Overall, Jobber has been worth the investment. It has helped us stay organized, look more professional, and improve cash flow. If you run a service-based business and want to simplify scheduling and invoicing while improving customer experience, Jobber is a solid choice.

Pros

Jobber has completely streamlined our HVAC business. Before using it, we were juggling paper invoices, text messages, and spreadsheets. Now everything lives in one place — scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and client communication. The scheduling feature is incredibly easy to use, and I love how I can see our entire week at a glance. Creating professional estimates and converting them to invoices takes seconds, which makes us look more organized and polished to customers. Clients also love the online payment option — we get paid faster and spend less time chasing down invoices. The automation features (reminders, follow-ups, and invoice notifications) have saved us so much time. It truly feels like having an extra office assistant.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve in the beginning, especially when setting up workflows and customizing templates. Some features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be tough for smaller businesses just starting out. I’d also love to see even more customization options for invoices and reporting.

### "Boss Plumbing Review"

Generally we are able to use Jobber effectively to execute on our service based business without issue. we have 90% of the business that does require a bit more planning and scheduling that happens outside of Jobber but the main information is still held in Jobber which makes field execution easy.

Pros

I like how customizable the platform is. There are several areas that just need a little more information so i can add custom fields that can be reported on and manipulated after the fact.

Cons

It is sometime an issue when using Jobber for longer running projects. The job forms reset every visit, there should be persistent forms so that you can use them as checklists. there should also be a visit or job break down so that you can plan out multi day projects and keep your team on task properly.

We’ve been using Jobber to manage our HVAC and refrigeration company, and it has made a noticeable difference in how organized and efficient we operate. Scheduling is simple and clear, especially when you’re juggling multiple service calls and larger installation projects at the same time. The calendar view keeps the whole team on the same page, and dispatching techs from the office is straightforward. Quoting and invoicing are fast and professional. Being able to build detailed quotes, convert them to jobs, and then invoice directly from the same system saves a lot of double entry. It keeps everything clean and trackable. Clients also appreciate the professional look of the quotes and invoices. Payment tracking and reminders help keep cash flow steady. For a growing business, staying on top of receivables is critical, and Jobber makes that easier. The mobile app is useful for technicians in the field. They can access job details, add notes, upload photos, and track time without having to call the office constantly. That alone improves efficiency and reduces mistakes. Overall, Jobber helps bring structure to day-to-day operations. For a service-based company in the trades, having one platform to manage scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication is a big advantage.

Cons

One downside is that the mobile app doesn’t offer all the same functionality as the desktop version. There are times in the field when I want to make specific adjustments or edits, but certain features are only available on desktop. In those cases, I have to wait until I’m back at the office to complete what I need to do.

### "Our small business relies heavily on Jobber"

Great. Other than the cost, we are extremely happy with Jobber. Our small business relies heavily on a platform like Jobber.

Pros

Jobber is super easy to use. It allows us to keep extremely detailed notes for each client and see clients schedule easily. We use the auto invoicing for some clients which makes billing a breeze, though the invoicing process for others who don’t wish to store a card on file is also super easy and allows us to create personable emails to go along with each invoice. Customer support has been great for any questions we have had.

Cons

Being based in Canada, the exchange rate for the cost of Jobber really stings. Paying for extra users over the included 15 is also a tough pill to swallow. Love Jobber, but the cost definitely has us considering other options.

At the time, for the pricing we were paying when we first started with Jobber, the features and pricing was the deciding factor. Now that we are on the most expensive plan and paying for lots of extra users - we are shopping around. The exchange rate between USD and CAD is what hurts the most.

### "Jobber is a Game Changer! "

I would rate Jobber a 10/10 and strongly recommend it to anyone with a service based company. At first, it felt like a big jump to take on the extra cost, but when it allowed me to streamline all of the functionality needed to make my business run, I was able to grow my business by taking on more clients and hiring additional staff because Jobber made everything so easy to manage! If I ever have any issues, their customer support is incredible.

