Amazing. 10/10. Definitely recommend it. Give it a try, Jobber has the free trial. They are very helpful too. Whenever support is needed, they are there. Also, they have summits with amazing business owners so that is a plus. Love Jobber.

Pros

Jobber is amazing and a vital part of our business because it helps us with: invoicing, quoting, receiving payments, sending invoices and quotes using the automations they provide. One of my favorite parts of Jobber is trying to figure out how to improve our automations and processes. And, amazing products with amazing prices. Jobber makes our business better.

Cons

At the beginning, I used to say "Jobber is only good for invoicing and quoting". But I was WRONG. So many features that can help and boost a business.

I’ve had a great experience with everything from the product itself to customer service. I rarely need customer service because they make it so easy to use and understand but when I have needed help they’ve been ready and waiting. They also continue to improve the program all the time which gives me confidence they are pushing for the same high service as I am.

Pros

The function of the product for the cost is great. I’ve used many over the years and Jobber provides the best balance of functionality for the price.

Cons

As with any product like this there will be bugs. I wish there wasn’t but it’s part of technology. They fix it quickly when something happens though.

Mostly happy with it and the ease of use. The development team is not worrying about feedback and people in New Zealand and improving certain basic features.

Pros

It is a central place where I can quote, schedule, invoice, and track jobs. The interface is simple to use. It provides basic one-way integration with Xero

Cons

No option to set default due dates per customer. Like you have in accounting systems like Xero. The booking function is very limited. It needs to be more granular so that I can assign areas and certain services to certain team members. The development team is very close-minded. Allowing the option to update invoices via API so that accounting systems like Xero can update an invoice once it is marked as paid in Xero. No option to accept payments in NZD, and the AI Reception is not available in NZ.

Generally we are able to use Jobber effectively to execute on our service based business without issue. we have 90% of the business that does require a bit more planning and scheduling that happens outside of Jobber but the main information is still held in Jobber which makes field execution easy.

Pros

I like how customizable the platform is. There are several areas that just need a little more information so i can add custom fields that can be reported on and manipulated after the fact.

Cons

It is sometime an issue when using Jobber for longer running projects. The job forms reset every visit, there should be persistent forms so that you can use them as checklists. there should also be a visit or job break down so that you can plan out multi day projects and keep your team on task properly.

Jobber support is quick to help when there is issues. It is really nice to have everything in one application and not have to have all these applications to do the same thing.

Pros

Jobber has a wide variety of different features that our business can utilize. From the calendar for scheduling estimates to quotes to send customers and invoicing at the end of the job.

Cons

Jobber does update a lot but there is never any warning to it happening. Due to this it takes time to get used to the new changes on the fly when you have customers waiting on you.

I would say it has been positive. While it does have its pain points, I would say overall it has been a good experience. Fixing the data/reporting needs and the ability to have different options on quoting would put it as great.

Pros

Simplicity for new technicians to learn the system quickly, and be effective faster. They can often learn most of what they need to know in two days or less.

Cons

The lack of reporting is disappointing. It could be so much better. The data is obviously there, but there is no easy way to get to the many reports I would like to know. The ability to customize reports or data pulls would be very useful.

While I would like more control over deleting unused entries like spam calls or dead leads, Jobber has still been a valuable asset in helping me grow and manage my operations more effectively.

Pros

What I liked most about Jobber is how seamlessly it keeps my entire business organized. From scheduling jobs to sending professional estimates and invoices, everything is streamlined in one place. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to stay on top of tasks, and the automation features save me hours every week. It’s been a game-changer for managing customers and running my HVAC/R Filtration services efficiently.

Cons

What I liked least about Jobber is the lack of control over deleting certain entries like customer requests, accounts, or phone conversations that don’t turn into actual jobs. Sometimes I get spam calls or dead-end leads that go nowhere, and I’d prefer to be able to completely remove them from the system to keep my records clean and organized. It would be helpful if Jobber allowed full deletion of these unused or unnecessary entries rather than keeping them stored indefinitely.

