Pros

The simplicity of going from job to job when things are hectic. As one person, I have techs and customer calls coming in all at once and being able to go from job to job to update accounts is effecient

Cons

Report, I wish there was a better way to pull reports from Jobber without using Excel meaning having them in the Jobber software

Good. Happy with the program. We enjoy using it. We like the update that allows us to input multiple payments from a customer now. That's great.

Pros

User friendly. Jobber takes feedback and implements changes to streamline services - always appreciated.

Cons

Jobber used to allow us to bulk send overdue invoice reminders to our customers. This feature appears to no longer be available an now we need to issue individual email reminders to each customer - it worked a lot better when we could bulk send reminders (perhaps this is available and I am just uncertain how to do it now).

### "Makes Day-to-Day work Simpler"

Very happy! I am the office admin and when I need to communicate something to my team, they know where to find the information! My day-to-day work is all done in Jobber.

Pros

All the information that I need to know about my clients is in once place and easy to find! It's easy to use! I can schedule and track appointments and jobs in one place. Other apps that I use connect to Jobber. They are always improving and listening to feedback. Any Bugs and Issues they are on top of and notify the system users that they are working on it.

Cons

There are some flaws with uploading documents to emails and some features that don't always work 100% of the time slowing my daily tasks down. When I want to pull reports on tags that I have created for my clients, it's hard to quickly do that and not have to spend a large amount of time then editing the information.

Great product and normal people who are good at their job actually work there . It saves me a lot of time just with simple functions like communicating with customers through text phone call finding their address etc.

Pros

Jobber gives us great support for running our service industry business and is tons of value for great price. The marketing suite and automations are worth 2 hires or more!

Cons

I just we had it sooner. Eventually the ai chat with get even better so we hope that the automations will expand as well

Its been great and i always recommend to other people working in the trades. its very used friendly for anyone that isn't great with computers.

Pros

Its like having an assistant that helps me keep all my crew organised. all my guys can log in and see what they are up to so they can think more for themselves and feel more empowered to get on with their day.

Cons

Sometimes i have issues with syncing invoices with quickbooks when i take deposits. if the deposit is taken months before its finished then my accountant can get confused.

Great experience overall. A little slow for initial payments to process and must take in 10k through the app before you can get instant payout. A little rough when first starting out.

Pros

The automated features that allow for sending follow up emails, checking appointment confirmations and arrival notice to the customer. Makes it super easy for communication.

Cons

I wish the marketing and AI assistant were not an add on and included with the price. They are super handy features but more difficult to pay when starting as a new business.

Game changer. From lead to quotes to job completion and invoice tracking the process is seamless and allow us to provide superior customer service through improved communications.

Pros

I just joined new company and saw that they weren’t using Jobber to optimize interaction with their customers from start to finish. It has been so easy to learn and implement that the team is now loving Jobber and wondering why they had not been using to its full potential previously. When I am not sure of how to use a feature or have an issue the Jobber customer service team is right on it responding to my questions via chat feature within minutes. I highly recommend to all small business operators!

Cons

Access to schedule when creating new requests. Going from one task to another can be difficult at times as you can not toggle back and forth.

Been using jobber now for two years and I give it a 8.9/10 haven’t had that many issues and if there is one they correct it as fast as possible!

Pros

Just the overall ability to send quotes same day either at the office or the job site! Having clients pay via invoice makes it so much easier for them and for us! Whenever we have an issue jobber support answers within minutes also helps solve the problem as fast a possible! Scheduling has been a breeze , especially when you have to move schedules around on the fly! Best bang for buck , other companies have free softwares but no apps for the software which makes jobber stand out! The best best part is security makes clients feel safe knowing there cards are secured !

Cons

Only con I have with Jobber is the pay out fees, only due to us paying 200$ a month to use the software then getting hit with a 3.5 fee to instant pay out hurts some Times especially on instal jobs

Pros

Convenience! Jobber does it all. Scheduling, invoicing, collecting payments. Sending out reminders to clients. Saves so much time.

Cons

The credit card processing fees are a little steep. The subscription price is also a lot...but worth it if you utilize all Jobber has to offer.

Pros

Jobber has helped streamline our business as a one stop shop for scheduling, quoting and invoicing! The more time I spend with the software the more value we find! To top it off, customer support is second to none.

Cons

The issue I have ran into with jobber is payout limits, but understanding there schedule and talking it over with their support, it was fixed.

