a child; you could hear him puffing air as if he had somewhere to be. When I signed up to use Tebra, the trainer had a thick accent and was so impatient. Others were ready to pass the job on in a short while, especially if they couldn't solve it on the first try.

Pros

It's just like other EHRs, gets the job done. Once my contract is up, I am moving to another, so I can keep my overhead cost lower.

Cons

The cost, the upcharge/increase ever so often, you are already one of the most expensive anyway, EHR, you have a high cost for simple things that should be free, like an AI assistant.

### "BUYER BEWARE: NOT FIT FOR SMALL OR LARGE MEDICAL PRACTICES!"

Over the three years I was with this company, it was bought out twice, each time bringing more instability rather than improvement. Their clearinghouse was so unreliable that I had to resort to conducting billing directly through insurance portals just to get claims processed. Customer support was consistently unhelpful, and there was never any attempt to ask why I was leaving—because the issues are well known, and they simply don’t care to address them. The lack of accountability and functionality made staying unsustainable, and moving on was the best decision.

Pros

Tebra offers a fairly decent charting system, which can be a positive aspect of the platform. However, unless you have dedicated assistance, transitioning away from it comes at a steep price—potentially costing thousands just to obtain your own data. This makes the system feel more like a financial trap than a truly provider-friendly solution.

Cons

Tebra presents itself as a comprehensive solution for providers, yet in reality, it falls short in every critical area. The clearinghouse consistently rejects claims, making the billing process inefficient and unreliable. Additionally, the requirement to download a desktop version just to conduct billing is outdated and inconvenient. To make matters worse, customer service is unresponsive, often taking days or even weeks to provide assistance. This platform fails to deliver on its promises, creating more frustration than solutions.

So far okay. I don't have major complaints but dealing with other EMR/EHR's I can see the difference in others compared to what Tebra offers.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. Even if you are a first time user it is pretty easy to figure out where things are.

Cons

I would prefer things like the patient intake forms and create a patient to be on the dashboard when I first sign in. I wish there were other versions and customization options based on practice type outside of just note templates.

Overall, I have found Tebra to be efficient and effective in the sense that it has been simple and easy to navigate when creating a note.

Pros

Tebra was easy to use and was simple to figure out how to use the system. Very user friendly as opposed to other systems. Also the AI mechanisms allow for the note to look more professional and corrects any errors that I may make accidently while typing.

Cons

Only con was somtimes in the middle of a note if the note had been open for too long the system would shut off and I would lose some of my note.

Pros

I was kinda thrown into billing in our office. I would not have made it if not for the ease of use of the Tebra product. There Customer Support is outstanding! Two thumbs way up!!

Cons

Bugs and issues are always a frustration, and we realize Tebra is an internet based company but when the weather is bad and we lose internet.... frustrating. Why can't Tebra coax Mother Nather to straighten up! LOL

Overall I have been very satisfied with Tebra. It is much better than the previous system (Practice Studio) by Micro Four that I used for 16 years.

Pros

The ability to create text shortcuts and create a note with tremendous speed. We all know how important it is to create a fast and complete SOAP note.

Cons

The ability to print a series of notes from date to date. It only prints the 10 most recent notes. Therefore, you have to print each and every note individually.

My product is lacking many things I am sorry. It is not what it seemed. It has been virtually impossible to get Cologuard, LapCorp and Akumin incorporated in my product as it should have been. The only lab I have is Quest.

Pros

It is easy to navigate. Price is reasonable. Customer care is attentive but things are done with a lot of run around. Sometimes you will find someone who would help right away though

Cons

It is very problematic to find codes. Once you are done with coding you can't go back to make addendums. It is taking me a year to be able to incorporate LabCorp. It is not able to incorporate COLOGUARD tests It is not able to incorporate an imagine account (AKUMIN) so I can review imagine test results in Tebra

Overall my experience with Tebra has been positive. I have only been using it for a few months and have found that the online support is extremely helpful, including screenshots, and most of the issues I have encountered are more due to my lack of knowledge than the product.

Pros

Tebra is so easy to use and the customer support is top notch. I can normally find answers to all of my questions in Tebra U. The few times I've had to call, the person I spoke with was patient, made sure they clearly understood my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know.

Cons

I don't like that I can't change the payer on a claim once it's been sent. Having to add new insurance as a secondary once it's been attached to a claim can sometimes be confusing.

My experience with Tebra is fantastic. I have used a lot of different EMR systems, but Tebra is by far the best! I am able to manage when my patients are coming and what they need before the appointment even starts! If I ever need to, I can go back and look at patient records if I'm ever doing an injection. It's absolutely phenomenal!

Pros

I love how I am able to guide through the Tebra system with ease! I have never had a problem with it since I have gained access!

Cons

I don't have anything I dislike! I think the only thing I don't really like is just the lay out of the Notes. That is really it.

Nothing. I initially thought that it was an adequate billing software. I struggled to build reports and to track claims in it.

It took a few uses to get used to it but now it's very user friendly. Have only needed customer service once but they were SO helpful and really knowledgeable without a lot of fluff - definitely respectful of my time.

Overall easy to use and easy to bill. Patients find the video helpful and really reliable as long as there's a good internet/cellular connection.

Cons

I wish the app would let me send controlled substances, for on the go work, and I wish there was a voice dictation option

Extremely upsetting. One would think that if their employees receive a paycheck that they would at least care that I have not.

Pros

I wouldn't know. It is 3 months in, have been paying complete monthly charge and still in my training period.

Cons

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Still waiting for training. We have called, emailed, sent carrier pigeons and nothing. Cancelled patients one morning waiting for a zoom call; no one called. Two weeks later \[sensitive content hidden\] apologized saying she had the wrong date on her calendar. Going to another company.

Overall I am very happy with Tebra. Cost is a big downfall. When I have had a problem setting up the prescribing system, Tebra was very responsive and helpful. I did not have difficulty connecting with help.

Pros

Tebra offers several charting tools that are very helpful. It is easy to use the prescribing tool in particular. Response to questions/problems was excellent.

Cons

The cost. Especially for someone who has a very limited practice. It would be better if there was a sliding scale based on volume of use. It would also be better to have more rating scales to give to patients, ie CAARS;YMRS;etc.

Tebra is a great records system for busy clinicians. It gets easier the more I use it. I believe it's offering great value for the money we spend.

Pros

I like the ease of use, especially when providing progress notes and the excellent customer support, which is very helpful during busy workdays. The training opportunities are also an added bonus.

Cons

What I like least is not being able to see future appointments on the same screen as the calendar but they are all available on the demographics page

So great! I'm so pleased with it. It's one of the easier systems I've used. The flow and aesthetic is great as it's more updated looking than other systems. The tabs are easy to flow and very intuitive.

Pros

I prefer Tebra over the other EMR system we're using. Very easy. Free typing which is great. Easy to see my schedule, it's very clearly outlined. I love being able to pull through my old notes so I can review while I'm typing new ones. It's so easy and the layout is very clear to follow.

Cons

I don't like how when I open my dashboard, it never shows the current day. I have to click "go to today" in order for it to show the right day.
