### "My best friend"

Jobber has been a real blessing and as it has grown, it has constantly kept up with technology. And also kept up with all new services that are available.

Pros

i’ve been with Jobber for several years couldn’t tell you exactly but I believe at least 8 to 9 years. I started my company by myself and Jobber was my partner, employee, and best friend and has just gotten better from there now that I have four trucks and 12 employees.

Cons

What I like the best was the scheduling automatically and how my foreman can download an app and know what they need to do on a daily basis and if I need to add notes, I can do that so I can scale my company better spend more time with my children

### "We hope jobber keeps listening to customers"

Jobbers improved alot and their service and research has been good. They are so close to 5 stars for that reason.

Pros

The interface is very friendly and easy to use most of the time. Customers seem to like how easy it is on their end. Customer support on jobber has been always easy to access and they do alot of surveys and updates, which has been a major reason why we stick with them. We also like the online booking feature and it helps our estimator by making the route more efficient. Rarely are bugs happening. Cancelling and Rescheduling a job seems easy.

Cons

There are a few limitations as a large tree company, but it seems as tho jobber is always making improvements. We don't like that we have to pay for more users than we already do. it's just not worth it. It's hard to access job forms for billing purposes. Alot of clicking around. The schedule is messy. We wish we could put in the equipment, not just the people. and that you could toggle it so that people cant be double booked. I also wish i could more easily split up a quote into multiple jobs or a job into multiple invoices.

Excellent, jobber has helped us project, track, and so much more we are thrilled to continue to use jobber in our business.

Pros

What I most like about jobber is the job timer it has helped in so many ways! From billing to allowing the ability to see actually profitability on each project.

Cons

I don't like that as an admin you can't see who is clocked in when and where through the app. This would be very beneficial to manage people while being in the field.

### "Jobber is an extra hand for me!"

We started with Jobber when we were growing. It has grown and gotten so much more user-friendly over time, it just fits for us.

Pros

Jobber is like a third hand to me! It is where everything is related to our customers. Scheduling the customer is easy. Adding to the customer's file is easy to do. Invoicing and quotes are user-friendly, too. The quick customer support is great when in the middle of an issue, and I can call for immediate answers. I cannot imagine getting through a day, let alone an hour, without Jobber.

Cons

Campaigns in the marketing Suite. The customers I want the campaign geared toward are tricky to get right.

Very happy been with this company for many of years now . Been very reliable program , also has never let me down only for maintenance of course. It helps me write words to sound even more professional & allows me to run the company stress free when it's all scheduled in .

Pros

Easy to operate & does everything I need for scheduling our jobs , clients love it & say the service is very professional with emails sent to them & reminders .

Cons

Some of the Settings are hard when sending a job to start & to repeat the job it goes across a lot of days & only want to do certain days & it doubles up & can't find the job to invoice .

### "Jobber users for nearly a year!"

Our overall experience with Jobber has been great, we've gone from a business doing everything on pen and paper and losing track of things to a much more efficient business, keeping track of everything from when a request comes in to when an invoice is paid. There are things Jobber doesn't do that we wish they did but in less than a year, we have seen really useful things be implemented and been a part of Jobber Labs to give feedback on new features.

Pros

It's completely changed how our business runs, being able to keep on top of everything in one place for me in the office, and for the guys in the field.

Cons

There are a couple of things we wish Jobber had the capability to do such as track hours more in depth and log overtime and have limits on Jobber payments but overall, we are happy.

### "We Love Jobber!"

We love Jobber! We love that Jobber is always trying to improve their program. We have a new business manager that reaches out continuously to make sure we are aware of what is new with Jobber and try to offer programs that will help improve our business.

Pros

Easy program to work with. Love how you can customize the program to your business needs. We are new to the marketing program and payment system and we are excited to see how these two new function for our company will help!

Cons

I would love Jobber to have more payroll functions for commission pay employees. Commission reports that tie into invoices. Also sales reports for employees. I would like to pull reports individually for our employees to see how they are doing throughout the year. It would also be awesome for our employees to be able to view for themselves how they are doing. We know Jobber has a lot of videos to help with training. Maybe online training with a representative would help out more. It is nice to be able to share screens and do a walk thru training.

Excellent service, excellent product and they respond to the concerns of their customers. I would recommend to anyone with teams in the field and who wants to run a well organized business.

