Pros

Our company uses this software all day everyday. We are able to manage jobs and stay connected with our customers and employees by using this system. We can work with other programs that intergrate into Job Nimbus allowing us to almost solely complete our jobs from beginning to end with this program. It does take training in order to fully understand all the functionality within Job Nimbus, but its capabilities and how it adds to our success as a company for outweighs the time and training to learn all the different functions within Job Nimbus.

Cons

There are a few things that would help our system work better as a company. As far as setting alerts within the contact information, or being able to add color coded labels in the contact info. But as a whole I would say we have no complaints about this software.

My overall experience with JobNimbus has been good. It has been easy to use and adapt to as a new user.

Pros

I like that the software is easy to use. It's simple enough that you can easily navigate through the system. It's also flexible to allow you to set up jobs and use it as you see fit. You can also format the job add screen to include anything you feel you need for your business. The systems allows you to set up templates for estimates and invoicing. Also, I like that estimates can be converted to invoices without having to recreate the information.

Cons

I feel that the reporting aspect of JobNimbus is not the best. It is difficult to get what you need from the system. We often have to run multiple reports, dump them into excel, and then sort and merge to get the data we want. I wish the system allowed you to duplicate invoices and duplicate estimates and invoices to other jobs. That would be helpful. Creating templates in the system can also be cumbersome.

Prior to using any sort of job management software, we created proposals in word and invoices in excel. This made for double data entry, clerical errors, and invoices going unpaid due to inability to easily track progress.

Pros

The ability to quickly and easily create, modify, send, and track estimates and invoices. There are a TON of other functions that our office does not make the best use of, but it's nice to know they are there if we decided to change our procedures.

Cons

I'd like the ability to further customize the estimates and invoices general templates. The way the items lay out on the page isn't always ideal. Also being able to change font, bold or underline within an item description would be great.

Job nimbus is great we put all are contracts or information and pictures of the jobs in jobnimbus so if anyone has any questions all they have to do is go under the job name in jobnimbus and everything will be there

Pros

That everyone can look at all the documents that is in jobnimbus or add anything to it.

From day one: The initial demo video sold me and my boss instantly! From there our experience with our rep was another selling point. He was far more patient than he needed to be while walking us through this experience. I have grasped the functions and creating tools so quickly that I am able to start teaching my co-workers how to use JobNimbus. It is user friendly!!! We have been able to start implementing the software right away and plan to fully launch 4/1/2019! JobNimbus gave us the freedom to grow our in house production, easily.

Pros

You meant to ask me what I LOVE most about this software, right? 1. It is user friendly, not complicated at all to use. 2. The training videos are easy to follow, short and to the point. I did not feel that I sat through an entire video and came out learning nothing. 3. Customer service is fantastic! Every person I spoke with (Mostly our rep) was so helpful, and unbelievably patient while myself and co-workers asked a million questions. 4. Saves me from double/triple entering information. 5. Navigating the program is easy. 6. Creating specialty boxes was super easy.

Cons

1\. Mapping the spreadsheet was not as easy as the video made it out to be. Especially if there is an error translating the information over, there wasn't a video to help with that. It was left to me to figure out what the error meant and what I needed to do to fix it. 2. Doesn't stop creating duplicates 3. Some of the standard, built in fields should be optional. We didn't some of them and now they are there taking up space in the contacts fields.

Pros

I REALLY liked that you can see if the email was read or not once you send an email.

Cons

I do not like that you are unable to create labor tickets and assign crew members through jobnimbus

JobNmbus makes life easier for our company in so many ways. Processes are smooth, communication is documented, files are organized and easy for preparation. JobNimbus is a no-brainer!

Pros

We've adapted JobNimbus to our process and meet our needs. The functionality makes everything more efficient and I can't count how many hours are saved every week because of this platform. They also listen to their customers and keep improving, thanks JobNimbus!

