From scanning the vehicle in to reviewing comps and putting a final appraisal in is fantastic. But this pro comes with the con of managing existing inventory. We've only been using it for about a month and hopefully we can get this ironed out. Pros The interface is very clean and easy to understand. The trade-in scanner and manual vin input is fantastic. When looking at comps for trade-ins the depth of tools FASTbook provides is outstanding. Cons Managing our existing inventory has been a challenge. When out on the lot it seems like the only way I can find a price through FASTbook is to disconnect from wifi and it seems like that works sometimes. There is no mass setup function. It must be done in separate screens and to look at what you have already input into the system, you have to run a report vs seeing it all in one screen. But the Tech support has been helpful in getting connection issues resolved. Even working late on the weekends to help resolve our issues. Pros It is cheaper than other products doing a similar function. You can color code different parts of the screen for users and information. Cons It is difficult to setup. Not intuitive to use. It would be nice to see a quick listing of all equipment, rooms or other items to ensure that there is no duplication or missed items.
