Using Miro has been a journey full of success and our investment on this product is bearing us great fruits. We have been able to develop a very productive culture of working on and managing our projects. With Miro, we are able to visualize our work when developing games and this helps us get focused on building very effective and well designed games for our projects.

Pros

Miro unites us when at our workplace by giving us an excellent shared workspace where we collaborate on our games development projects. It also allows us to have clear visualization of the entire games development cycle from planning to the final product. We love using it as it help us organize and plan our work using gantt charts, flowcharts and other product maps. We mainly benefit by staying committed and focused on the right and most important work. It gives us easy to use dashboards where we are able to visualize all our tasks by drawing diagrams to represent them.

Cons

Miro interface is a little complicated and we actually struggled a bit to understand it. But we are glad how the support team took us through the entire journey and they made everything get easier for us.

Miro can adapt to nearly any circumstance and is very user-friendly. It doesn't restrict your innovative process and is simple to communicate to coworkers. With Miro, we now have a central hub for cross-departmental brainstorming and project development. This facilitates better content management and comprehension.

I feel like I'm only using a small portion of the capabilities, the price is a little high, and the board organization is terrible, so I often wonder whether a cheaper, simpler solution might suffice.

Miro is usually the ideal choice for my brainstorming and research sessions, with a highly user-friendly interface and enough of area for thoughts. I also like the process in Miro, as well as the templates and possibilities it provides. I enjoy the amount of information you can maintain on the board; the board provides a nice overview and makes group work easier; sticky notes and frames are particularly useful. It's fantastic to be able to design dashboards that aggregate all of the information, allowing you to view the large picture while focusing on the minutiae.

Cons

Research category divides within a dashboard should be more defined, and frames may include more color options or their own identities. Miro might also provide better tools for exporting individual notes or references. Text boxes only allow for a limited amount of text; occasionally more than bullets are required, and it would be ideal if the text box could store an entire A4 page of text; it is hard to utilize earlier boards since active boards are restricted.

We love Miro and think it's a fantastic roadmapping and collaboration tool. I highly recommend it to any remove departments that need to work closely with each other and stay in lock-step.

Pros

It's fairly easy to use; it has a lot of helpful functionality. We use it for personas, product inception canvases, roadmapping, integration with Jira tickets is wonderful; displaying the full roadmap with details; charts, etc. We love this tool and it's helping us be successful and collaborative in a remote world.

Cons

The security is frustrating. We have an Enterprise license and you can't even view a page unless you have a license AND you're invited as part of that specific team. All enterprise users should be able to see any board if it's shared with them.

We have been getting the best experience with Miro one which we have never complained about. It allows us to bring our projects on tabs which allows us to take control over what happens and when. It allows to monitor project work and compare them with the plans to see whether we are heading to the right direction. This allows us to finish projects within the budget and timelines.

Pros

Miro has become a part and parcel of our daily work and the reason for this is how incredible it is in helping us manage our workflow. It gives us all the resources we need to formulate excellent work plans which includes Gannt charts to help us perform our work strategically. And to make it even better, Miro allows us to come together as a team and collaborate on our tasks which is an exceptional way of ensuring work efficiency and productivity.

Cons

Miro has many great features which are all easy to use. However, with such a back load of features, the dashboard does not look clean and can be confusing at times.

O Miro é uma lousa em branco com utilidades infinitas. Auxilia na criação dos projetos do início ao fim, desde o brainstorming até mesmo o cronograma e fluxo do projeto. Até mesmo com esboços e para mostrar o avanço do projeto sem precisar ficar enviando por fora. Além de tudo isso, é muito intuitivo e fácil de usar.

Cons

Devo confessar que até hoje eu não consigo descrever algo que não gosto no Miro. Até mesmo quando tem inúmeras imagens, não trava. É muito leve e simples de usar.

Miro is a portable and functional whiteboard app. We can now put things into some kind of order that makes sense.

Cons

Because of Miro's per-user licensing structure, everyone who wants to work together on a project must chip in. The issue is that you cannot invite individuals for the sole purpose of reading without purchasing a license for each individual user.

Miro offers us with the best visualization tools which makes it easy to us to visualize our projects in order to have clear understanding on how the projects are progressing. With Miro, were able to collaborate with the other teams who are working remotely without any interferences.

Pros

Using Miro to facilitate our projects has been so far our greatest achievement and we love it how we could use it easily any time we need to. Miro has tight security so no chances of loosing any project related file. It is very flexible and allowed us to set it up in our own way which we felt could make it more useful to us. Miro Gantt charts has been very reliable in scheduling our project work. Another thing we find useful is how it help us to connect and share files and information easily and securely. Plus, being able to track our project progress has been of huge importance to us.

Cons

Nothing in particular. Miro has been superb in what it does and we cannot complain literally about anything.