So far it has been good! It’s a bit pricier than i was hoping to spend on a CRM so that may be a factor moving forward.

Pros

The AI tools, customer support, and the way you can connect apps to jobber. It also simplifies my life and saves me time!

Cons

I have a cleaning business and often need to schedule an Airbnb for multiple dates in one month. I wish there was an easier way to do this instead of creating multiple jobs.

ive been using jobber for about a year and there service plan is affordable.i started with the lowest plan just to get organized.then when i saw what they had to offer and other features,i uprgrade to create more interactive qoutes so customers feel engaged on what services we provide.which is great when wanting to win more jobs.

Pros

What i love about jobber is how easy is to use on a mobile device especially in my line of work, with always being on the go. Number 2 is using it on a computer is just as easy and is in depth whe it comes to invoices, previous work, what money is going in and out,etc.Without jobber i would still have piles of paper with leads and customers numbers and addresses lining the dash of my truck lol. Jobber made it easy to organize my buisnness and be more efficient, so i can focus on the actual labor i provide for my customers. Thank you Jobber From Kaution Sealcoating.

Cons

somtimes it will be a little slow when coming to service also when sending quotes or invoices,they WILL NOT GO THROUGH. sometimes we lose the job due to this issue.

### "Best program for me and my business"

Easy to use, amazing support with staff that is friendly, personable and so so helpful. Communication of down time and technical bug fixes, always improving on what is already great.

Pros

Everything I need for my business in one place. Scheduling for clients and staff, invoicing, quotes and requests for clients and so much more.

Cons

Expensive. Worth it when I had employees but now I don't have automated reminders for clients which is lame. It would cost me 1k a year for this automation through jobber.

Pros

A straightforward response is always user-friendly. As we've grown over the years, so has Jobber. They are constantly adding new features but there always done in a simple way. Simple to understand and implement into our level of need.

Cons

To showcase pictures of work to a potential customer or use them for social media, it is necessary to access the job's notes, take a screenshot of desired picture, and then utilize it accordingly.

Been a very good thing for our small business . We have enjoyed the ability to send our customers what they need , from quotes to billing . The website builder really helped with phone calls and new customer contacts.

Pros

The ability to have an all Inclusive program for everything from sending quotes , billing , and documentation.

Cons

So far the only complaint is on the app side of things , sometimes it can be a little slow responding.

I am the person in charge of selecting programs for our company. I feel that Jobber has been an excellent choice for us. We utilize Jobber Payments to collect funds, which allows our clients to make payments directly online. This has sped up how quickly clients make their down payments and place their material orders. Jobber has given our company one location to store client information, attach layouts and design plans, share photos, and so much more. I can see our company utilizing Jobber for many years to come.

Pros

I like a lot of things about Jobber, but oddly enough - I think my favorite thing is their text messaging. When I first heard of Jobber's Text Messaging Feature, I thought, "There is no way I can monitor another work phone." - As busy as I am during the day, the thought of having a series of text messages to respond to was daunting. BUT! With Jobber's text messaging, there is no phone to monitor! In fact, we didn't have to buy another cell phone either. Jobber assigned a 'phone number' to our account, and all text messages come in right through our desktop computer (or your cell phone, depending on how you are using the software).

Cons

I wish there was a way to tweak some of the reports in Jobber. Although there are a lot of reports offered, I would like one that would show the profit of each job. I can visually SEE the profit by going into the Job, but I would like a simple report that would show those figures altogether. Similarly, I'd like to be able to see all the Jobber Payments (with breakdown of fees) on one report instead of the way it is currently presented on the page.

### "Lifesaving CRM!"

It's been great! My employees love it, I've never had an employee who was unable to use it, or found it complicated. There's a learning curve for those who have zero experience with a CRM - that includes me! - but I was able to grasp the basics pretty quick to implement just what we needed - now I'm able to go back and really use the extras I didn't know about it/have time to learn early on.

Pros

Jobber has helped streamline our business. It has helped me provide professional quotes and invoicing. The scheduling is the number one reason I chose jobber, but it has helped in so many other ways. I'd be lost without it!

