It has been great thus far and what's nice is Jobber is willing to consider input concerning future product enhancements.

Pros

We like the way the system platform is laid out and easy to navigate. Each section is intuitive and easy to follow.

Cons

We wish it would allow for more individual company customization. There are times when we would like to be more specific in Jobber but the platform does not allow for easy customization.

It’s been great. Very good for me and my team. We use it every day and it’s absolutely essential. Couldn’t do without it.

Pros

The ease of use. I love how it’s easy to add clients, schedule and manage my team. My clients love the portal

Cons

The nickel and dimming. Everything is an up charge. I think you should be allow to add services ala carte. Like getting one plan and adding in the two way texting instead of needing to upgrade

Pros

Images on jobber has created a better customer that all my customers can see on there quote and the changes they are able to make from the quote.

Cons

I believe it needs a section that we can provide a video area for our teams to be able to see what type of service is needed on property and any area that they need to take care of ex home service has, power, water etc

### "Seriously Consider It"

Overall it's been great. Any time we have an issue that we can't resolve on our own, their customer service staff helps us solve in within an hour or less usually. Often it's within minutes. The app can be glitchy, and sometimes that's frustrating when it slows you down in the field, but again they are constantly improving it and it has gotten better. Lots of room to grow and improve, but we're happy enough to remain a loyal client of theirs.

Pros

They're constantly improving the product. Been with them for years. Overall it's great software, has it's kinks like any others, but the customer service is phenomenal!

Cons

The inability to edit certain things after they've been saved. Jobber IT is apparently looking at and working on this, but it becomes a bit annoying after a while.

### "Amazing software that transformed our business"

We switched over the jobber almost 6 years ago and it completely transformed how we do business. In the first year our sales almost doubled from the previous year of just using QuickBooks. Of all the options we were considering, jobber was the most balanced choice between features and price.

Pros

Easy to use. Offers a whole suite of features that streamlines the workflow from capturing the lead to invoicing and follow up with reviews. Customer support team responds quickly and has always been able to resolve whatever issues arise.

Cons

Scheduling and routing could be better, although there is a new scheduling feature that we still haven’t had a chance to test. We would like for there to be a feature that allows for project management of jobs.

### "Highly recommend for small contractors "

Overall experience has been amazing. Going from $500,000 to over a million with ease with very little staff.

Pros

The easiest and simplest CRM to use from start to finish. They are frequently adding new features and options that do nothing but improve the product. It's easy for staff and clients.

Cons

Some options need to have the ability to be customized a little bit more. The job scheduling could be a little bit more robust as far as work order set up for the teams assigned.

Jobber has given us a great experience overall in terms of ease to implement within our company and staff and easy to train & learn. It is our primary operating support system today used by the team. The mobile app gives us 24 x 7 access to the system no matter where we are.

Pros

The ability to customized the job forms and workflows and to differentiate job visits, from tasks is great. The interfaces with Quickbooks is awesome and the financial institutions works out great. Allows us the diverse flexibilty to bill for multiple product types by division in a bundled fashion or individually, for pool, landscaping, storm readiness or homewatch. Very flexible.

Cons

Reporting - Lacks sufficient reporting functions to further drill down clients by product or item. Also the excel export does not work for us. we never get the attached email with the file.

### "Jobber Makes Running My Business Simple and Efficient"

Overall, my experience with Jobber has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and makes day-to-day operations like quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and customer communication much easier to manage. While I’d love to see more built-in features without relying on add-ons, as well as better options for tracking expenses, Jobber has still streamlined my workflow and improved how I run my business.

What I love about Jobber is how intuitive and well-organized the platform is. Communication with both customers and potential customers is seamless through text and email, which makes staying connected simple. The quoting and invoicing tools are straightforward and efficient, and I really appreciate how easy it is to track jobs and monitor profit margins. Overall, Jobber makes running my business smoother and more efficient

Cons

What I like least about Jobber is that many features require add-ons to get the full experience, which can feel limiting. I also wish there were an option to link a credit card directly to Jobber for automatic expense tracking, as that would make managing finances even more seamless.

nightmare lost money this company does not understan that if we get paid we need the money next day or even same day as square but they do firsta transaction 7 busines days then 2 to 3 business day

I just cancel 2 suscriptions with jobber I sais before is an average software House Call Pro is much better this jobber company held hostage $8250 for 7 days of my money with the excuse that it was the first transaction hgause call pro next day i did have my money even square first transaction next day i have my money I lost business because this company never going to used again im going back with house call pro

nothing i just used because the price better paid little more and get better service im going back to house call pro they have a decent price you can load pictures you get emails when you get paiid

### "Practically Perfect in Every Way"

Brass tacks: we simply could not live without it! It is almost everything we need almost at a glance.

