“The way the map function’s, is very confusing… and make scheduling a real challenge!It just shows my stops, and on the map, it looks like we play connect the dots… the map does not show the exact route, street by street. Amazing. 10/10. Definitely recommend it. Give it a try, has the free trial. They are very helpful too. Whenever support is needed, they are there. Also, they have summits with amazing business owners so that is a plus. Love Jobber.

Pros

is amazing and a vital part of our business because it helps us with: invoicing, quoting, receiving payments, sending invoices and quotes using the automations they provide. One of my favorite parts of Jobber is trying to figure out how to improve our automations and processes. And, amazing products with amazing prices. Jobber makes our business better.

Cons

At the beginning, I used to say " is only good for invoicing and quoting". But I was WRONG. So many features that can help and boost a business.

Very good. I have no hesitation recommending them to someone. I have built my service business around this CRM and have not regretted it. Lots of room to grow with these powerful tools. Adopting this early meant good systems were in place to scale my business. has made it streamlined and each year it get better.

Pros

Pretty much a one stop shop. A few minor annoyances, but I looked at a lot of other options and was most compatible for my business needs. I love how they are constantly making it better.

Cons

While integrated with Zapier, some of the default settings don't work when a zap does the task making for some busy work tasks to clean up.

What I liked most about is how it gives us one central system to run the day-to-day operations of our plumbing and HVAC business. We use it to manage requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, and customer records, so it helps keep the entire workflow organized from first contact through completion. It has been especially helpful for keeping our field and office teams aligned. The scheduling, job tracking, and quote-to-job flow make it easier to stay on top of work in progress, and the customer-facing side feels professional and easy to use. Overall, it has helped us create more structure, improve visibility across the business, and support the systems-led approach we are building.

Cons

What I liked least about is that there are a few small usability issues that come up from time to time. Occasionally, not all buttons or interface elements load properly on the first try, so I have to refresh the page. It is not a major issue, but it can be inconvenient during a busy workday. Another limitation for us is the lack of flexibility around phone numbers for notifications. It would be much better if businesses could port in and use their own phone number for customer notifications, since that would create a more consistent and branded customer experience.

is a great program that makes the sale process run smooth. From sending quotes, getting approval, paying deposits all in one convenient platform. This makes the sales process easy, which is a key part for customers to continue to come back

Pros

Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.

Cons

The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.

Pros

GUI is great and very easy to use. Scheduling and invoicing is very easy and allows clients to book jobs electronically as well as pay invoices and approve quotes electronically. Customer support is live and great. Rarely have to deal with bugs and always updating for the better

Cons

Reporting could be more robust but they do keep improving it. Other than that is an overall strong offering and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

The client hub and automated reminders improve close rates and reduce back and forth. Mobile app works well in the field.

Limited flexibility once a quote is approved. Optional items can’t easily be added later without a new quote. Reporting and financial tracking are basic. Some integrations require workarounds. Phone and form tracking attribution is not native and needs external tools.

Great. Other than the cost, we are extremely happy with . Our small business relies heavily on a platform like Jobber.

Pros

is super easy to use. It allows us to keep extremely detailed notes for each client and see clients schedule easily. We use the auto invoicing for some clients which makes billing a breeze, though the invoicing process for others who don’t wish to store a card on file is also super easy and allows us to create personable emails to go along with each invoice. Customer support has been great for any questions we have had.

Cons

Being based in Canada, the exchange rate for the cost of really stings. Paying for extra users over the included 15 is also a tough pill to swallow. Love Jobber, but the cost definitely has us considering other options.

has been a huge help in organizing our cleaning business. Scheduling recurring clients, sending quotes, converting them to jobs, and invoicing is all in one place which saves a lot of time. The client hub is also great because customers can approve quotes and pay invoices easily. It has helped us stay organized as we grow and add more team members.

Cons

Some features take a little time to figure out when you first start using the system, especially setting up pay structures and workflows. It would also be nice to have a few more customization options for certain reports and scheduling views. However, once everything is set up it runs very smoothly.

I really wish there was a feature that allows for employee tagging in notes, complete with notifications. Just imagine this: when I receive a phone call and I take a moment to leave an internal message on a quote, job, or invoice, it would be absolutely fantastic if the employee I tagged could receive a notification about that note. This would really help streamline our communication and ensure everyone stays in the loop!

Our overall experience is good and we like that makes updates however it is very expensive and adding the additional marketing suite gets challenging sometimes. Maybe we just need to use it more to get it money worth.

Pros

We enjoy most everything about , I believe they try to do and add everything we need as a service provider company. Jobber has some great features for invoicing or clients from monthly billing to payment plans. Additionally we enjoy the ease of use for our team members. One big item for us as a small company is the ability to adjust and make things happen rather quickly in the app.

Cons

The group texting is not a feature for husband and wife clients, photos are hard to view and cannot download them to view. The ability to add fees such as late fees to invoices or convenience fees for special payment plans are not available. Lastly for a small business it's very expensive to pay in from to receive the discount that didn't include the marketing suite but we make it work as best as we can.

The tools it provides make our daily work life easier. The work order portion has saved my life tremendously. I am more aware of what we are charging and not charging correctly, and of how our team is doing, both inside and outside the field.

