My overall experience with Jobber so far I’ve been 10 out of 10. Any help or any clarification I ever need the job your team is only one call away and honestly I haven’t had any bad things to say about Jobber. It’s been great. My team loves it my clients love it and I love it.

Pros

Pros I love most about Jobber include scheduling invoicing and ESA ease of use. I love that guy everything related to my business and 1 software.

Cons

If I had to choose one thing, I would like Jobber to improve I want to say the job routing and GPS routing for my teams

### "Was Jobber the right next step for our company"

My overall experience has been positive and I would recommend it. The amount of support available has been great and the people on the onboarding staff have been patient and actually listen to the questions you ask.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support and training, and time savings . One of the most time consuming jobs I faced is collecting on small invoices. Setting up my customers with CC's on file has been a game changer for me.

Cons

That the help desk isn't manned 24 hours a day. I haven't really come across anything else that I am unhappy with.

### "Great service software that is user friendly and doesn't break the bank."

I've only been with my company for 9 months. I have worked with numerous dispatch software programs in my 30+ years in dispatching/office management. I found Jobber one of the easiest programs to learn and navigate.

Pros

I love the fact that it is so user friendly. It's easy to navigate from one tab to another. Invoicing is quick and easy. Everything entered in Jobber automatically syncs with QuickBooks which makes our accounting so much better! Customer support is always there when you need them, and quick to respond and get the answers you need, when you need them. I also like all of the add-on features like FleetSharp for GPS tracking, Adding the Square for credit card purchases, Thumbtack for qualified leads in our area, GiveMe5 and Zapier.

Cons

If I could change anything about Jobber it would be: 1. Clients with multiple properties, if we need to make a note on a specific address, we have to do that on the Client's main account and list the address and the note. Example (102 Johnson St.--Unit has a 10 year parts & labor warranty that expires 06/26/35) When the client has 85 properties, the techs have to scroll through a long list of notes to find the address they are looking for and sometimes overlook it. I would like to be able to put specific notes on the each property, NOT the client account. I am positive other Jobber users would agree with this. Afterall, in service dispatching (no matter the trade) we are ADDRESS SPECIFIC NOT CLIENT as the house always remains when the clients do not! And we can have a "true history" of everything that has been done there over the years if we could be more address specific. 2. I'd like to be able to invoice a job from the schedule (dispatch board) instead of going to the "job tab", finding the job and invoicing from there. 3. Lastly, when a no charge ticket is billed out, WHY do we have to show a "zero cash payment"? This is CRAZY!

Great, I've recommended this software to multiple business associates. I have had 3 friends who own their own businesses purchase the Jobber software just based on my recommendations.

Pros

streamlines my entire business, very user friendly too. The best thing is the ability to work remotely, If i'm out in the field and i get a new lead, i can create the new client from my phone. Gives you the ability to work on the business while working in the business.

Cons

The fees' associated to Jobber Payments, I feel there a little on the high side. Besides the high percentage fee for Jobber payments, i honestly don't have anything negative to say. For the monthly cost of this software and the functionality of it, I consider this a fantastic CRM.

We’ve been really happy with Jobber. It’s easy to use, keeps our large team organized, and makes scheduling and communication so much more efficient.

Cons

There isn’t anything significant that I dislike about Jobber. So far, it has worked smoothly for our team, and any small questions or adjustments we’ve needed have been easy to figure out. The platform is straightforward, and even when we’ve run into minor learning moments, they’ve been simple to resolve without slowing down our workflow. Compared to other systems we’ve used in the past, Jobber has been the most reliable and intuitive. At this point, there really isn’t anything I would consider a real downside

Pros

I love the scheduling and the invoicing capabilities. I like the messaging feature and the built in job forms.

Cons

I wish there was more options for flat rate pricing and easier add ons. I wish we could add more than one job form of the same type (ex. 2 furnace inspections). I also wish the app for admins had more back end features.

Our experience with Jobber has been amazing from invoicing to scheduling for my team to clock in and clock out incorporating it over into my QuickBooks. It has been a total game changer for my whole business.

Pros

Scheduling let me tell you how amazingly easy it is to schedule I love that my technicians can clock in and clock out. I can use my QuickBooks to do Payroll nice and easily. I like that it keeps track of all my KPI’s It keeps track of my competitors and what I should do in order to incorporate certain things into my business Really I don’t think there’s enough characters for this review to tell everyone I’ll be amazing features that Jobber gives us access to

Cons

The cost I am on the top tier however, Jobber gives you an incentive to refer other Businesses I referred so many people that I have not paid For Jobber for sometime now

The company is great, the people are phenomenal and supportive, and the interface is useful and continues to improve.