Pros

Jobber has helped me take my business to the next level. I used to do all of the functionality that Jobber offers manually, which was incredibly time consuming and left a lot of room for errors. Jobber has helped me grow my client base, ramp up communication efforts with clients and keep my scheduling on track.

Cons

I wish the Jobber app showed you the payout amounts going in to your account. This is currently only viewable on the website version.

What I liked most about Jobber is how it gives us one central system to run the day-to-day operations of our plumbing and HVAC business. We use it to manage requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, and customer records, so it helps keep the entire workflow organized from first contact through completion. It has been especially helpful for keeping our field and office teams aligned. The scheduling, job tracking, and quote-to-job flow make it easier to stay on top of work in progress, and the customer-facing side feels professional and easy to use. Overall, it has helped us create more structure, improve visibility across the business, and support the systems-led approach we are building.

Cons

What I liked least about Jobber is that there are a few small usability issues that come up from time to time. Occasionally, not all buttons or interface elements load properly on the first try, so I have to refresh the page. It is not a major issue, but it can be inconvenient during a busy workday. Another limitation for us is the lack of flexibility around phone numbers for notifications. It would be much better if businesses could port in and use their own phone number for customer notifications, since that would create a more consistent and branded customer experience.

It has helped us stay organized, respond faster to customers, and keep our office and field team on the same page. The platform is intuitive, and onboarding was straightforward. Their customer support has also been excellent anytime we’ve had a question or needed clarification. Jobber delivers solid functionality and reliability. That said, I do feel the pricing could be a bit more competitive for what’s included. It’s a good system, but as a growing service company you always weigh cost versus features carefully. Customer Support: This is one of Jobber’s strongest areas. Support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When you’re running a service business, that kind of backup matters. Ease of Use: Very user-friendly. Our team picked it up quickly, and it doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding to get started. The layout is clean and practical. Invoicing: Invoicing works well and keeps things professional. We appreciate how simple it is to convert quotes to invoices and track payments. Scheduling: Scheduling is clear and efficient. It helps keep our technicians organized and reduces back-and-forth between the office and the field. Banking and Transactions: Payment processing is straightforward, and the system makes it easy for customers to pay electronically. Bugs and Issues: We haven’t experienced any major bugs. Mostly happy with it and the ease of use. The development team is not worrying about feedback and people in New Zealand and improving certain basic features.

Pros

It is a central place where I can quote, schedule, invoice, and track jobs. The interface is simple to use. It provides basic one-way integration with Xero

Cons

No option to set default due dates per customer. Like you have in accounting systems like Xero. The booking function is very limited. It needs to be more granular so that I can assign areas and certain services to certain team members. The development team is very close-minded. Allowing the option to update invoices via API so that accounting systems like Xero can update an invoice once it is marked as paid in Xero. No option to accept payments in NZD, and the AI Reception is not available in NZ.

Overall, my experience with Jobber has been a positive one. It is a great blend of price and features for a business like mine. An open API or more integrations would improve it even more.

Pros

The price is what originally drew me to Jobber. When making the decision on which CRM to use for my startup HVAC business, other software such as ServiceTitan has more features than I need and a price point that my business won't support. Jobber was cost-effective, easy to use, and could be used with Quickbooks accounting, and therefore was a pretty easy choice.

Cons

I have the most issues with the app version of Jobber. Specifically, when taking notes, capturing images, or filling out forms, I have lost a lot of time when they won't upload or sync successfully. It was such a problem, that I have abandoned filling in the forms I have created. I also wish it integrated with a phone system like Ring Central.

Overall, Jobber has been a great platform for running our service business. It helps manage scheduling, quotes, invoices, and client communication all in one place. As our company has grown and we’ve added employees and recurring routes, having a system like Jobber has made a big difference in keeping everything organized. I would definitely recommend it to other cleaning or home service businesses that want to streamline their operations.

