"A-" would be my grade of the product and support. Continued improvements are fantastic and the recent roll out of additional customer profiles per client is massively helpful.

Pros

Jobber gives me a massive amount of time back by generating invoices from the jobs my technicians are doing.

Cons

Time tracking is faulty and does not add time together properly. It often gives around 90min extra time per week to my team. Which if not caught, would average between four or five thousand dollars a year. As such I have had to quit using it and go back to the Workforce app.

My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. It’s a powerful tool that has brought structure and efficiency to my HVAC/R Filtration business. From scheduling and dispatching to invoicing and client communication, everything is streamlined in one easy-to-use platform. It saves me time, helps me stay organized, and presents my business professionally. While I would like more control over deleting unused entries like spam calls or dead leads, Jobber has still been a valuable asset in helping me grow and manage my operations more effectively.

Pros

What I liked most about Jobber is how seamlessly it keeps my entire business organized. From scheduling jobs to sending professional estimates and invoices, everything is streamlined in one place. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to stay on top of tasks, and the automation features save me hours every week. It’s been a game-changer for managing customers and running my HVAC/R Filtration services efficiently.

Cons

What I liked least about Jobber is the lack of control over deleting certain entries like customer requests, accounts, or phone conversations that don’t turn into actual jobs. Sometimes I get spam calls or dead-end leads that go nowhere, and I’d prefer to be able to completely remove them from the system to keep my records clean and organized. It would be helpful if Jobber allowed full deletion of these unused or unnecessary entries rather than keeping them stored indefinitely.

Great for a few years. If you plan to grow your company, expect this software to hold you back. Great if you're 1-5 people but anything more I'd look elsewhere.

Pros

Jobber’s scheduling was pretty good and one of the stronger features of the platform. The calendar view made it easy to assign jobs, track appointments, and quickly adjust when things changed. If scheduling is your main need, Jobber can be a helpful solution, though the rest of the platform may frustrate you.

Cons

This company has gone downhill for sometime. I've been using them for about 8 years. Pricing was good, and they were adding features that made sense. Now, to run a small business with 10 users it's about $10,000 a year. For a scheduling app it's excessive. They used COVID as an excuse to raise prices and have continued to raise their prices. Lot's of other great alternatives to use.

Good. A few quirks but overall pretty satisfied with how it went. Customer service is quie good. Suggest more chatbot use

Pros

Ease of use by far is the top feature. Id say its easy to teach new hires how to use it. Clock in and out is good also.

Cons

Its not intuitive enough Wish more hvac specific features were on there. Why cant we schedule quote as an appointment?

I love the experience with Jobber, so far I have had nothing but good things to say and the usage is simple and love it.

Pros

Jobber is definetely great value for the money. Their customer support is very good. Ususally responds within minutes. The portal and scheduling dsashboard is very easy to use. Invoicing is simple and there are no bugs or issues that we have encountered in our usage at all. The banking and transaction side is very easy to set up and we love the PAYOUT option to get paid immediately. Love the software, recommend to all service and home service companies.

Cons

So far I only am expecting improvements on Maintenance Plan flow and set up. Just needs a bit of tweeks to get it down right.

Very happy with Jobber. We have been with them for just over a year and look forward to see how we can improve our business even further in year 2 alongside jobber. One suggestion would be to take one of those initial training sessions and utilize it at the end of the first year. The more familiarity we had with Jobber as the year progressed the more engaged we had become with asking how to better use the functions within the platform.

Pros

Their customer support is incredible. We find at times we get stuck with trying to do something within jobber and both live chat and phone support is amazing! Even from day 1 with the training sessions they offer really help set the path in utilizing the platform.

Cons

We are a lawn care application business and have found it to be a little cumbersome when setting up reoccurring jobs (5 applications) spaced out over the year and not in a evenly spaced time frame.

With the former company I worked at they use Real Green and their platform wasnt that user friendly. The only thing I liked with it was routing and measuring the properties. However everything cost additional money and more importantly there were a few times the whole platform shut down and everyone who used it was left in the dark until problem resolved.

