Pros The learning materials available are easy to understand and I was able to understand the concepts very well. Cons The system should be updated with the latest learning skills and products in less time so that the members do not have to wait for long. It needs some serious updating to bring it into the 21st century. The content is outdated and the platform is virtually useless. The pay-per-click pricing structure is also illogical as it doesn't encourage the company to endorse training. Pros It's hard to find anything to like about this program. While using it, I don't think there was a single function that was simple. Cons Mastery is an outdated, clunky LMS. It felt as though I was using a system from the 80s and the content matched. The content provided was long, boring, and produced many many years ago. Just setting up a user in Mastery and assigning courses was a big time-suck. Not to mention, their pricing is a pay-per-click structure.
