Switching to the new clock has made it easier to have payroll done and keep track of vacation, sick time, etc. Pros What I like most is the ease of workers to punching in and out. As Administrator to the program, once I got used to working the tally ant the end of the pay period, it it very simple and quick. I only have 4 people that use it daily. Tech support has been very helpful with the set-up and any questions I had. Cons The way the time sheet is rounded was a little confusing but with the tech support it was easily fixed. We love that it gives us the flexibility to allow certain employees to clock in and out via smartphone app as well. The timecard reports are used for submitting payroll to our accountant. The uAttend program is a great, all-in-one solution for our needs. Pros The software is easy to use and provides all the functionality that our small business needs. This made it an easy decision to use it for our own employees. Pros Fast, pretty easy to use now that the dates have been updated. The way it is now is perfect in my opinion. Cons For some reason now, we have to push the back button when we are printing. Before it would give us a new tab. Cons Somewhat a hardware issue, but the system doesn’t save any punches while not connected to the internet. Where my business is located has sometimes spotty internet connectivity and since the machine can’t save logins while offline then upload them this makes the process frustrating/time consuming to have to back track and fix missing logs. We also have multiple locations so it is great that I can access information from all sites on the one site Pros It is very easy to use and to read. Information on staff is all available in one place. January 20, 2018 5.0 easy peasy Pros I love that I, as an employee, can clock in and out no matter what location I am at or going to. It's also night as if I have to run and do something for work on the weekend the ease of clocking in and out for that time is wonderful. Cons Not being able to adjust when I clock out on my end- sometimes I get in my car and am on my way home and remember to clock out and have to email the office to let them know my clock out was inaccurate. All good.! Pros It's simple - pretty easy to use - didn't take a lot of training - we all picked it up quickly and with little effort. Our manger and employees use it daily and I'm sure if there was a problem I would have heard about it.