Pros

I truly love that job. It has given me so much of my time back and I don’t have to worry. I love the scheduling feature more than anything

Cons

The price is a little expensive, but it is worth every penny when you value your time. I have been here for the long run and new features. Every year are amazing so it’s just the price.

An incredibly positive experience over the last year that we’ve used Jobber. And we feel like we’re constantly getting better and more enhancements and benefits without having to upgrade constantly.

Pros

Customer support is well done and instantaneous. We love that job or listens to its customers and it’s constantly improving with valuable and relevant improvements to the system. We also enjoy the seamless integration from beginning to end of the entire booking process with our clients. As well, being able to use the AI receptionist, marketing suite, and other enhancements has allowed us to grow exponentially.

Cons

Nothing that we like least. It’s been wonderful overall. The system and abilities help us be successful.

I really wish there was a feature that allows for employee tagging in notes, complete with notifications. Just imagine this: when I receive a phone call and I take a moment to leave an internal message on a quote, job, or invoice, it would be absolutely fantastic if the employee I tagged could receive a notification about that note. This would really help streamline our communication and ensure everyone stays in the loop!

My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. Every time I call customer service whether the issue is big or small they are always helpful and efficient. While there are still some areas that could be improved, I really appreciate how simple and user-friendly the platform is, and I like that it’s continually being updated and enhanced.

Pros

I really like Jobber’s new feature that shows the status of a payment and lets me see exactly when it will be deposited into our bank account. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust a client’s payment method. This gives clients the opportunity to set up a payment plan with us, and it helps us clearly track how much they’ve already paid and how much they still owe.

Cons

I’m frustrated that Jobber allows double booking without alerting me, and that there’s no simple way to mark individual blackout dates or times for my workers. Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

Love it, I absolutely could not do as much as I do without it. I would not have grown as quickly as I did or look as professional without jobber.

Pros

Schedule and payments, I am able to set up a job, typically from my phone because I’m always on the go, I can bill out immediately as we finish, my customers love that.

Inability to use features without upgrading, I wish I could add more employees and messages customers as a standard package

I compared 5 different platforms before picking Jobber. It was a great decision to implement Jobber. Our workflow is full circle now. Training the field was simple. Sales have increased two-fold already in the first 3 months.

Pros

Easy to use features. The mobile app for crew is just what we needed. Building the catalog was easy and fun. We can now see the details and margins on jobs. Adding better descriptions and pictures to the quote has increased sales. Monthly reporting with Quickbooks integration will be a breeze now.

Cons

The learning curve, beyond the basics, is still a struggle but we are getting better every day. Having a coach for the first 3 months has helped us tremendously.

Great tool, I love it and my onboarding team is wonderful. I also feel like I haven't ran into any bugs or issues that would affect operations. I've also been much more efficient at monitoring and tracking my workers.

Pros

This helped me get my field service crew and camera roll organized, was easy to use, and really boosted my revenue. I'm happy to pay for this tool every month because it works reliably and the customer support team is patient, knowledgeable, and effective. My customers love when we let them know we are on the way to the appointment and they always complement how thorough and professional my estimates and invoices are.

Cons

I wish it allowed videos and AI features like company cam has. I find that photos are helpful, but being able to manage video and other media in an easier way would really solve the other field service management issue of memorializing, archiving, or simple CYA for doing walk throughs before work begins or during estimates.

It’s been fantastic for us, from onboarding to scaling! Highly recommend to any home service business who is hesitant to move away from paper - this is jet fuel!

Pros

Keeps our business streamlined without having to think to hard about it. Really hard to let things fall through the cracks since we started using Jobber. Also really love the fact that reviews are tied into the system, it’s increased our reviews significantly!

Cons

Process flexibility could be improved but this is also its super power. Things flow the same way each job. Expense management and time management need overhauls, we stopped using these features.