Very good. I have no hesitation recommending them to someone. I have built my service business around this CRM and have not regretted it. Lots of room to grow with these powerful tools. Adopting this early meant good systems were in place to scale my business. Jobber has made it streamlined and each year it get better.

Pros

Pretty much a one stop shop. A few minor annoyances, but I looked at a lot of other options and Jobber was most compatible for my business needs. I love how they are constantly making it better.

Cons

While integrated with Zapier, some of the default settings don't work when a zap does the task making for some busy work tasks to clean up.

Jobber is a great program that makes the sale process run smooth. From sending quotes, getting approval, paying deposits all in one convenient platform. This makes the sales process easy, which is a key part for customers to continue to come back

Pros

Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.

Cons

The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.

The reporting feature could be better, but it's not so bad that I would take away a star from their review!

Jobber has been a huge help in organizing our cleaning business. Scheduling recurring clients, sending quotes, converting them to jobs, and invoicing is all in one place which saves a lot of time. The client hub is also great because customers can approve quotes and pay invoices easily. It has helped us stay organized as we grow and add more team members.

Cons

Some features take a little time to figure out when you first start using the system, especially setting up pay structures and workflows. It would also be nice to have a few more customization options for certain reports and scheduling views. However, once everything is set up it runs very smoothly.

I truly love that job. It has given me so much of my time back and I don’t have to worry. I love the scheduling feature more than anything

The price is a little expensive, but it is worth every penny when you value your time. I have been here for the long run and new features. Every year are amazing so it’s just the price.

An incredibly positive experience over the last year that we’ve used Jobber. And we feel like we’re constantly getting better and more enhancements and benefits without having to upgrade constantly.

Pros

Customer support is well done and instantaneous. We love that job or listens to its customers and it’s constantly improving with valuable and relevant improvements to the system. We also enjoy the seamless integration from beginning to end of the entire booking process with our clients. As well, being able to use the AI receptionist, marketing suite, and other enhancements has allowed us to grow exponentially.

Cons

Nothing that we like least. It’s been wonderful overall. The system and abilities help us be successful.

I really wish there was a feature that allows for employee tagging in notes, complete with notifications. Just imagine this: when I receive a phone call and I take a moment to leave an internal message on a quote, job, or invoice, it would be absolutely fantastic if the employee I tagged could receive a notification about that note. This would really help streamline our communication and ensure everyone stays in the loop!

My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. Every time I call customer service whether the issue is big or small they are always helpful and efficient. While there are still some areas that could be improved, I really appreciate how simple and user-friendly the platform is, and I like that it’s continually being updated and enhanced.

Pros

I really like Jobber’s new feature that shows the status of a payment and lets me see exactly when it will be deposited into our bank account. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust a client’s payment method. This gives clients the opportunity to set up a payment plan with us, and it helps us clearly track how much they’ve already paid and how much they still owe.

Cons

I’m frustrated that Jobber allows double booking without alerting me, and that there’s no simple way to mark individual blackout dates or times for my workers. Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

Pros

The tools it provides make our daily work life easier. The work order portion has saved my life tremendously. I am more aware of what we are charging and not charging correctly, and of how our team is doing, both inside and outside the field.

Cons

Not being able to filter or choose from different filters. We have a high volume of service orders, quotes, and invoices. We do entire subdivisions and many commercial chains. It is a HUGE time-consuming problem having to dig for one simple thing that could have been filtered out, by adding that function, I think that would boost your software's worth.

Love it, I absolutely could not do as much as I do without it. I would not have grown as quickly as I did or look as professional without jobber.

Pros

Schedule and payments, I am able to set up a job, typically from my phone because I’m always on the go, I can bill out immediately as we finish, my customers love that.

Cons

Inability to use features without upgrading, I wish I could add more employees and messages customers as a standard package

### "Great CRM - highly recommend"

Overall, we are very happy with Jobber and will continue to use them. It’s very easy for our employees to use. It is great because it’s bilingual.

Pros

The customer service team is always available and extremely helpful. They have been able to solve any issues. I’ve had quickly and help create a smoother operating company.

Cons

We do not like the routing system. It does not provide the quickest route that are scheduled for a day.

