### "Docebo - a solid learning partner"

September 17, 2024

4.0

Docebo has been a solid product to use. It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.

Pros

Options for customization, add on features such as Coach and Share, versatility for use cases, continuing to innovate new solutions for users

Cons

Legacy pages are very clunky and make the admin job tedious.

### "LMS that you can grow with"

December 4, 2024

4.0

We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our company was using another LMS provider that was not integrated well and there was low engagement. We did put a lot of effort and resources to build out the Docebo LMS, which paid off as we have high engagement, a deep seeded admin and power user team, and the platform has been quickly integrated into company learning quickly.

Pros

ur team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team.

Cons

the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work.

### "Customer support is essentially non-existent below Enterprise level"

May 17, 2019

2.0

Our biggest mistake was not doing a better job of gauging the level of customer support we would receive as a "basic" user. At our level, Docebo offers no implementation support and very little admin training before you go live. It is essentially an unsupported product. Our sole recourse for help became tech support tickets, and for much of the time we were customers, the Docebo team was facing a massive backlog of these tickets. It wasn't uncommon to wait two weeks for a response to a simple technical issue. What really caused massive frustration internally was Docebo's insistence that we either upgrade to the Enterprise service level or continue to experience similar failures. Time and time we tried to work with them to find ways to stabilize our situation, and we were willing to pay more for additional services. Docebo would not even begin to negotiate with us. I personally felt they took zero accountability for our team's success with their platform, and as paying customer of any level, that is unacceptable and insulting. Unless you have a crack team of LMS admin experts and instructional designers who can pick up Docebo's slack, I recommend you stay far, far away from this company.

Pros

Docebo is forward-thinking and definitely has some good ideas in theory. It initially attracted our company based on its clean user interface and entry-level price point.

Cons

Their webinar integration functions caused massive headaches for our staff and users. Integrations would fail without warning, and Docebo support was never willing or able to help us find a permanent solution. Webinar failures caused a great deal of frustration among our users and discouraged repeated use. Additionally, there are quite a few bugs in their user management and notification management admin features. Our staff spent a massive amount of time opening tech support tickets for these issues and trying to get them "elevated" in order that they may actually be addressed. While most issues were relatively small, added together they played a large role in killing our team's momentum. Finally, the general intuitiveness of the admin menu and setup is below par. Numerous important functions are buried in sub-menus or require strange, unexplained box-checking. It doesn't help that their Knowledge Base only provides superficial introductions to these processes.

### "Docebo Learn - Perfect for our customer learning experience use case"

October 17, 2024

5.0

Pros

With Docebo, our Education Services team can easily create and maintain a personalized learning experience for our customers. The user-friendly admin functions make it effortless to build our pages and update our courses. Additionally, onboarding new admins is a breeze, especially with excellent support resources like the Docebo Community, Knowledgebase, and University.

Cons

We have encountered difficulties in meeting our organization's requirements for managing certifications with Docebo. Specifically, we have needed support from our customer success manager regarding managing deadlines, renewing certifications, and archiving enrollments.

### "Learning with the best!"

February 12, 2025

5.0

As mentioned, the people and the product and the services are stellar. I would recommend to anyone. I was previously with LinkedIn Learning. Docebo is simply better.

Pros

First, the people. Knowledgeable about their product and services as well as those whom they compete with. \[sensitive content hidden\] was attentive, empathetic, and communicated incredibly well. Their library of content is phenomenal and is the learning platform has all the "bells and whistles."

Cons

Restrictions on user licenses. If we have a team member not using their license, we are not able to transfer it to someone who will.

### "Solid Learning Management System"

February 7, 2025

4.0

Docebo came to me very highly recommended. The team did a great, clear sales presentation. They were very pushy at the contract signing period, offering and then going back on special pricing. Although we were a bit put off, we did sign a contract with Docebo. The most value part was the 4-month on boarding. \[sensitive content hidden\] our trainer was outstanding. In addition to creating a training plan that matched our needs, he focused on important topics and held ad hock meeting with my group. Likewise, he was very response with email questions. We are please with the product - creating courses and learning plans are easy.

Pros

Good ease of use and comprehensive tools.

Cons

Inconsistency in the account management team. I have had three account managers in one year.

### "Great platform with many features"

October 14, 2024

5.0

Easy to work with, quick to learn. Thanks to Docebo's Community and Knowledge Base, I think anybody can make it work.

Pros

There are many different features and even if something is not built-in, you can usually find a good workaround for it. In the last couple of years, Docebo is more focused on improving existing functionalities which is a fantastic step into the right direction.

Cons

I do believe their customer support, although fast, is not of the best quality. I often found them not knowing enough about the platform.

### "Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo"

August 1, 2024

5.0

Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.

Pros

The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.

Cons

Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.

### "Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system"

July 12, 2024

5.0

I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.

Pros

Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.

I used Docebo to learn all of the things that have helped me on my journey with Etsy. I've also completed various compliance training, which should help me improve my overall awareness.

