Amazing. 10/10. Definitely recommend it. Give it a try, has the free trial. They are very helpful too. Whenever support is needed, they are there. Also, they have summits with amazing business owners so that is a plus. Love Jobber.

Pros

is amazing and a vital part of our business because it helps us with: invoicing, quoting, receiving payments, sending invoices and quotes using the automations they provide. One of my favorite parts of Jobber is trying to figure out how to improve our automations and processes. And, amazing products with amazing prices. Jobber makes our business better.

Cons

At the beginning, I used to say " is only good for invoicing and quoting". But I was WRONG. So many features that can help and boost a business.

support is quick to help when there is issues. It is really nice to have everything in one application and not have to have all these applications to do the same thing.

Pros

has a wide variety of different features that our business can utilize. From the calendar for scheduling estimates to quotes to send customers and invoicing at the end of the job.

Cons

does update a lot but there is never any warning to it happening. Due to this it takes time to get used to the new changes on the fly when you have customers waiting on you.

Mostly happy with it and the ease of use. The development team is not worrying about feedback and people in New Zealand and improving certain basic features.

Pros

It is a central place where I can quote, schedule, invoice, and track jobs. The interface is simple to use. It provides basic one-way integration with Xero

Cons

No option to set default due dates per customer. Like you have in accounting systems like Xero. The booking function is very limited. It needs to be more granular so that I can assign areas and certain services to certain team members. The development team is very close-minded. Allowing the option to update invoices via API so that accounting systems like Xero can update an invoice once it is marked as paid in Xero. No option to accept payments in NZD, and the AI Reception is not available in NZ.

We use at The Comfort Specialists for day-to-day operations, quoting, scheduling, and invoicing, and overall we’re very happy with it. It has helped us stay organized, respond faster to customers, and keep our office and field team on the same page. The platform is intuitive, and onboarding was straightforward. Their customer support has also been excellent anytime we’ve had a question or needed clarification. Jobber delivers solid functionality and reliability. That said, I do feel the pricing could be a bit more competitive for what’s included. It’s a good system, but as a growing service company you always weigh cost versus features carefully. Customer Support: This is one of Jobber’s strongest areas. Support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When you’re running a service business, that kind of backup matters. Ease of Use: Very user-friendly. Our team picked it up quickly, and it doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding to get started. The layout is clean and practical. Invoicing: Invoicing works well and keeps things professional. We appreciate how simple it is to convert quotes to invoices and track payments. Scheduling: Scheduling is clear and efficient. It helps keep our technicians organized and reduces back-and-forth between the office and the field. I would say it has been positive. While it does have its pain points, I would say overall it has been a good experience. Fixing the data/reporting needs and the ability to have different options on quoting would put it as great.

Pros

Simplicity for new technicians to learn the system quickly, and be effective faster. They can often learn most of what they need to know in two days or less.

Cons

The lack of reporting is disappointing. It could be so much better. The data is obviously there, but there is no easy way to get to the many reports I would like to know. The ability to customize reports or data pulls would be very useful.

While I would like more control over deleting unused entries like spam calls or dead leads, Jobber has still been a valuable asset in helping me grow and manage my operations more effectively.

What I liked most about is how seamlessly it keeps my entire business organized. From scheduling jobs to sending professional estimates and invoices, everything is streamlined in one place. Very good. I have no hesitation recommending them to someone. I have built my service business around this CRM and have not regretted it. Lots of room to grow with these powerful tools. Adopting this early meant good systems were in place to scale my business. has made it streamlined and each year it get better.

Pros

Pretty much a one stop shop. A few minor annoyances, but I looked at a lot of other options and was most compatible for my business needs. I love how they are constantly making it better.

Cons

While integrated with Zapier, some of the default settings don't work when a zap does the task making for some busy work tasks to clean up.

Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.

Cons

The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.

Pros

GUI is great and very easy to use. Scheduling and invoicing is very easy and allows clients to book jobs electronically as well as pay invoices and approve quotes electronically. Customer support is live and great. Rarely have to deal with bugs and always updating for the better

Cons

Reporting could be more robust but they do keep improving it. Other than that is an overall strong offering and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

Overall, my experience with has been a positive one. It is a great blend of price and features for a business like mine. An open API or more integrations would improve it even more.

Pros

The price is what originally drew me to . When making the decision on which CRM to use for my startup HVAC business, other software such as ServiceTitan has more features than I need and a price point that my business won't support. Jobber was cost-effective, easy to use, and could be used with Quickbooks accounting, and therefore was a pretty easy choice.

Cons

I have the most issues with the app version of . Specifically, when taking notes, capturing images, or filling out forms, I have lost a lot of time when they won't upload or sync successfully. It was such a problem, that I have abandoned filling in the forms I have created. I also wish it integrated with a phone system like Ring Central.

Very happy with . We have been with them for just over a year and look forward to see how we can improve our business even further in year 2 alongside jobber. One suggestion would be to take one of those initial training sessions and utilize it at the end of the first year. The more familiarity we had with Jobber as the year progressed the more engaged we had become with asking how to better use the functions within the platform.

Pros

Their customer support is incredible. We find at times we get stuck with trying to do something within and both live chat and phone support is amazing! Even from day 1 with the training sessions they offer really help set the path in utilizing the platform.

Cons

We are a lawn care application business and have found it to be a little cumbersome when setting up reoccurring jobs (5 applications) spaced out over the year and not in a evenly spaced time frame.