### "Jobber is a Game Changer! "

I would rate Jobber a 10/10 and strongly recommend it to anyone with a service based company. At first, it felt like a big jump to take on the extra cost, but when it allowed me to streamline all of the functionality needed to make my business run, I was able to grow my business by taking on more clients and hiring additional staff because Jobber made everything so easy to manage! If I ever have any issues, their customer support is incredible.

Pros

Jobber has helped me take my business to the next level. I used to do all of the functionality that Jobber offers manually, which was incredibly time consuming and left a lot of room for errors. Jobber has helped me grow my client base, ramp up communication efforts with clients and keep my scheduling on track.

Cons

I wish the Jobber app showed you the payout amounts going in to your account. This is currently only viewable on the website version.

### "Jobber is an extra hand for me!"

We started with Jobber when we were growing. It has grown and gotten so much more user-friendly over time, it just fits for us.

Pros

Jobber is like a third hand to me! It is where everything is related to our customers. Scheduling the customer is easy. Adding to the customer's file is easy to do. Invoicing and quotes are user-friendly, too. The quick customer support is great when in the middle of an issue, and I can call for immediate answers. I cannot imagine getting through a day, let alone an hour, without Jobber.

Cons

Campaigns in the marketing Suite. The customers I want the campaign geared toward are tricky to get right.

### "Huge increase in efficiency and their customer service rocks!"

Overall, I am happy with Jobber. It is expensive but the scope of what we can do with it is great. We had a large project with many different aspects that we needed to utilize, and I wasn't sure how to do it. I was able to book regular time with our rep who walked me through how to best set up the entire project and was available for questions, problems and issues. The project was a complete success--the whole team commented on how efficient the process was this year. I never could have pulled that off without his input. I also very much appreciate that I can text customers right from Jobber and they can ask me questions as needed.

Pros

Ease of invoicing; having a request form; free website; ease of sending out email campaigns; designated phone number so customers can text the office and vice versa for great customer service that is timely; on our way texting option from the field

Cons

1\. Cost. 2. When current customers fill out our request form, if their name is slightly different, it creates a duplicate client. If the address is slightly off, it creates a duplicate address. 3. There is no way to merge clients or properties.

### "Pond Companies need Jobber!"

We use Jobber at our pond service/construction company and I could not imagine running successful business without it. It’s literally the brain of our operation and has allowed us to surpass $1M in revenue without any admin staff. It’s absolutely necessary for anyone in the home service industry to have a software like Jobber!

Pros

Jobber streamlines every single aspect of your business. Marketing, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, client communications, timesheet tracking, etc. is all handled. It makes your company look professional no matter how small you are.

Cons

Like any software, there’s some minor annoyances with a few features such as not being able to send pics through the 2 way texting feature. But they’re always taking in feedback and updating or fixing issues.

### "And how I love Jobber and how easy to see use"

Oh my overall experience is this great it’s a great app. It’s a great system and I love it. I can’t insist on the of the topic to be able to speak to a live person and how important it is for me. I’m not a computer savvy, but chopper I seem to be able to get done everything I need to get done in a timely manner, quick and easy if I’m saying that I’m telling you it’s quick and easy anybody can use the center system so yep I love Jobber plant using them for a long time.

Pros

I love Jobber because the ease of you. Also when you call to speak to somebody, you speak with a live person he always get things resolved quickly. It gets back to you with a quick response. I love the invoicing and the scheduling. I love that it’s easy and I can do it on site just on my phone. It’s awesome. I’ve been with Jobber for some time and I am grateful for them because they make my life a little bit easier than what it normally is so thank you Jobber.

Cons

What is a kind of hard for me to answer that she just to be totally honest I love everything about Javo well except for to receive payment. Sometimes it takes a little bit more than normal time, but I always receive my money. I’m not about the only thing that I can actually say about Jobber. Everything else is always running slow.

### "Great Route Program "

Updates are easy to manage and customer service is always on stand by with helpful points or resolving your issue

Pros

Easy to use and live chat is always available. The features are great advantage to your business. Never an issues when they have updates

Cons

There isn't really cons that I have about this route program. There is always someone to help on live chat or on the phone