I like Jobber, once I got this app, I had to learn how to use it. I love how they have tutorials and customer service is excellent.

Pros

What I like most about Jobber is the easy payout. I haven’t experienced the Jobber totally because I’m still use the basic CRM. I will be upgrading but don’t know when.

Cons

I’ve noticed that most of my clients that I have on reoccurring schedule are not on my schedule when I know I put them on schedule. I’ve been having this issue with Jobber. I have two CRMs that I use because I can actually see the two schedules of both CRMs to determine who I have for each day.

Five out of five I have sent it to a lot of friends. I think two have signed up already and they were loving it just as much as I am.

Pros

I get to spend a lot more time with my family once I have the job set up my employees can send the bills out and collect payments. It saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I would have to say my clients complain that they are not able to see the bill when I send it to them. They have to click on a link that takes them somewhere else would be nice if it could be set up so when I send it, they can see the whole bill instead of going to different windows.

### "Huge increase in efficiency and their customer service rocks!"

Overall, I am happy with Jobber. It is expensive but the scope of what we can do with it is great. We had a large project with many different aspects that we needed to utilize, and I wasn't sure how to do it. I was able to book regular time with our rep who walked me through how to best set up the entire project and was available for questions, problems and issues. The project was a complete success--the whole team commented on how efficient the process was this year. I never could have pulled that off without his input. I also very much appreciate that I can text customers right from Jobber and they can ask me questions as needed.

Pros

Ease of invoicing; having a request form; free website; ease of sending out email campaigns; designated phone number so customers can text the office and vice versa for great customer service that is timely; on our way texting option from the field

Cons

1\. Cost. 2. When current customers fill out our request form, if their name is slightly different, it creates a duplicate client. If the address is slightly off, it creates a duplicate address. 3. There is no way to merge clients or properties.

### "Pond Companies need Jobber!"

We use Jobber at our pond service/construction company and I could not imagine running successful business without it. It’s literally the brain of our operation and has allowed us to surpass $1M in revenue without any admin staff. It’s absolutely necessary for anyone in the home service industry to have a software like Jobber!

Pros

Jobber streamlines every single aspect of your business. Marketing, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, client communications, timesheet tracking, etc. is all handled. It makes your company look professional no matter how small you are.

Cons

Like any software, there’s some minor annoyances with a few features such as not being able to send pics through the 2 way texting feature. But they’re always taking in feedback and updating or fixing issues.

Oh my overall experience is this great it’s a great app. It’s a great system and I love it. I can’t insist on the of the topic to be able to speak to a live person and how important it is for me. I’m not a computer savvy, but chopper I seem to be able to get done everything I need to get done in a timely manner, quick and easy if I’m saying that I’m telling you it’s quick and easy anybody can use the center system so yep I love Jobber plant using them for a long time.

Pros

I love Jobber because the ease of you. Also when you call to speak to somebody, you speak with a live person he always get things resolved quickly. It gets back to you with a quick response. I love the invoicing and the scheduling. I love that it’s easy and I can do it on site just on my phone. It’s awesome. I’ve been with Jobber for some time and I am grateful for them because they make my life a little bit easier than what it normally is so thank you Jobber.

Cons

What is a kind of hard for me to answer that she just to be totally honest I love everything about Javo well except for to receive payment. Sometimes it takes a little bit more than normal time, but I always receive my money. I’m not about the only thing that I can actually say about Jobber. Everything else is always running slow.

I have been using Jobber for several years now and have seen it come a long way as far as functionality, especially over the last year.

Pros

I work for a tree service company in Washington and we use Jobber for scheduling, invoicing, client communications and more. It is a very user friendly system and Jobber has added several features in the last while that make it easier for me to do my job. I also love that Jobber is based out of Edmonton, Alberta - my home province!

Cons

There isn't really anything I don't like. If I have to choose something I would say that it has been a bit of an adjustment to get used to the changes as they come out, but in the long-run, it has been worth the brief inconvenience.
