### "Miro - Review"

January 19, 2026

4.0

Our experience with Miro has been excellent. This product enables seamless collaboration, supports creative problem-solving, and keeps my team aligned, especially in and out of the office.

Pros

What our company likes most about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration. Our teams can brainstorm, plan, and share their ideas in real-time when they are out in the field.

Cons

Overall, our company finds very few downsides to this product. If I were to mention one thing it would have to be, there can be a small learning curve and occasional performance issues with very large boards.

### "Miro Miro on the wall"

November 17, 2025

4.0

I used this application for a graduate course. Our group utilized this platform as a white board for brainstorming, large scale collaborations, and organization. Overall it was easy to use but difficult when it came to selecting data and moving it to another space like canva or excel. I cannot speak to the cost because it was included in of costs for our course at SCAD.

Pros

My favorite thing about Miro was the scalability that was included in a space. It really allowed for brainstorming to be mapped around a specific point without having the raw thought or concept lost in a bulleted format. I also liked I could see real time my classmates working and track any changes that were made.

Cons

The difficulty in copying information that was pasted from other group members. We needed it to see some work in this space but we couldn’t manipulate it the way we could in other applications.

### "A collaborative tool"

August 1, 2025

4.0

Pros

its collaborative and easy to use once people get the hang of it. The projects and the data are not lost even after the project is over.

Cons

Initially it takes time to get used to it. It seems its plug and play but the nuances like locking and editing are tricky.

### "Great tool to map out diagrams"

June 9, 2025

5.0

I love it. The team mostly uses Figma to build roadmaps. I was having trouble with it so I switch to Miro, however, I'm solely using it for strategy diagrams for now.

Pros

How easy it is to start using. I didn't need a tutorial, granted I've used Figma to draw out digrams which is way harder to learn and perfect.

Cons

Just like Figma, why Is it so hard to zoom in and out as well as move throughout the board. There needs to be an easier way to do this. I always lose the board that I'm working on.

Switched from

[FigJam](https://www.capterra.com/p/265222/FigJam/)

I switch from Figma Jam and Figma were too complicated to use. The learning curve is too high. The other team members still use Figjam.

### "Decent diagramming, missing some features, better than Visio"

June 9, 2025

4.0

Overall, good diagramming software. I wish AWS icons/templates were already included. The integration with Jira is good. Price is okay with the starter plan.

Pros

I like the diagramming/whiteboarding functionality. I like being able to share the board. Basic flowchart is good. I like the emphasis on collaboration. Works with Jira.

Cons

I wish the AWS templates were included. It is a pain to upgrade plans for some AWS icons. Lucidchart is better for this part. The fish bone template needs improvement. I wish I could embed timelines into slide decks/presentations. I wish I could use "tab" to add to the mind map.

### "Simple, visual and reliable, helps me plan QA work without extra effort."

September 15, 2025

4.0

I have started with the free version and I loved it, but as it has limits, sometimes I need more boards and features, so now I have a paid version and I do recommend it.

Pros

Great tool, easy to use, free plan covers QA tasks and helps me stay organized. I use it specially to have a visual of different user path and flows, and it is very useful.

Cons

Being able to build clear diagrams to represent user flows, makes it easy to review and spot test case gaps.

### "A powerful platform which is a constant tool I use is my daily work"

November 22, 2024

4.0

My go-to platform which I enjoying working on and using to collaborate with colleagues.

Pros

Miro is a great visual tool to work from! I love that it's super easy to collaborate with colleagues using it (it's really helpful to use during group sessions or workshops!) and there are a ton of different features - even after using it for a couple of years I presume I'm still only scratching the surface of its capabilities. Besides being a fab tool for collaborative working, Miro is an all round handy platform to work from - whether that's to capture your initial draft thoughts on a project, to put together a project timeline, or to vote on actions as a group, the chances are that Miro can help you to document and achieve your goals

Cons

A frustration of mine is that large Miro boards with a lot of content on them can seemingly take forever to load, especially when you have a few of these open. Another drawback is the fact that scrolling around the board can be a dizzying experience for some users.

### "Replaces brown paper exercises for brand planning in a virtual environment"

January 28, 2025

5.0

It offers a unique experience for planning large complex processes. An endless boundary-less sheet of virtual paper to plan upon. Relatively straight forward to use for beginners.