With the former company I worked at they use Real Green and their platform wasnt that user friendly. The only thing I liked with it was routing and measuring the properties. However everything cost additional money and more importantly there were a few times the whole platform shut down and everyone who used it was left in the dark until problem resolved.

### "Great choice for a landscaping business"

Overall, seems to be a great tool for managing a landscaping business, however, snow removal side can be significantly improved (as described above).

Pros

The ability to schedule jobs and invoicing at the same time. It is easy to use during the rapid change of plans like cancellations.

Cons

We practically don't use for snow removal which seems like we are overpaying during that season. It would be great if scheduling snow removal jobs has an option to choose the order without assigning the timeframe. It will be also good to mark the boundaries of each property and see the crews progress.

It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication. The platform is stable, easy for staff to learn, and reliable day to day. Scheduling, quoting, and invoicing all work exactly as expected, and the system has helped streamline our workflow as the company has grown. There are areas where deeper customization would be helpful, but none of them outweigh the consistency, ease of use, and overall reliability that Jobber provides.

Pros

has become a central part of our daily operations. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing and communication are all handled in one place, and the system is intuitive enough that new staff can learn it quickly. The quoting and optional-line-item structure is excellent for upsells and flexible service packages. Calendar visibility is strong, routing is straightforward, and the ability to adjust jobs, reschedule, and update clients in real time keeps the whole team aligned. Customer support has consistently been responsive and helpful when needed.

Cons

No platform is perfect, and is no exception. The biggest limitations for us are customization boundaries inside the quote templates and certain workflow areas that don’t go as deep as larger field-service CRMs. For a high-volume exterior cleaning company, we would benefit from more robust production tracking tools and more flexible job type structures. That said, none of these points stop us from using the system effectively.

### "We hope jobber keeps listening to customers"

Jobbers improved alot and their service and research has been good. They are so close to 5 stars for that reason.

Pros

The interface is very friendly and easy to use most of the time. Customers seem to like how easy it is on their end. Customer support on has been always easy to access and they do alot of surveys and updates, which has been a major reason why we stick with them. We also like the online booking feature and it helps our estimator by making the route more efficient. Rarely are bugs happening. Cancelling and Rescheduling a job seems easy.

Cons

There are a few limitations as a large tree company, but it seems as tho is always making improvements. We don't like that we have to pay for more users than we already do. it's just not worth it. It's hard to access job forms for billing purposes. Alot of clicking around. The schedule is messy. We wish we could put in the equipment, not just the people. and that you could toggle it so that people cant be double booked. I also wish i could more easily split up a quote into multiple jobs or a job into multiple invoices.

Before , we were using 16 different apps/software services to run our day to day operations of our business. After implementing Jobber 13 months ago, we have dropped that number to 7 with Jobber being he main workhorse among them all. Customer support is unmatched, training and transition process was MUCH less painful and time consuming that we thought it would be. Over all, our field staff, administrative staff, and even our client all have good things to say about the Jobber system. Never in my life did I ever think so many clients would praise a SOFTWARE, but it happens at least a couple times a month.

\- Fair Pricing - Ease of use at all levels for users from Admin, to tech, to client - Online support community - VERY responsive user support - Very little bugs or issues that create downtime (updates are often in the middle of the night on the weekends)

Cons

\- Video uploading not supported in client text feature - Reports can get a bit clunky and take time determining how to run them to give you the data you want

### "Great for Service-Based Businesses"

We like it and will continue to use it as it's the best option we have found for our service based business.

Pros

It is great for scheduling and letting customers know what needs to be done. The automation is great as it saves time. It gives customers and users a one stop shop experience. We like the campaign feature as well.

Cons

It is hard to get ahold of support sometimes. The price is pretty expensive. If we have a service like Christmas lights (they pay in full at installation) but we have to come back and take down the lights, it feels like we have to re-open the job to schedule the take downs. CC processing fees have gone up.

Schedule and payments, I am able to set up a job, typically from my phone because I’m always on the go, I can bill out immediately as we finish, my customers love that.

Inability to use features without upgrading, I wish I could add more employees and messages customers as a standard package

Overall, we are very happy with and will continue to use them. It’s very easy for our employees to use. It is great because it’s bilingual.

Pros

The customer service team is always available and extremely helpful. They have been able to solve any issues. I’ve had quickly and help create a smoother operating company.

We do not like the routing system. It does not provide the quickest route that are scheduled for a day.

### "Jobber is a Game Changer! "

I would rate a 10/10 and strongly recommend it to anyone with a service based company. At first, it felt like a big jump to take on the extra cost, but when it allowed me to streamline all of the functionality needed to make my business run, I was able to grow my business by taking on more clients and hiring additional staff because Jobber made everything so easy to manage! If I ever have any issues, their customer support is incredible.

Pros

has helped me take my business to the next level. I used to do all of the functionality that Jobber offers manually, which was incredibly time consuming and left a lot of room for errors. Jobber has helped me grow my client base, ramp up communication efforts with clients and keep my scheduling on track.

Cons

I wish the app showed you the payout amounts going in to your account. This is currently only viewable on the website version.

I’ve learned how to professionally quote clients, send invoices, schedule jobs, and manage a growing team. Every time I call Jobber with a question—about anything—they take the time to help me and even ask for feedback. That level of support has made a huge difference in my journey. It honestly feels like they believe in me as a business owner. If I had to mention any cons, it would be that I wish there was a more structured, in-depth guide that I could revisit to fully master every part of the system. I would also love to see a separate option within the platform to manage subcontractors, not just hourly employees.