Cons

As with all CRM's, there will be things you'd love to be tweaked. But it really does all we need at this time. Inventory management would be helpful moving forward

ease of use with scheduling jobs, doing quotes with custom quotes already half prepared and easy to input what i need for the quote. sending out the pre-arrival texts and my guys love using it for jobsites.

i have 2 companies i manage with one jobber account and would like the ability on quotes at least to be able to change logos so that the requesting company knows which company is doing the quote for them

Pros

The best part of Jobber is the customer service. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I always have my challenge completely resolved by the time I'm off the phone or chat with them. I like that the help chat has pictures of the people helping you, because it makes it feel more personable and one-on-one. The other thing I like best about Jobber is the features. When I was first shopping for a CRM, comparing other CRMs with Jobber, I felt Jobber gave me the most complete functionality I would need for my role as CFO in Particular, Back of the House Manager in General. The videos and training articles they have up are also very well written and enabled me to get a quick grasp of a lot of the features. The combination of the customer service, features, and trainings made using Jobber probably the easiest part of my job, and the lowest-grade learning curve I experienced in starting this business with my husband.

Cons

One is a wish, and one is a minor challenge. My wish is that Jobber would have its own in-built inventory management capability as well as built-in accounting functionality. I would happily, gleefully pay $1,000USD to have all three in house, rather than needing to sync with different applications. Inventory, accounting, operations management AND Jobber's top-tier customer service? You'd be a CRM juggernaut! QuickBooks? We don't know her. Service Titan? BYE FELICIA. The only challenge we've had with the Jobber software is buffering when trying to do things on the mobile application and trouble with the timer. I'm sure with customer support we'll be able to figure it out. Also, usable access to the Schedule when you're creating a job or Request isn't great.

Initially, we were trying to go with ServiceTitan as that is the software my plumber husband is familiar with already. However, Aspire wouldn't let us use ServiceTitan because we're currently a one-tech operation. They shunted us to Crew Control, which was very much inadequate for our needs. I found Jobber instead and loved how your software is organized, so we went with you! I'm so glad we were rejected.

UI wise, it's easy to navigate and sorta get the feel of it. However, it's not as much fun when you realize that most of it is paywalled and in order to run efficiently, you will need to purchase more subscriptions.

Pros

Probably one of the "easier" CRM software out there. They really know how to keep their UI up to date and nice/ functional.

Cons

Jobber has the potential to be a spectacular platform. While it handles a lot, there are a lot of false promises when I signed up. Mostly all the features I wanted were sold by third-parties or was an added price to their services. Not happy.

Reason for choosing Jobber

Despite JobTread not having a free trial, they do offer a demo of their software. It's via zoom. I chose them because they seemed to offer everything I wanted. They only have 1 price of $200, plus $20 per user per month. With it, you are getting all the features and NOT being paywalled by them. Awesome service so far, not TOO much of a learning curve. They have an immense amount of videos too if you do feel lost. Also, these are people who know what they are talking about. In the demo, they show you everything you ask and answer your questions. English is also important to me. These are English speaking individuals, and you won't get a outsourced demo from another country. I cannot tell you how many times I got into demo's with people who barely spoke English. JobTread hires the right people, and you will not feel lost.

You get what you pay for, definitely a cheaper easier software to get a company started, but definitely need to upgrade if you make more than 100k per year.

Pros

Calendar view was always nice with the drag and drop feature for scheduling. Not a whole lot extra that Jobber does that another software doesn't.

Cons

Hard to use for technicians - can't edit certain things, if you create a job then you HAVE to create an invoice, if you put something as a "task" there's no record of it, no way to download a customers notes in their profile. hard to view each employees times to do payroll. Easy to create duplicate invoices and such, terrible situations can happen with this actually.

### "Jobber can grow with us"

Jobber is much better than I had expected. I did a big price/value comparison between Housecall Pro and Jobber. Read lots of reviews and I have found Jobber fits out business size and needs. My husband and I own the company with 2 part time helpers right now. And I love that Jobber can grow with us.

Pros

It's easy to see at glance where customers are in your funnel. Who needs to be booked for a quote? Who hasn't been invoice yet? etc.

Cons

The app does not work offline. We use the calendar feature the most for my workers out in the field and we often have sketchy cell service.

great experience over all. I would recommend using it for running and growing businesses. More customizations would be nice.

Pros

Support team is very helpful when you have questions. Jobber has changed my business for the better! Makes every day job and employee management easier. Also love the automations and how easy it is to manage where all our leads are coming from. Highly recommend.

Cons

No text campaigns. This would be nice rather than using other platforms for this if it was part of the campaign package. I also wish there was more room for adjusting filters on email campaigns. I find it can be very time consuming to either add specific clients OR it's very limited to the amount of client filters.
