### "Improve user experience and online booking"

Overall decent, but I wish it had more customization, was cheaper and that your top tear customers from the early days were grandfathered into more options without making sacrifices if we shift plans. Honestly I have asked so many of your agents over the years to put in requests for features or fixing issues that I dont bother any more. Only major issue wixed was with zappier and syncing to quickbooks. I had issues where online booked appointments would not sync that days. I honestly would not mind a job to help with these things!

Pros

We left housecall pro after seeing your map scheduling. This was the reason I left housecall pro and moved to jobber.

Cons

Poor control over online booking, I always send a team of two. I am not able to create a custom length of appointment based on multiple people. I would also love to customize the quote based on varius options. I am a house cleaning company and want to know have control over appointment length and pricing based on multiple options. I also hate the issue where a appointment reminders have already been sent and the appointment gets rescheduled it wont send those reminders again. Overly secure, I dont want to log into jobber every 24 hours! Let me stay logged in! I am often doing this on my personal computer and security is not an issues. In addition to that the passwords are saved in my browser. If I am going to be hacked, its on me. Just let me stay logged in! I have plenty of cons and have a list somewhere but sadly cant find it at the moment!

### "Does the job for our plumbing company"

Pros

Jobber does a good job keeping our business running smoothly. I can see the schedule for my employee easily. I can keep track of job status so I know when to schedule another visit and when to invoice. So far it has been fairly free of bugs and other issues.

Cons

Where Jobber lacks is in the project management side of things. Quick service calls and smaller projects it is great. But managing the plumbing on a new house build, which could last over a year, is not as easy. Overall it does fine but it would be nice to have a high level job with smaller jobs underneath it.

Smooth and easy to write up quotes. I appreciate that they remind me on yearly treatments, and my service is hardly ever interrupted.

Pros

Jobber has been great with keeping my business secure, has made quoting jobs, invoicing clients and staying in touch with repeat clients.

Cons

The App has issues on occasions, but I do like that Jobber seems to always be trying to approve. I don't think I'd pay more than I pay now, as it's pretty expensive, but for the cost I think it's worth it right now.

Our overall experience with Jobber has been great. We rarely run into too many issues that aren't resolved by the amazing customer service team, and when we do run into things that aren't necessarily able to be done, the team does a great job with making sure they do what they can to make the experience a breeze. We are satisfied with the service that we are given based on the subscription we have, and don't think we'll be switching any time soon!

Pros

Jobber makes it efficient and easy to put new requests from customers into our system for our clients and our team. The ability to track our revenue has also been crucial, with the ability to have money directly deposited without a second thought. We can't talk enough about how much simpler Jobber has made our day to day tasks, from an initial inquiry to completing payments.

Cons

Jobber doesn't really have that many downfalls, but one thing we have experienced is the quality of the plugins and ability to make specific changes to various items. For example, when we were asked to change wording on our submission form, we had to stop using it because there was not the ability to have it changed. While we understand the need to have it one way for the entire area Jobber covers, the ability to customize what we need would be much appreciated.

I have had a very positive experience. It has allowed me to stay present with the pulse of my business to identify needs

Pros

Jobber is extremely practical. It has a plenty of features that allows my business to stay Intune with the market and my clients needs

Cons

I have the middle option plan and it dose not have a way for me to send options for quotes i usually have to include it in the same invoice which looks unprofessional. The other issue is the price book. The price book dose not allow me to categorize the different rates i have for different vendors which makes the pricing way less streamlined

It has been good. Their customer service team is very helpful. Always coming up with new ideas to make the overall experience better and make it extremely user friendly!

Pros

Ease of scheduling, creating new jobs, insights and reports. Any issues are quickly addressed. Automations have made follow ups a lot easier. Nice to have google reviews hooked up to jobber.

Cons

Creating multiple invoices, previously invoiced items still pull through onto invoices. If time is entered on timesheet, it does not charge to the job, so line items are required to charge for labour.

Overall we've had a great experience with Jobber. It helps our teams be scheduled appropriately and quickly, gives the in field works the ability to changed line items and invoice clients directly. All the continual updates are great too and they keep improving the product.

Pros

Easy platform to use, great for smaller businesses just starting out to help you organize all your needs. Scheduling was very intuitive and it was a great value for the money!

Cons

Working with bigger contractors and multiple change orders gets confusing, but I know they are working on updates to streamline these processes.

We have had a great experience with jobber. It is easy to get a hold of live agents for assitance when needed.