Cons

Not being able to filter or choose from different filters. We have a high volume of service orders, quotes, and invoices. We do entire subdivisions and many commercial chains. It is a HUGE time-consuming problem having to dig for one simple thing that could have been filtered out, by adding that function, I think that would boost your software's worth.

Before , we were using 16 different apps/software services to run our day to day operations of our business. After implementing Jobber 13 months ago, we have dropped that number to 7 with Jobber being he main workhorse among them all. Customer support is unmatched, training and transition process was MUCH less painful and time consuming that we thought it would be. Over all, our field staff, administrative staff, and even our client all have good things to say about the Jobber system. Never in my life did I ever think so many clients would praise a SOFTWARE, but it happens at least a couple times a month.

Pros

\- Fair Pricing - Ease of use at all levels for users from Admin, to tech, to client - Online support community - VERY responsive user support - Very little bugs or issues that create downtime (updates are often in the middle of the night on the weekends)

Cons

\- Video uploading not supported in client text feature - Reports can get a bit clunky and take time determining how to run them to give you the data you want

Excellent service, excellent product and they respond to the concerns of their customers. I would recommend to anyone with teams in the field and who wants to run a well organized business.

Pros

It keeps my entire business in one place that's all connected. I literally couldn't do the amount of business I do without it. When I started back in 2019 I did 1/3 of the business I do now.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. Sometimes my team in the field has issues on their phone but they are usually resolved easily.

Overall, we are very happy with and will continue to use them. It’s very easy for our employees to use. It is great because it’s bilingual.

Pros

The customer service team is always available and extremely helpful. They have been able to solve any issues. I’ve had quickly and help create a smoother operating company.

Cons

We do not like the routing system. It does not provide the quickest route that are scheduled for a day.

It is very good for schedualling that rols over to invoicing. the reports are very good. the customer service is very helpful when needed.

Pros

As a pest control company we find to be a great software for tracking which service was conducted with chemical tracking of which and how much pestisides were used and where. Jobber is efficiant and user friendly. It is easy to useand it is very acomodating. Jobber is an office assitant in many areas of office work. Including making apointments and scheduling the week with an option to cancel and rescesule to a difernt day. invoicing with details. The work description is AI generated that makes it very proffesinal. The billing service is great. They keep on upgrading the sytem with more and better features. This is all for a minimul fee for the amuont of features that it offers.

Cons

not enough room to write notes. or to scheduale tasks for te sake of personnel reminders. there should be a separate task board where I can write notes for my daily schedule without enering into the system

Oh my overall experience is this great it’s a great app. It’s a great system and I love it. I can’t insist on the of the topic to be able to speak to a live person and how important it is for me. I’m not a computer savvy, but chopper I seem to be able to get done everything I need to get done in a timely manner, quick and easy if I’m saying that I’m telling you it’s quick and easy anybody can use the center system so yep I love plant using them for a long time.

Pros

I love because the ease of you. Also when you call to speak to somebody, you speak with a live person he always get things resolved quickly. It gets back to you with a quick response. I love the invoicing and the scheduling. I love that it’s easy and I can do it on site just on my phone. It’s awesome. I’ve been with Jobber for some time and I am grateful for them because they make my life a little bit easier than what it normally is so thank you Jobber.

Cons

What is a kind of hard for me to answer that she just to be totally honest I love everything about Javo well except for to receive payment. Sometimes it takes a little bit more than normal time, but I always receive my money. I’m not about the only thing that I can actually say about . Everything else is always running slow.

### "We love Jobber!"

Love it! We have been what we call a "Legacy" member from almost the start. We lovre that is local to our area and customer service is top notch. Constant upgrades are incredible!

Pros

Ease of use, never any downtime and well priced. We love the fact that all of our employees once introduced are able to jump right in with little training. Thats how easy and straight forward is! No fluff, all business!

Cons

Lack of color coding certain visits on schedule. Would like to be able to shift colors on the fly for subs to see the visirs easier on desktop.

has been a real blessing and as it has grown, it has constantly kept up with technology. And also kept up with all new services that are available.

Pros

i’ve been with for several years couldn’t tell you exactly but I believe at least 8 to 9 years. I started my company by myself and Jobber was my partner, employee, and best friend and has just gotten better from there now that I have four trucks and 12 employees.

Cons

What I like the best was the scheduling automatically and how my foreman can download an app and know what they need to do on a daily basis and if I need to add notes, I can do that so I can scale my company better spend more time with my children

### "Jobber is great!"

Our overall experience with has been great. We rarely run into too many issues that aren't resolved by the amazing customer service team, and when we do run into things that aren't necessarily able to be done, the team does a great job with making sure they do what they can to make the experience a breeze. We are satisfied with the service that we are given based on the subscription we have, and don't think we'll be switching any time soon!

Pros

makes it efficient and easy to put new requests from customers into our system for our clients and our team. The ability to track our revenue has also been crucial, with the ability to have money directly deposited without a second thought. We can't talk enough about how much simpler Jobber has made our day to day tasks, from an initial inquiry to completing payments.

Cons

doesn't really have that many downfalls, but one thing we have experienced is the quality of the plugins and ability to make specific changes to various items. For example, when we were asked to change wording on our submission form, we had to stop using it because there was not the ability to have it changed. While we understand the need to have it one way for the entire area Jobber covers, the ability to customize what we need would be much appreciated.