Pros

Jobber has been a huge help in organizing our cleaning business. Scheduling recurring clients, sending quotes, converting them to jobs, and invoicing is all in one place which saves a lot of time. The client hub is also great because customers can approve quotes and pay invoices easily. It has helped us stay organized as we grow and add more team members.

Cons

Some features take a little time to figure out when you first start using the system, especially setting up pay structures and workflows. It would also be nice to have a few more customization options for certain reports and scheduling views. However, once everything is set up it runs very smoothly.

So far we are happy. Again on boarding and customer service/support hasn’t been good at all. However the program works very well and had lots of nice features.

Pros

Since using jobber we’ve increased our productivity like crazy! We are on top of follow ups and were able to schedule more calls as we are more organized and efficient.

Cons

When we are out of town and no service the system is a bit buggy. Causing loading pictures and descriptions issues. The on boarding call was very bad as well.

### "A must for Independent Home Service Providers"

Before Jobber, we were using 16 different apps/software services to run our day to day operations of our business. After implementing Jobber 13 months ago, we have dropped that number to 7 with Jobber being he main workhorse among them all. Customer support is unmatched, training and transition process was MUCH less painful and time consuming that we thought it would be. Over all, our field staff, administrative staff, and even our client all have good things to say about the Jobber system. Never in my life did I ever think so many clients would praise a SOFTWARE, but it happens at least a couple times a month.

Pros

\- Fair Pricing - Ease of use at all levels for users from Admin, to tech, to client - Online support community - VERY responsive user support - Very little bugs or issues that create downtime (updates are often in the middle of the night on the weekends)

Cons

\- Video uploading not supported in client text feature - Reports can get a bit clunky and take time determining how to run them to give you the data you want

### "Jobber an overall great service that is always improving"

Our overall experience is good and we like that jobber makes updates however it is very expensive and adding the additional marketing suite gets challenging sometimes. Maybe we just need to use it more to get it money worth.

Pros

We enjoy most everything about jobber, I believe they try to do and add everything we need as a service provider company. Jobber has some great features for invoicing or clients from monthly billing to payment plans. Additionally we enjoy the ease of use for our team members. One big item for us as a small company is the ability to adjust and make things happen rather quickly in the app.

Cons

The group texting is not a feature for husband and wife clients, photos are hard to view and cannot download them to view. The ability to add fees such as late fees to invoices or convenience fees for special payment plans are not available. Lastly for a small business it's very expensive to pay in from to receive the discount that didn't include the marketing suite but we make it work as best as we can.

Jobber has truly been a life-changing experience for my business. I went from thinking I needed to keep everything in my head, on paper, or in a Google Calendar, to understanding how a real, organized business should be run. My mindset, confidence, and vision as a business owner have grown so much since using Jobber. I’ve learned how to professionally quote clients, send invoices, schedule jobs, and manage a growing team. Every time I call Jobber with a question—about anything—they take the time to help me and even ask for feedback. That level of support has made a huge difference in my journey. It honestly feels like they believe in me as a business owner. If I had to mention any cons, it would be that I wish there was a more structured, in-depth guide that I could revisit to fully master every part of the system. I would also love to see a separate option within the platform to manage subcontractors, not just hourly employees. Overall, Jobber has helped me grow out of survival mode and into a true business-owner mindset. I’m extremely thankful for the support and the systems it has given me to build something real and lasting.

It is very good for schedualling that rols over to invoicing. the reports are very good. the customer service is very helpful when needed.

Pros

As a pest control company we find Jobber to be a great software for tracking which service was conducted with chemical tracking of which and how much pestisides were used and where. Jobber is efficiant and user friendly. It is easy to useand it is very acomodating. Jobber is an office assitant in many areas of office work. Including making apointments and scheduling the week with an option to cancel and rescesule to a difernt day. invoicing with details. The work description is AI generated that makes it very proffesinal. The billing service is great. They keep on upgrading the sytem with more and better features. This is all for a minimul fee for the amuont of features that it offers.

Cons

not enough room to write notes. or to scheduale tasks for te sake of personnel reminders. there should be a separate task board where I can write notes for my daily schedule without enering into the system

We like it and will continue to use it as it's the best option we have found for our service based business.