Cons

My biggest gripe used to be the mobile platform, but it has been improved. Limitations on the mobile are the biggest challenge with JobNimbus.

### "Jobnimbus review"

Pros

Jobnimbus has been a great way for our company to keep track of our leads and follow the lead through every step of the process easily. We have eliminated much of our paperwork and have been able to streamline our work orders and tasks by using it. It is user friendly.

Cons

The app has problems with finding addresses when out in the field.

Work order and sub-contractor management.

Pros

Overall it is pretty simple to use. I 've actually figured out some of the support issues that your support team couldn't figure out. Also figured out a couple of work arounds to make the system more useful for my company.

Cons

Your sections in the estimate templates. Currently I click on the section link to create the section but I then open up my notepad to enter the description so I can see the entire thing in order to proof read it. I then copy and paste it into the description field.

I have been with my company, and using Job Nimbus, for over three years and I haven't had any problems with the program. It's easy to use and self explanatory.

Pros

I like that this program is easy to work with. It allows sufficient typing space for notes to help describe what the customers concerns are.

Cons

Sometimes the salesmen complain that they cannot access Job Nimbus from their phones. Then they have to call into the office to get appointment information, to set an appointment, or to change an appointment.

We love jobnimbus. We've even tried other set ups to work with the guys in the field and this is still the easiest and most user friendly.

Pros

the easiness of scheduling and adding notes and tasks to the guys in the field. Having all the information available in one place for the job/customer makes everybody's life so much easier.

Cons

no way to divide a job to two people. sometimes their support team takes a long time to respond to issues.

### "Best software for our construction needs!"

JOb Nimbus has helped a lot with customer interactions. Also it has help us because we have logs of all communication with customers and pictures for before and after. Everything being in one system makes tracking something faster. If any issues come with customers its an extra insurance having Job NImbus.

Pros

I most like the fact that it has everything needed for our business. From the time we get a lead to the time its all completed and paid for. We only need this one software.

Cons

Sometimes it seems to run a little bit slow when we are adding a lot of new thing into the system. Other then that nothing.

Reason for choosing JobNimbus

It could cover everything we were searching for and after starting it did more than that.

JobNimbus has lots of really cool features, fairly easy to operate and seems to be making constant improvements.

Pros

The My Tasks on the dash board is a must have! It brings all of your tasks and calendar appointments into an agenda list to be checked off at the end of the day or some time in the future. Nothing goes away until you check it off. I first learned how valuable this feature was the first time I started using it. I discovered an appointment a month before that I had completely overlooked. The customer already had her claim paid and was ready to have her roof replaced. Needless to say, she was not happy with us and had already had her roof replaced by another company. I cannot find an app or another CRM that has this feature. I'm actually paying for JobNimbus just for this feature along with another CRM that have other features that I need.

Cons

Having contacts and jobs in separate boards is too much. Jobs is a must for us as we have lots of repeat business from contractors and home owners. I can't imagine any company in this industry that doesn't need the jobs feature turned on. Entering a new contact and then creating a job for that contact is a tedious time consuming headache. I had to take a call because the ladies in the office were busy with other calls, as I tried to enter the info while on the phone with the customer, that's when I made the decision to go back to the program we had been using before. Entering the initial contact and job information needs to be easy enough while on the phone with the customer. Doesn't sync job expenses from Quickbooks online.

Thus far, we have not had too many issues using jobnimbus. There are several features that would save us time and money, if jobnimbus also performed them. Overall though, I am satisfied.

Pros

The thing I like most about jobnimbus is the ease of setting up and navigating through the system.

Cons

We are not able to run marking campaigns through jobnimbus, and that is one of the things we have to pay additional fees for software to do.

### "Keeping the Disorganized Organized"

I Love it. I couldn't live without it in my life. The staff is great. They sent out surveys and followed up on them and took our advice and did software updates. Some of my suggestions made the cut.

