It is something that is used daily and staff will continue to use it. Pros UAttend has been very user friendly. It has made clocking in and out easy for work on your personal phone (especially since we are trying to be aware of the spread of germs with COVID). Cons since the update … when manually putting in time which is how we use it, If I mess up on the time part and go to the calendar part of the login/logout time it won't let you go backwards anymore like it used to. that is very annoying when before you could shift/tab and it would go back to the time part from the calendar. It is very user friendly, and the instant chat when I have questions is always a life saver! Since our company switched to uAttend I have been saving a lot of time doing what I need to do. Pros This is a very user friendly system that has the ability to be updated. Looking forward to some of the new scheduling features. Business Manager Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "First timecard machine" April 2, 2019 4.0 While there was a learning curve for our staff as they now need to remember to punch in and out, they are very pleased to no longer have to keep track of their hours. Management likes the ability to view details throughout the month. The end of pay period report is a big timesaver. Pros We moved from employees submitting paper timecards once per month to the uAttend machine. The accuracy the machine provides is great, and the automated reports are a timesaver. Cons We've only been through one pay period. When we needed to run our reports, the system crashed multiple times causing a delay in submitting the report to our payroll company. We hope this isn't a regular occurrence each time as a result of other companies running payroll at the same time. It would be ideal if the uAttend machine had a different verbal prompt for check in and out. That would minimize incorrect punches and ensure they are corrected closer to the time it occurs. The customer service is outstanding - very quick! Pros The convenience! I used to manually have to enter start/end times - not anymore! Pros The best part of this option for our company is the value, as a smaller company we need make cost effective decisions and this gives all the features your expensive competitors do! I think the savings will change any mind.... Cons The input for passwords is a little involved, but get past this point and the ease of use is so simplified.