Pros

It is great for scheduling and letting customers know what needs to be done. The automation is great as it saves time. It gives customers and users a one stop shop experience. We like the campaign feature as well.

Cons

It is hard to get ahold of support sometimes. The price is pretty expensive. If we have a service like Christmas lights (they pay in full at installation) but we have to come back and take down the lights, it feels like we have to re-open the job to schedule the take downs. CC processing fees have gone up.

After using Vcita and Square, after testing HouseCall Pro, Zenmaid & others, Jobber is the best bang for your buck. We use the grow plan where we can have up to 15 users, manage all of their schedules and maintain our efficient, reliable service, all from one spot.

Pros

I like Jobber for it's vast offerings including full schedule management, invoicing, follow-up details - it's the best CRM I have used as a cleaning business owner.

Cons

We like least about Jobber that the application is very inconsistent. We encourage our friends who work on teams to keep communication strong as the application may have you second guessing things here & there.

Pros

The tools it provides make our daily work life easier. The work order portion has saved my life tremendously. I am more aware of what we are charging and not charging correctly, and of how our team is doing, both inside and outside the field.

Cons

Not being able to filter or choose from different filters. We have a high volume of service orders, quotes, and invoices. We do entire subdivisions and many commercial chains. It is a HUGE time-consuming problem having to dig for one simple thing that could have been filtered out, by adding that function, I think that would boost your software's worth.

The flow of information about clients and jobs and payments flows without interruption and helps us to stay on top of tasks with ease and speed. The app is amazing and keeps our guys in the field connected and able to communicate efficiently with the office.

Pros

Jobber allows me to stay organized and keeps me from losing track of payments or clients' correspondence. One of the things I love most about Jobber is that it is always changing by adding features that make using it easier and more efficient. I couldn't operate my business without it.

Cons

I honestly wish that it had been easier to integrate CallRail for incoming calls. Other than that, all of the native features have been amazing and continue to improve.

Overall, Jobber seems to be a great tool for managing a landscaping business, however, snow removal side can be significantly improved (as described above).

Pros

The ability to schedule jobs and invoicing at the same time. It is easy to use during the rapid change of plans like cancellations.

Cons

We practically don't use Jobber for snow removal which seems like we are overpaying during that season. It would be great if scheduling snow removal jobs has an option to choose the order without assigning the timeframe. It will be also good to mark the boundaries of each property and see the crews progress.

Love it! We have been what we call a "Legacy" member from almost the start. We lovre that Jobber is local to our area and customer service is top notch. Constant upgrades are incredible!

Pros

Ease of use, never any downtime and well priced. We love the fact that all of our employees once introduced are able to jump right in with little training. Thats how easy and straight forward Jobber is! No fluff, all business!

Cons

Lack of color coding certain visits on schedule. Would like to be able to shift colors on the fly for subs to see the visirs easier on desktop.

Our overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication. The platform is stable, easy for staff to learn, and reliable day to day. Scheduling, quoting, and invoicing all work exactly as expected, and the system has helped streamline our workflow as the company has grown. There are areas where deeper customization would be helpful, but none of them outweigh the consistency, ease of use, and overall reliability that Jobber provides.

Pros

Jobber has become a central part of our daily operations. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing and communication are all handled in one place, and the system is intuitive enough that new staff can learn it quickly. The quoting and optional-line-item structure is excellent for upsells and flexible service packages. Calendar visibility is strong, routing is straightforward, and the ability to adjust jobs, reschedule, and update clients in real time keeps the whole team aligned. Customer support has consistently been responsive and helpful when needed.

Cons

No platform is perfect, and Jobber is no exception. The biggest limitations for us are customization boundaries inside the quote templates and certain workflow areas that don’t go as deep as larger field-service CRMs. For a high-volume exterior cleaning company, we would benefit from more robust production tracking tools and more flexible job type structures. That said, none of these points stop us from using the system effectively.