Pros

Jobber is basically our brain! We value the scheduling and shift management aspects, but it is also great for client and lead management and very easy to use for quoting.

Cons

It would be great it if had an HR component and if it would integrate with Quickbooks more easily to better track profitability and margins. Two separate languages happening there.

Very positive experience and we have been spreading the word. We have been using Jobber to cover all of our business activities.

Pros

Jobber has become the all-one-one solution for managing behind the scenes operations in our business. From invoicing and scheduling to payment processing and marketing, Jobber has it all!

Cons

We did a trial of the AI receptionist and it just wasn’t for us. The way that our telecommunications is set up, it didn’t jive well with the technology. The overall pricing of Jobber is a little on the higher end, but worth the investment.

Pros

It saves me a lot of time! I can create most quotes in under a minute. I love the fact that I don't have to chase customers for payment.

Cons

Some of the packages are not affordable. The costing on the quotes should be more automated. Bring in pay rates and operational costs so that users can ensure profitability.

Its been a good transition and one the best things we have done for our 44 yr company. It has help us grow and added some new and real time features we like as well as our customers.

Pros

Jobber helped us go from a brick and mortar, paper and pencil spreadsheet to a on the spot, on time ready go business. Online scheduling put in all our stake holders hands esp the technicians which allows communication between the front desk and them. They LOVE the maps feature, we love the notes and the CRM management as well as the reminders to invoice and follow through. We can also create a link for QR codes for reaching out to add to advertisements and our webiste.

Cons

We wish that the schedule had a weather feature. That way when we schedule the outside jobs, we know what the weather is looking like and what we can work with through out the week since we cant install cameras in certain weather conditions.

My experience with Jobber is a very positive one. We moved on from the software but only because our company outgrew it and needed something more robust. Jobber is a phenomenal software for a small business.

Pros

Very simple to learn and easy to use, even for the most tech challenged people. It takes very little time to train employees on the software.

Cons

It's lack of in depth reporting, and how anything could be changed or deleted. As nice it sounds to be able to edit everything, it's not ideal when employees can edit time on jobs, making jobs look better than what they are.

Brilliant. It has transformed by business and me realise huge growth in a short amount of time. From quoting, to booking in, to following up and getting paid. It does is all for me.

Pros

The ease of booking on and tracking jobs. The quoting system is excellent and the back office support is great. Even in the uk I feel jobber has my back.

Cons

There’s nothing really, other than it would be nicer to be able to reschedule whole days of work that automatically link back in with the reoccurring schedule they are on, rather than having to update the each job individually to ensure it is all true.

I have loved Jobber. It makes my job easier and lightens the load for me. Staying organized and efficient is so much smoother with Jobber. Always recommending it to other service businesses.

Pros

Significantly improves efficiency of quoting and invoicing but also makes schedulking and customer management so easy. I love that it integrates with quickbooks for easy tracking.

Cons

I understand the different tiers, but some things can feel gate-kept with such a huge jump in subscription cost. Overall this is not a big issue though.

### "Efficiency with Jobber"

Great, jobber has great features they continue to add and improve on. The customer service has been responsive and helpful.

Pros

Jobber is great for keeping both the field and office in communication. Jobber has increased efficiency.

Cons

Jobber does not allow the client/property to be edited once the job is created. Ideally it would be great if a job was created with the wrong client it could be easily switched.

### "Enjoying Jobber"

It has been great for our company. Easy to use and navigate. I like the reviews feature, nice to easily build up our google reviews.

Pros

I think the interface is intuitive and user friendly. Maps are nice to help schedule jobs near by each other.

Cons

I would like a system to keep track of preventive maintenances and people who want to schedule for next year

### "Jobber fan"

We love jobber-just wish it were more affordable for our small business. Unfortunately, we may be scaling back on some costs and Jobber might have to be one of them.

Pros

I like that my customers love our professional feel and the invoicing is my favorite feature. My girls like being able to clock in and out on the app.

Cons

Cost is the biggest setback to Jobber. It literally costs more than my building lease. If it were more affordable I’d refer people to it.

very good overall. They have quick tech support, online support and always reaching out to see if we need any help.

Pros

Jobber has everything that my business use and the sinlessly interactions between all the apps we use.

Cons

I can't do the same thing on the app vs website. for example, in the app i can't view all the options for editing products and services.
