Pros

I've been using GPS Trackit for a while now, and I'm impressed! It's a great app for keeping tabs on my fleet, whether I have a small business with a few vehicles or a larger operation. GPS Trackit has been a valuable asset in managing my fleet. It's given me greater visibility into my operations and helped me improve efficiency and safety. I highly recommend it!

Cons

I would like to be able to download videos that I request larger, or be able to see them online. Videos of 1 min are hard to find and see what happend

Customer support is exceptional—every representative I’ve interacted with has been patient, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving issues quickly. We’ve used the tracking features to update routes and manage day-to-day maintenance, which has significantly improved our workflow. Cons

The only drawback we've experienced is the RAM docking station. At times, the tablets fail to charge due to a short in the connection, which can be a little frustrating.

### "Best friend for dispatching"

This is my second experience with Zonar, and am glad I was able to bring it on board for this district. Over time, the program has become even more helpful and intuitive.

Pros

I can see my fleet with the click of a button, and can pull reports on stops, speed and idling from anywhere at any time. Pre trip checks are efficient and accurate, and save us tons of paper by being stored electronically.

Cons

Setting up the wiring was not something we could do without their tech. The drawback is that we had to wait for an appointment.

### "Was great, but appears to get worse over time."

Complaining about a product that appears to get worse over time, and then being told by support that it will be fixed by the tech teams soon, and continuing to wait, and wait, and wait.

Pros

The Legacy Reports, because they were simple but well-designed.

Cons

The loss of Legacy Reports and how inferior the "modern" reports are by comparison.

excellent overall experience. really like that their 'sales' people check in with us regularly and also offer support/answer questions

Pros

Great value for the money. They're continually innovating and asking for customer feedback. Their reporting is top notch compared to all other eld providers I have experience with. The cali carb emissions integration is sooooooo valuable. I don't know that people would chose any other eld product if they knew of this integration and service California. Huge cost savings in that arena.

Cons

a couple releases caused some issues on reports i use daily. but they took feedback immediately and resolved by the next week

My overall experience is great. I really like our rep. The system is easy to use. We have had very few issues.

Pros

The customer service. Our rep is great and very attentive. He always is prompt with getting back to me.

Cons

We had an issue with the system using the correct time zone for the trails. This issue took a few days to get resolved.

### "Descent Prodcut - POOR Customer Service"

Does what it is expected to do for a GPS tracking software.

Cons

We do not recommend using GPS Trackit or any of their sister companies. We have used them for years and DID NOT sign a contract. We decided to move to another company because we would be able to get more value for our dollar. Well, breaking up has been very painful. They want to charge for 60 days, okay fine. But, then they cut our account off the day after we cancelled. How do you expect someone to pay for 60 additional days of service, but not allow them to use the product during those 60 days?

### "wish it did more"

Wish it had fuel quanity and other on time vital fluid quanities. Also satelites are not always 100% accurate

### "Dont Use ZONAR"

Very good while we had it. But after we cancelled, It was EXTREMELY upsetting. They would not allow us to get into our LOGS after the contract was up. Even though we were going through a FMCSA audit. They said we needed to sign up again to get the info. VERY DISHONEST move.

We are a small mom and pop trucking company, and they treat us just as we are a big nationwide company. We never feel like the little guy with them.

Pros

What I like most about GPS Trackit is that it isn't M\*\*\*\*\*! I had major issues with communication and billing with my previous. Took me months to get anything solved. I have not had one issue with GPS Trackit. I call in with an issue, I email with an issue or any questions, for adding units for anything and they handle it immediately and they are not pushy or intrusive.

Cons

At this point, I haven't had anything that I haven't liked. They are what they said they were.

Sometimes you have to relog on or sign in or when opeing maps after just signing in to the program. Can be time consuming

The pop ups, I am trying to look at a route and the pop up to tell me the stop time keeps hindering me

Very good, helpful to do my job. Accurate for the most part. Can run paths on assetts, track passengers, etc.

Pros

Nice to be able to see in real time where the assetts are. Can click on them and see their exact location.

Cons

Can't zoom in all the way or it dissappears, sometimes it goes out of focus and idoesn't follow the assetts accurately.

Cons

Bugs and Issues. Occasionally Zonar will not load an asset upon searching. It will say the asset was turned of at a location when it is actually powered on and driving.

Pros

Dashboard is easy to maneuver. Maps are accurate. Thank you for making this an easy to use program. I do like being able to see engine codes.

Cons

Have to login twice every time I need to use the program. Other than that, there isn't too much that I can say negatively about the program.

Being able to track our fleet any time and anywhere. Can even use it on cell phones and tablets. Also to go back in a certain time.

Can't seem to find the traffic now. We used to be able to have the traffic show when tracking a certain area.

I like the fact that when using Zonar, I have the ease of managing my drivers vehicle reports at the touch of a button. Zonar provides me with accurate and reliable real time reports without the wait!

Cons

I have no complaints about Zonar. The program is compatible with my computer and the format is easy to follow.

It has truly been great. Keeps my team and I up to date! With keeping up with drivers and where they are as well as their speed at all times.

Pros

I love how it keeps me up to date when drivers are speeding. Helps the company curve a lot of bad things

Cons

Nothing, I truly love it. I haven't had any negative issues with Zonar. The only thing I will say it. The early morning email at 4am are not fun.

I really don't want a day to go by without using it now, I think I'm spoiled. The overall experience has been great.

Pros

I like that we can track our trucks in real time which helps us service our customers quickly. It's great to be able to see the techs locations on the map and we can send the closest tech to the job.

Cons

Sometimes the Geofencing get's a little off, but it really is pretty accurate most of the time. It even located our semi that was taken off our lot. We recovered it quickly.

Excellent customer service with the staff on all my issues in the past.

Pros

The staff has always been very helpful with any issues that arise. They always put in a request and follow up that the issue is resolved. I called yesterday and spoke with Santiago and he was able to answer my questions quickly. He had a similar issue in the past. Thank you for all the positive help.

Cons

I had no issues that were negative in any way.