Pros

Keeping all info for each of my customers in one place. Just upload and go. I never have to worry about losing or my kids destroying the paper files. I can communicate with other people that are not in my office on files when needed. I don't have to remember every detail about every customer. I just put the notes on the file..

Cons

It functions differently with android and there is still some fixes they can do to help organize things for our company.

Our experience is great, improves our process by being able to catch things and run reports and check job boards so that customers and job do not fall through the cracks

Pros

JobNimbus has helped my company centralize all of our customer communication and communication within our organization. The automation that it supports has improved our efficiency a lot.

Cons

The app, it is still quite slow. I wish there was a better mobile calendar feature

Pros

The best thing about JobNimbus is the staff behind it. The customer service is outstanding. They listen, have common sense and follow-through. They set reminders and get back to you even it it's a lengthy matter. Because of this, JobNimbus can't help but succeed. As far as the app goes, we love the way it syncs with our sales reps mobile phones in the field.

Cons

Our company does not take advantage of the capability of syncing with Quickbooks. Because of this, many automations that would be available because of the syncing are not. As a result, I have to do a lot of manual status updates. I've run into several bugs which staff has quickly addressed.

As a new employee to a well established and busy company, JobNimbus has made my on-boarding and training experience easy and efficient. I have been able to locate the information needed with just the basics as far as training goes. The system is so easy to navigate. It's such a relief to have this much information captured and organized in a simple digital manner.

Pros

JobNimbus works so intuitively that you can answer many of your own questions if you are new to the system. The layout is easy to understand and follow. I found the images at the left of a list, separating out a job or customer extremely helpful and increased my speed in recognizing different file types when searching.

Cons

Nothing, right now I have not found any "blind spots". The information is there and easy to find.

Creating reports is awesome. We can get our information immediately and understand the state of our company and to know what decisions to make.

Pros

User-friendly, easy to use and to teach people how to use it. Reports

Cons

Don't like how the notes don't follow a thread. Each time that someone replies to a note it goes to the top instead of under the note that they are replying to. This is annoying because there can be 10 notes between the note you are replying to and your reply so following is confusing.

### "A great workflow tool!"

Pros

The thing I like the most about this software is the ease with which you can create and update workflows and automation within workflows. In addition, their Boards (visual representations of the workflows) really help prioritization and understanding the entire pipeline at a glance.

Cons

What I like least about the software is the inability to export data from the tables. There is fairly robust reporting functionality, but I like to pull out all my relevant data and "slice and dice" it, and there is currently no way to do that.

Thanks, Todd! You should be able to export all your reports to Excel or CSV (with the exception of the built-in-reports). You just use the ??? menu on each report to choose to export them.

Easily groups everything in one place and like ability to email from JN

Pros

User Friendly for the most part. Works with other programs like Company Cam.

Cons

Wish it would allow more template set up - Ability to customize more to our liking. We would like to be able to name the budgets. We have small budgets for some projects and really large budgets in JN now. It takes a while for the large budgets to load. We would like to be able to customize the budget name so easier to divide into budget categories ie labor budget, travel and accommodations, materials etc Our previous program had a dispatch board that in one quick look you could tell if something was dispatched, in progress, completed, invoiced. Listed by address and color coded. JN allows for movement of a job through approved, completed but even using the current job board it isn't as easy to tell what jobs are waiting to be dispatched, which are in progress, which are in completed.

The ability to see what is going on overall in the company in all markets down to the details of individual files that other software doesn't allow you to do. For example I've used a software where you only had 4 status to choose from and that was it, no sub status or anything. Being a roofing/roofing sales company, a file goes through so many stages that you cant run a report and see specifics about files without opening up each individual file. JobNimbus allows me to have this ability and customize it to fit our terminology and processes causing production to increase greatly!

Pros

The way you can customize it to fit the company and have access to know fully what is going on with any aspect of the company.

Cons

I don't know, its not flashy like the others? Really can't think of any cons since you can customize it to fit you.