Pros

It keeps my entire business in one place that's all connected. I literally couldn't do the amount of business I do without it. When I started back in 2019 I did 1/3 of the business I do now.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. Sometimes my team in the field has issues on their phone but they are usually resolved easily.

Amazing. 10/10. Definitely recommend it. Give it a try, Jobber has the free trial. They are very helpful too. Whenever support is needed, they are there. Also, they have summits with amazing business owners so that is a plus. Love Jobber.

Pros

Jobber is amazing and a vital part of our business because it helps us with: invoicing, quoting, receiving payments, sending invoices and quotes using the automations they provide. One of my favorite parts of Jobber is trying to figure out how to improve our automations and processes. And, amazing products with amazing prices. Jobber makes our business better.

Cons

At the beginning, I used to say "Jobber is only good for invoicing and quoting". But I was WRONG. So many features that can help and boost a business.

Pros

The customer service team is always available and extremely helpful. They have been able to solve any issues. I’ve had quickly and help create a smoother operating company.

Cons

We do not like the routing system. It does not provide the quickest route that are scheduled for a day.

Our experience has been phenomenal thus far. Any issue we have customer support has been great at assisting with us.

Pros

We didn’t even realize the vast amount of usages that we could get out of Jobber. From sending quotes, time keeping, invoicing, asking for reviews, marketing. You name it they have it. It has been a life saver for our company.

Cons

There are still a few minor details that we do come up against. The forms could be a little more customizable and less clunky but overall the “issues” we have are minor.

Jobber support is quick to help when there is issues. It is really nice to have everything in one application and not have to have all these applications to do the same thing.

Pros

Jobber has a wide variety of different features that our business can utilize. From the calendar for scheduling estimates to quotes to send customers and invoicing at the end of the job.

Cons

Jobber does update a lot but there is never any warning to it happening. Due to this it takes time to get used to the new changes on the fly when you have customers waiting on you.

Id say its been great because i can work around the bugs but would prefer if they kept focusing on making everything simpler.

Pros

Easy to use and helps streamline alot of hard work. I love that you can choose what serviced to use so you can add on as you grow. It has helped alot

Cons

Some stuff was hard to learn to use and could definately use some more info. Like processing payments & adding new workers to the app so they can view their work calendar.

### "Why you need Jobber for your business"

So far, Jobber has been extremely easy to learn and navigate and hasn't let our business down! It is almost a one-stop shop; it manages timecards, schedule, billing and expenses! Jobber even has many apps integrated for anything it doesn't cover directly, i.e., bookkeeping, online reviews, website, etc.

Pros

Jobber keeps everything organized and is a reliable software. I love how I do not need several different software to run the company, as Jobber has so many features and is constantly improving!

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Jobber is that if a job and invoice get booked under the wrong client file, you have to create a whole new file instead of just changing the client.....

### "Mostly Pros, a few Cons"

Jobber support is very willing to take feedback and pass it to their development team. It is a straightforward CRM that is well-suited for small to mid-sized home service contractors. Would recommend.

Pros

The user interface is easy to learn. The customer support team always responds quickly, and is very helpful. The new split invoicing capability is extremely useful. The dedicated texting add-on is very convenient and well-priced (for our frequent use). Scheduling is easy and visually clear.

Cons

There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in Jobber; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity). The monthly price per additional user once you have maxed out users (on the top plan) is quite steep. There seem to be frequent bugs or lags that cause Jobber to slow down or time out during the work day, which can be inconvenient. Invoice reports are not as robust and cannot be tailored in a way that would suit our needs. Jobber app (phone) has fewer capabilities than Jobber desktop. Our admin are not always at their desks, and so would be nice if they had more of the desktop options accessible while in the field.

Overall my experience has been positive. It has helped the management of our small business and has pushed us to be more successful.

Pros

Jobber makes scheduling and job management easy. As a small business, it is difficult to track small costs and keep track of miscellaneous items we often forget about. Job costing for time and material jobs makes invoicing smoother and helps us get paid quicker!

Cons

Jobber is based out of Canada, so there are policies that apply to our business that do not apply outside of the US (overtime, public works, etc.) These are difficult to manage and have to be manually overridden. It is not difficult, but can often be missed if no paid attention to.

### "Great Support, Real Time Updates"

Overall we are quite happy with how Jobber has streamlined our operation and the ease of use for new hires learning both the desktop and app platforms. The ongoing updates have already shown that Jobber listens to our feedback and provides real time improvements to make our lives easier. We can’t imagine having to go back to old school paper work orders after having Jobber these last 9 months.

