Pros

We use SiteCapture for several purposes, from site surveys for roofing, solar, batteries, & generators, to funding packages sent to lenders and photos for third party inspections. Our team leads are able to create different templates for our various user and job types in SiteCapture, ensuring the correct photos are taken for each application. We also appreciate the high resolution that's maintained, bulk downloads, and timestamps.

Cons

The creation of templates is a little confusing, and it could be easier to "deactivate", overwrite or delete old templates that aren't relevant any longer. Also, a quick option to send a new invite email or link to an existing user would be helpful. Currently, if a user loses their login details, we have to go in and manually change their password from the office rather than a more secure link/email sent directly to the user.

I've been utilizing SiteCapture in the last four years with my company and overall the experience has been good. Other than the frustrations of not being able to find entries at times, everything else works smoothly

Pros

I enjoy the ability to build out templates so the information required can be added/removed as needed. Also really like the ability to download the entry into a report with all the photos included.

Cons

Difficulty searching for projects - they do not always come up when searching even just a keyword within the entry - like customer's name (first or last) or the address #

Pros

The ability to upload photos in different sizes, with the option to upload them offline and synchronize later.

Cons

At the moment, we are utilizing the necessary resources and have not encountered any issues that would cause us to dislike it.

I have been working with Site Capture for many years now. Many good additions and progress has been made over the years. I think it is a good product and with continual advancement can become a great product.

Pros

The customization of the templates, ability to filter by most important fields, adding photos to specific line items, tags and chat features. Also, the ability to look at work orders by property is helpful

Cons

I think it is still missing some features that would make it a great product. For example, the ability to parse out a projects into smaller work orders and have visibility to the completion at the entire project level. It can also be cumbersome to look through larger work orders, especially with many photos since it runs a little slower in those cases. It is usable on your mobile device (in the field) but definitely not easy/convenient to navigate.

really easy to use and customizable to how we like it

It has improved dramatically over the years. It's very simple to use, and the worst thing about it was syncing photos on your phone after not using the app for a few days but they resolved that problem and we run our entire business documentation of projects through sitecapture