Pros

I love how easy jobber is to use. That is can be uploaded with the app on everyones phone. Quick payments are possible through the app on site. We can track invoices, jobs, estimate and everything in proper order and procdure

Cons

that you can make more the one customer for an address. Guys can complete steps without doing notes or invoicing

It’s great, the app is a little difficult for the guys to use because you have to filter through so many screens to find what you want but the desktop view is good

Pros

The flow between request, quotes adding to job and creating invoice is very simple and flows great with what we do

Cons

I can’t batch send quotes - for instance on a customers profile if they have multiple quotes I have to send them one by one

This has reduced scheduling errors and last-minute confusion. Our crew knows exactly where they’re going, what tasks to complete, and any special notes for each property before they even arrive. Quoting, Invoicing & Payments Creating professional quotes and invoices is fast and easy with Jobber. I can build a quote from my phone while on a property walk-through, get client approval electronically, and then convert it to a job in seconds. The ability for customers to pay online has significantly improved our cash flow — fewer outstanding invoices and less time spent chasing payments. Client Communication Jobber’s automated text and email reminders are a huge win for customer satisfaction. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Jobbet and am very happy with the service. I have run trials on other apps, like House call pro and I liked Jobber much better.

Pros

Jobber has saved me so much time! I love how easy it is to move from request to invoice to job and to invoicing. The automated invoice reminders are very helpful as well. And customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable!

Cons

I think the program is costly. It’s worth it for the amount of time it saves, but is much more costly compared to other apps that as just as complicated (Quickbooks for example). But then again other apps that are similar to Jobber, like housecall pro are just as expensive.

Jobber has completely streamlined the way I run my business. Billing, scheduling, and collecting payments are all in one place, and it’s so easy to use. The invoicing is clean and professional, and customers love how simple it is to pay. Scheduling jobs is straightforward, and I can keep track of everything without missing a beat. It saves me hours of admin time every week. I’ve had very minimal bugs throughout my time with jobber. As for value for my money I thought it was pricey at first but it has saved me in the long run and much cheaper than paying a full time person to handle everything it can do. Customer support has been great as well and readily available to answer any questions I’ve had. I feel jobber is very secure and don’t worry about my customers information being leaked.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but once you figure out the layout it’s smooth sailing. Some customization options could be a little deeper, but nothing that gets in the way of running my business.

Jobber has completely transformed our business. There is no way we’d secure the new customers we have, be able to invoice as quickly and as streamlined, or keep all of our jobs straight without the use of Jobber!

Pros

The ease of use and the professionalism it shows when sending quotes, jobs, and invoices to customers.

Cons

For some process, there can be a high learning curve or it can be cumbersome (closing out old jobs, as an example). If you don’t keep up with the mundane tasks, it can get overwhelming very quickly.

It's been all right, leaning bit towards good but needs improvement. Some of the things can be made really well and better, while others are made well. 3.5/5

Pros

One stop solution for CRM + managing clients, taking payments, messaging and emailing them (although the email functionality is very new).

Lot of bugs, lot of fixes and recently a lot of downtimes. There are certain aspects which are right there for us to see, and makes sense, but still not being implemented sometimes baffles me. Would love to get on a call with product team to let them know.

Pros

We have been using Jobber now for about 10 months. It has made invoicing extremely easy. The Jobber team has been quick to work out any bugs and issues that come up, so it does not affect our flow of business. Their customer support makes it easy if we run into something we want help with. Scheduling is super easy!! The security seems to be top notch and the value for the money is worth it. Me and my team would recommend Jobber to anyone running a successful business.

Cons

So far I do not have anything negative to say. It's really easy and simple to use for our whole team.

Pros

Jobber is an all-in-one platform that is constantly improving. User friendly and getting better by the day.

Cons

I have problems with the job timers sometimes. Also I get charged for each person that I add, I wish there was a bulk discount.

Pros

Have been using for over 3 years. It is easy to use and if I have a question the people at Jobber get me a solution very quickly.

Cons

I sometimes am not able to match a job up with an invoice and I have to go back and generate an invoice instead of seeing it in the batch invoices.

Amazing - we have 3 accounts for 3 separate entities of the business. We love how easy it is for everyone to use, track and keep everything working smoothly

Pros

Ease of use for new users, simple and clean. Invoicing is a breeze, from quotes to jobs and invoices - its all very simple. Follow ups to help grow the business are a breeze. Very limited issues - customer service is responsive and very helpful. Very happy with the quality and value this system brings.

Cons

No cons! Every minor issue that we have had has been met with stellar customer service, simplified work around, as well as easy to understand video tutorials.

Easy to use, easy to learn, and much more to continue to learn about it. Jobber is like Excel: anyone can use it for the basics, but mastering it makes it an incredibly valuable resource.

Pros

The support I've had has been very good. I have a direct contact that answers my questions and receives feedback well.

Cons

There's just a few technical things I'd like to see change: I'd like my team to be able to clock into a site visit through a request, because that is paid time even though it's not billable. And I'd like the customer statements to have more options: I'd like to be able to send a report with only outstanding invoices, instead of a whole historical account or exporting individual invoices.

Pros

Jobber is easy to use and very customer friendly. Clients complement us all the time how nice and convenient the system is.

Cons

Jobber continues to expand and develop. I haven't had any major issues at this point. Jobber tech support is always great when I do have a minor issue.