Pros

The customer support is Jobber’s biggest asset. Being local based makes the company more relatable. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] is by far the best part of Jobber. Very responsive and helpful to every inquiry. Having our entire workflow automated and tracked for the life cycle is the biggest benefit to implementing this CRM. It makes tracking hundreds of jobs easy and efficient.

Cons

On the Schedule tool, or when creating a new job, we would LOVE to have the ability to see each Team Member’s availability. This would make scheduling more efficient and ensure we don’t accidentally double book one of our team.

### "Jobber Makes my Job Possible"

I wouldn't be able to do my job if it wasn’t for Jobber. How it can manage customers, billing, and our jobs means we can serve our customers.

Pros

For scheduling multiple technicians multiple jobs a day we couldn't do it without Jobber's schedule. It alloes us to see GPS locations of where the jobs are so we can maximize our technicians' time between jobs.

Cons

Sometimes Jobber will go through updates without warning and change the interface. It may be a cosmetic change that does affect the overall functionality but it is annoying to have the apperance change and usually it means more scrolling or clicking through links that we didn't have to do before.

### "Success Made Simple"

Overall it is an excellent system and very user friendly for both the administrators and the employees.

Pros

It is great to be able to keep all job information, expenses, labor hours, and scheduling in real time; it makes the invoicing and collecting process a breeze.

Cons

When you view a photo, initially when we had jobber, you saw just the photo, now there is a large version of the photo in the background and the smaller photo in the center. It is very distracting and makes it harder to look at the photo. Also, there is no way to zoom in on the photos unless you download them and then open them to zoom in. For an otherwise pretty seamless process, this is one area that could really use improvement.

### "Please make mapping software upgrades"

I would recommend jobber to other business owners. Overall jobber has helped to increase the productivity of my business

Pros

The convenience, helps to keep my business structured, thus in increasing productivity and profitability. Also the customer support is helpful.

Cons

in my opinion, Jobber’s number one flaw is their mapping system, my business requires me to make 20+ stops a day. The way the map function’s, is very confusing… and make scheduling a real challenge!It just shows my stops, and on the map, it looks like we play connect the dots… the map does not show the exact route, street by street. When adding my stops jobbers GPS software does not show me direct roots through bridges, one ways, or alternate routes… ideally what I wanna do is add all of my stops for the day click “optimize” Thus, putting all of my addresses in the correct order, from beginning to end. The current mapping system is so confusing that it has caused me to backtrack several times, adding several additional hours to my work week! This is the main reason I would switch to a different company, because I use the map every day and it’s the most frustrating thing!

### "Jobber’s Customer UI"

Excellent and plan to use for a long time to come. They are always making improvements and providing value.

Pros

I like the professional presentation it provides to customers. I get several compliments on the job we system from customers regularly. They appreciate the ability to have a client hub that stores all of their projects without having to ask me for the paperwork. Overall the system runs smoothly for me as a small company.

Cons

Up until recently i couldn’t receive multiple payments on one invoice (card payments specifically). But that’s fixed now so I’m happy!

Overall it’s been really good, I used quickbooks before jobber and while it was good for what it was it didn’t have the specific features to my field of work like jobber does. Jobber has allowed my company to grow with less worries of invoicing and money tracking.

Pros

The best part of jobber for my business is being able to plug in job cost and then get your price based off of that cost so your margins are always exactly where you want them. I also have to package that allows routing and it’s a huge game changer being able to set routes for our maintenance work.

Cons

I simply wish that jobber had a system that allowed you to plug in your business budget for each month/ quarter so that the jobber software can help make sure prices for work are also keeping margins where we want them each month/ quarter.

### "$250k to $1.2MM"

I’ll never use a different CRM. My team and our clients love it. The features are awesome and you’ve evolved so much in the years we’ve been using it. I also love being a brand partner for a software that I feel so passionately about.

Pros

We’ve grown from $250k to $1.2MM using Jobber. It automates the most mundane tasks and allows my team a great work/life balance. We no longer have to chase payments and we no longer have to cold call lost leads or beg clients to leave google reviews (we’ve also gone from 100 google reviews to over 400 during this time). It’s truly a one-stop-shop for home service businesses.

Cons

I love it! Only thing I’d change is the AI receptionist seems a little wacky sometimes. I’m sure you guys will mitigate it though since it’s new!