Pros

Docebo is an excellent learning platform with a simple to use interface. The way information is presented has been designed to promote effective and effortless learning. I have been using Docebo for all my educational training and find it incredibly easy to use.

Cons

### "Docebo as LMS"

November 3, 2023

4.0

Pros

1\. Scheduled reports - we're able to feed data to a dashboard and send daily reports to other users with ease 2. Groups and enrollment rules - users are automatically assigned to courses 3. Pages - let's us organize and market content according to programs and use 4. Notifications - we're able to push event reminders to users 5. Workday Integration

Cons

1\. Helpdesk - some answers from the Helpdesk are not accurate 2. Built-in dashboards - not customisable and not very useful for our organization so we had to create our own

### "An LMS with almost infinite possibilities"

November 12, 2022

4.0

Overall Docebo is one of the Top notch solutions when it comes to LMS-tools. It helped us setting up a whole new business within a really short time range because of good onboardings. We created a missing piece in our branch and with it we solved one of the biggest challenges out branch has.

Pros

Docebo is a more than complete LMS which makes it easy to lesen/teach specific content created either directly on the platform or with additional software authoring tools. What I like the most are the widespread possibilities we have because of the number of features. Even after using it for almost five years there are still functions I didn‘t know.Because if the constant development the software becomes better every month. The reporting possibilities are also a huge plus compared to other solutions. It has never been that easy to check the of a users learning experience.

Cons

Because of the mentioned wide range of features it takes some time to get familiar with all functions.Sometimes I get the feeling that working on new stuff is more important than improving existing features, even through it is requested a lot.Not saying they ignore the requests, but sometimes the development takes a lot of time.

An excellent learning platform, packed with enriching capabilities, enabling development, tracking, evaluation, and measurement in a convenient and effective way.

Pros

Docebo has amazing community features that support peer learning and training from multiple angles. The integration of channels, learning plans, and Docebo's Discover, Coach & Share functionality enables the creation of highly effective learning journeys.

### "Sleek but still needs time to grow"

June 17, 2024

4.0

Pros

Docebo has a very clean and usable interface for both users and administrators, but lacks in some areas which appear to be easily achievable wins. There are great ways to categorize data, and the reporting functionality is very robust.

Cons

There are many constraints in Docebo that do not appear to have any purpose other than to degrade the experience and make it harder to use. It is a shame that these issues exist as they prevent Docebo from really reaching its full potential.

Reason for choosing Docebo

There was some functionality we believed to be present that was not actually usable, but it also was the best option at the time.

### "Docebo, stable learning management platform, exciting product releases."

May 21, 2024

4.0

Pros

Docebo has a lot of features and flexibility. We have the Discover, Coach, and Share packages and Extended Enterprise (which allows up to 50 subdomains). We had a slow ramp-up time, but once we understood what was under the hood, we migrated all 70 clients over to the new system with over 5,000 pieces of content. 10 languages as well, which is another benefit that they offer, the language capability is great as we expand.

Cons

After working with Docebo for the last three years, I have to say I don't like that they like to charge for a la carte services, instead of including them in a larger package deal. This makes it harder to sell the services to our leadership team. Add-ons keep adding up $$$.

### "Docebo Review: An LMS Admins Perspective"

Pros

\- Once you understand the foundational elements of the LMS, it is easy to use. - Features and settings for courses and learning plans are easy to navigate. - Fantastic customer support on the technical side. - Pretty good options and ability to create an optional course library for learners. - Easy to build pages, courses, learning plans, catalogs, channels, etc.

Cons

\- Lack of customization when it comes to different pages. - Some items you would assume would be an included feature, but are not present. - Requires some prior knowledge of API and SAML to make full use of the LMS.

### "Great platform and service "

January 30, 2024

5.0

In terms of the platform's core functionality and user experience, everything meets our expectations quite well. However, we've identified activation and marketing automation as the most significant challenges. Streamlining these aspects would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engagement with the platform.

Pros

We experienced a seamless integration process with our existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), which was a major advantage. The platform's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are exceptional, offering intuitive navigation and a user-friendly design. The support from the Docebo team during the kick-off phase was commendable; their technological expertise is clearly mirrored in their customer service and technical support. This combination of advanced technology and skilled personnel greatly enhanced our overall experience with the Docebo platform.

Cons

One area for improvement in the Docebo platform is the webinar registration process. It's not as straightforward as simply clicking a link, as you might with Teams or Zoom, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the platform could enhance its capabilities in tracking offline training and capturing offline data.

Pros

The customization that allows me to make the platform look and behave how I want it. I don't mention any other features that are standard or expected from a learning platform because I don't have to worry about them. They are all there and ready to use in a clear and easy way.

Cons

### "Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth."

October 24, 2023

5.0

It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)

Pros

Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.

Cons

As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

Reason for choosing Docebo

Potential to grow, reporting tools, cost, ease of implementation.