Pros

The endless canvass for planning purposes. Accessibility for multiple people to work on a plan at the same time in real time.

Cons

The switching between the pointer and the hand to move the canvass around is slow, along with the sliders being very small to move the canvass.

### "Miro enchances teamwork with seamless integrations"

October 6, 2025

5.0

We has been satisfied with Miro so far overall. Its great tool for collaboration and creativity. mainly used to draw AWS Cloud architecture diagrams to visualize and future plan of architecture. Their aws icons make it super easy.

Pros

What I like about Miro is how flexible and easy to use. The digital whiteboard is super intuitive, which makes brainstorming and organizing ideas a breeze. There are tons of templates for things like mind maps and flowcharts, so you don't have to start from scratch.

Cons

nothing much of dislike or inconvenience about Miro but little think i can mention is that its UI or like features can be overwhelming at first because of many features and options.

### "Un outil pratique"

May 25, 2025

4.0

Cons

LE COÛT PEUT MONTER POUR LES GRANDES ÉQUIPES OU POUR ACCÉDER AUX TEMPLATES PREMIUM. ET QUAND LE TABLEAU EST TROP CHARGÉ, LA NAVIGATION PEUT RALENTIR UN PEU.

### "Best tool for bringing ideas together"

April 21, 2025

5.0

Miro provides me easy tools for creating product ideas comparing prototype with endless panning. It's like having a big whiteboard the size of a room where you can keep ideating all your scattered ideas.

Pros

Miro is one of the best product ideation tool i have ever used with my team. The endless screen extension just works perfectly on wider screens

Cons

I would speak specifically on the limited seat available for the free version of the team plan. I once once a paid users and lost access to my files after membership expiration which was not cool

I really appreciate to work with Mirro. The sync work and the boards with simultaneous group work makes the life very easy. As we develop many projects with different teams and different companies, the mirror helps a lot to deal with the brain storms, development projects until final conclusion.

Pros

### "Great tool for collaboration - could use minor ease-of-use adjustments "

September 25, 2024

4.0

This is a great planning and drafting tool for a team that desires flexibility and a less restrictive collaboration experience. The visuals are fun and engaging in a way that adds to the client experience when conducting exercises with external parties, as well. Some additional duplication and connection features would speed up the mapping process, however with time users become accustomed to the functionality and, overall, the tools are quite workable.

Pros

The navigation between screens and shared viewing/user tracking are extremely intuitive and allow for co-working without requiring a restrictive experience via single-user screenshare.

Cons

The text organization and merging of mapping items could be more intuitive. For users that are particular about the cleanliness of their visuals, expect to take some time to revisit your work to create a uniform experience.

The platform is flexible, easy to use, and simple because Miro is a great visualization tool that makes it easy to collaborate on creating charts. It helps in creating workflows and other designs easily and securely. It supports integrations with major cloud storage solutions and office suites. On top of that, it provides a decent free plan, which is sufficient for basic usage.

Pros

Miro reduces the time spent on testing, deploying, setting up, and implementing multiple specialized tools. It streamlines workflow, making it more effective and easily managed within a single product, effortlessly.

Cons

Miro is a highly useful tool for collaborative whiteboarding and diagramming. Its cloud-based platform and vast range of tools enable teams to create high-quality visuals and work together effectively, even when operating remotely

### "The best virtual whiteboarding tool"

November 2, 2024

Miro is great! I have used a few virtual whiteboard tools and Miro is definitely the best in terms of features, ease of collaboration and templates.

Pros

It is really intuitive to use and has so many great features. The miroverse is amazing for finding templates for retros, and other collaboration boards created by the community

Cons

It is quite an expensive tool to use. As a company we have not been able to afford to have everyone in the company on a contributors licence which has been difficult

### "The swiss knife for team work and process design"

September 8, 2024

5.0

I use for live notes, mind maps, process drawings and presentation design. It's a very versatile tool, super powerfull when you need simplicity and team work.

Pros

The native cloud approach. This is really a space for collaboration. More i like the versatility to "digest" any kind of information, file, image.

Cons

With complex boards it can get slow. I also would like a function to update image links. This is something missing.

### "Excelente para mapas/fluxos interativos no dia dia do trabalho"

November 10, 2024
