Since day one, our Account Manager has been very helpful and always friendly and understanding. If we have a problem, we don't have to wait longer than a few days to get it resolved. Their customer service is very friendly and informative, and always eager to help out.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. Even things that seem somewhat intricate, their customer service is great and they're always there to help you.

Cons

There are some features that I believe should be added such as having certain hiring managers automatically tagged to a location, or to be able to filter tagged candidates to the top of each position. But overall, it's very easy to use.

I really love the team at Vidcruiter. They are so responsive, positive, and helpful! I like that I can reach out ot any of them at any time and they will help me and explain aspects that I do not know!

Not a con necessarily but would be nice to have a translation option where it translates into the language of our choice automatically!

The help desk is amazing. You can quickly solve any issues right there and then. No need to be waiting back and forward emails.

Nothing huge really, but it would be great if they more integration with some CRM, and background check tools.

Cons

VidCruiter is a great tool for measuring candidates' performance during an interview. However, it could do with some additional search options. For example, it would be great to be able to search for a specific candidate based on their performance during a specific interview, rather than having to search for each interview separately.

We contacted Vidruiter to help us transition from a paper only volunteer application process to an online application process. We knew were going to get hundreds of applications as this was the second year in a row for us hosting the event. The online platform we that VidCruiter developed in very close collaboration with us was superb.

Pros

As Chair of the Volunteer recruitment and accreditation committee (and a volunteer myself), it was very important to me that I be able to manage the information from the applications and that it be as automated as possible. The product they developed achieved this in spades and I was able to focus more on the volunteer's experience and assistant the rest of the committee rather than staying on top of all the paper. Working with the staff at VidCruiter was a very positive experience and they grasped what we needed while coming up with their own innovations that were really helpful. Response time on questions was very good and I can honestly say that I always got an answer quickly.

I use VidCruiter every day to schedule interviews. It is a complete time saver and is easy to use. A great feature is a video-chat option. Love this service!

Pros

It is very user-friendly even if you have never used the application before. The customer service is also extremely supportive and available.

Cons

There can be minor glitches here and there but technical support is immediately responsive.

I really like what VidCruiter has to offer. We have an all-inclusive place for our candidates to complete their applications, video interviews, schedule in-person interviews, and complete references. Also, our clients have a place where they can review all of this information needed for the search. Everything is organized and the customer service is like no other. It is exceptional.

In terms of losing access to positions in the rating tab, either someone from your team changed the position's status so that you no longer have access or they disabled the position making it ineligible for additional ratings to be captured. If you needed to continue working with a certain position, you can contact one of your system administrators and they can either re-enable the position or change your permission level so that you can access to them again. Feel free to reach out to us via the platform's built in chat feature or contact your dedicated VidCruiter Client Success Manager if you need to determine which System Administrator(s) that you should be reaching out to. VidCruiter has totally changed our volunteer interview experience. It has been easy to set up, easy to use and easy to manage and when dealing with a large volume of people it has made the whole process far less manual. We have received a lot of positive feedback and we would recommend them to any major event in the future. The team at VidCruiter are hard to put into words, they were with us every step of the way, willing to help day and night and we could not be more grateful to them. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

\- Biggest pro- Volunteers did not need to download or login to any specific software it was simply a link to click on. - From an administrator point of view we could also easily track volunteers every step of the way. - It was quick to set up with multiple people interviewing at different times - The emails could be customised - Automated reminders could be sent - Automated thank you email could be sent after completing their interview - Easy to reschedule interviews where necessary - Amazing software for large volumes of people

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons. VidCruiter ticked all boxes of what we needed. We still had a couple of people unable to hear/see on the interview but this was a handful out of 600, so we were delighted!

They have been fantastic to work with. If we encountered any shift in a process, they have been quick to provide solutions and a fast turnaround time. Also, the technical support offered has been a great feature for all of our users to get prompt assistance. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

The ease of customizing it for each role and being able to screen higher caliber talent.

Cons

Calendar integration is challenging for panel interviews. We have had tech issues here and there for the live interviews as well but the customer support team is strong and trying to resolve.

Our system can automatically block applicants that use the same email, but there are also quick ways to identify applicants that use a different email address. Having to manually enter test scores may mean that your process is not fully optimized in the system. Likely, there is another way of capturing scores that would prevent you from having to enter them manually. I can't imagine any feature that is not available that can help in classifying, sorting and screening applicants. The customer support (CS) is always friendly and available with a very fast response time. I have found that if I do not have time to go through my own site to make a change, CS is happy to make it happen for me and lets me know when it's complete. Alternately, if I wish to know how to make changes, (CS rep) has been available to guide me via written or on screen navigation and has patiently walked me through instructions. We are very happy with VidCruiter.

Customer support and availability to customize features to suit as needed.

Cons

A lot of features I personally don't use so lots to look through.

We implemented this tool in our recruitment process in 2015. We hired bunch of people for Marketing, Recruitment, Sales and Consulting teams. Costumer support is great, whenever I needed help I would always get immediate answer and support. The tool is easy to use, the functionality is structured and organised. I had great experience, and considering that I am very demanding person, I was happy with the application and costumer service we received.