Pros

I like that there are so many things you can utilize it for. It has scheduling, timesheets, invoicing, customer updates, job forms, etc. It’s nice to have so many things I need for my business all in one place on one interface.

Cons

There are some things on the employee side that it’s missing that I feel like are simple add ons. For instance, having employees be better notified when shifts are added for them, or being able to request time off, drop or swap shifts… etc.

Overall, Jobber is a great web based application, that it handles many different tasks from one place very conveniently.

Pros

Jobber is a convenient Multifunctional tool, for scheduling jobs and staff. It seamlessly organizes quotes, jobs, and invoices. It receives payments and drops the info into our QBO account.

Cons

One feature, we would really like to see, would be in the customer payment platform. we would love the ability to screen out the use of a specific credit card company which charges a highere rate than the others.

Sometimes it’s allot slower than other times. I would really wish Jobber would fix how slow it can be.

I like that job or makes the process of sending quotes, adding leads and processing invoices very quick and efficient!

It’s difficult to understand the automations and still not sure what automations are going out to our clients such as follow up after jobs are completed.

Overall, it is a good app, but a bit pricey and I wish there were no credit card fees. Yardman allows CC payments without fees.

Pros

Scheduling and Invoicing and typically I have very few issues with the app or website being down and not functioning.

Cons

The inability to do everything off of the app. The UP NEXT feature on the home page is useless. If you have 3 different crews going there is no way for this feature to be correct.

I appreciate the fact that Jobber has a lot of different features. Quoting and invoicing, marketing and reminders, scheduling and more. I also appreciate that the company is trying to do the most for their customers, as proven through their community, events they run, and grants.

Cons

The reporting feature could be better, but it's not so bad that I would take away a star from their review!

Its like someone walks up to you and gives you $ 1,000,000,000.00 but better. Its like having your grand ma bake your favorite cookies every day!

Pros

Easy to get on board, fliw of information is awesome everything is only a click away. The conection with all customers is amazing

Cons

Nothing, everything is better. Unless you like complete unorganized work, schedule and billing i say dont get it. If you want a simple great experience you better get on board now.

### "Jobber is a good home service CRM"

Overall, it is a good product. I can't compare it to other home service-based CRM's because I have not used any other CRM's. It is pricey though.

Pros

Jobber keeps us more organized and professional looking. The scheduling, invoicing and customer notes are all great features that we use on a daily basis.

Cons

I don't like that two or more Technicians can be assigned to a job, but the job is only colour-coded to show one Technician. This leads us to believe that the second (or third) Technician has availability in their schedule, when then actually do not. Also, it would be nice to be able to indicate when Technicians are not available to work. Lastly, we are a Canadian company supporting another Canadian company, but I detest that we are forced to pay in USD, which costs us 35 - 40% more.

Easy to use for scheduling, quoting, invoicing & client communication all in one place. There are some features on the mobile app that we find very useful. The reports are helpful.

Cons

The most frustrating quality of jobber is the frequent updates which often results in losing functions I previously relied on. Also there are many performance issues such as the system going down for sometimes hours at a time.

After 4–5 years with Jobber, I can confidently say it's one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. It saves me time, keeps my operations organized, and makes me look more professional to my clients. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, and I feel like they genuinely care about improving the product. I highly recommend Jobber to any small service business looking to streamline their workflow.

Pros

I've been using Jobber for over four years now, and it's been a game-changer for my service business. The platform is extremely well-designed and intuitive, making it easy to manage clients, schedule jobs, send quotes and invoices, and receive payments — all from one place. I especially appreciate the mobile app, which allows me to stay on top of everything while I'm on the road. Jobber also keeps improving over time with new features and updates that really add value.

Cons

As a French-speaking user with French-speaking clients, I’ve found that I can customize about 90% of the content in French, which is great — but not perfect. There are still a few system-generated messages or labels that remain in English and can’t be modified. It’s a minor issue, but something to keep in mind if you're working entirely in French.

### "Jobber = Salesforce (Capped at 2 million)"

Snow has always been the hardest in terms of having a dispatcher. Overall it has been enjoyable and fun learning this software.

Pros

Customer Support and Updates are fantastic. They have done a very good job keeping Jobber relevant. I treat Jobber as a "Salesforce" with a cap.

Cons

The marketing, it is all AI. Which in turn means that there are a lot of other websites like yours, which hurts SEO.

Overall, very happy. It has saved me so much time, and really helps with organization. It really helps the day to day operations run smoother and more efficiently.

Pros

The process from an initial client request, to quoting and closing out jobs to invoice is a game changer.

Cons

Credit card fees are higher than I would like, especially after already paying the yearly rate for jobber it is a good chunk.
