" 4.0 Overall Rating 4.0 4.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 4.0 4.0 Likelihood to Recommend 3/10 November 23, 2025 It was great while it lasted, unfortunately not all teachers made the jump and gave it a fair shake, they preferred their individual incentive plan and a less modern approach of a physical attendance book and so we went back to doing our own things for behavior tracking as well as attendance. My go to became Class Dojo. Pros I love the ability to track attendance, tarries, and behaviors all in one place that the school, students, and families can see. I found it convenient for myself and families. Cons It’s designed more for the entire school to get on board with as opposed to individual classrooms and when dealing with some teachers stuck in their ways it becomes a difficult transition. I personally loved it but not everyone was ready to change their personal practices. Switched from [ClassDojo](https://www.capterra.com/p/124446/ClassDojo/) The school wanted to try it out. We gave it a shot and then made an in informed decision as a group. Pros This software is great for enforcing positive behavior to our students. It gives them something to look forward to. Cons The software is not user friendly and is a bit if a hassle at tines. Pros Students love Hero Points and work hard for them. They are able to buy sports tickets, spirit gear and snacks in our after school Hero Store. Students earn Hero points for positive behavior and they love it. Especially the students that have discipline issues, they love to see the points go up and it gives them encouragement to do better Cons Sometimes the web site is super slow and it is a deterrence for other teachers to use. I had changed over from Class Dojo, which was not a good experience. I like that students are motivated to do well, so they work really hard at it. I like that we can also track troublesome behaviors discreetly and that the administration received the alerts to manage negative student behaviors, without requiring communication from me. Cons I think the program is difficult to manage outside of the classroom, unless you have a scanner. The program also is not as user friendly as it could be, which interferes with my teaching, as it takes a lot of time to perform the log entries for a large class. The program streamlined communication and helps reward students to for awesome behavior. Cons The app is great and I love having it on my phone, however it takes a minute to clear and search for many students. This is easier done on the website.
