Their customer service has been exceptional and one of the main reasons we keep using them. Pros It was very easy to setup the system and to adjust it over time. It would be great to have increased admin permissions and allow admin access to one user instead of the whole team. April 3, 2019 5.0 Overall, we are happy with the solution and the ability to run an easy report each pay-period. Pros It was super easy to set up and the customer service was great when we had any questions. You are able to call in or chat to get help very fast. Our employees were able to pick up the biometric-timeclock and approving system very fast. Although, they did raise the prices it is still very fair. Cons You can't have different work weeks and pay periods or else the OT will not calculate correctly. We learned this the hard way. April 9, 2019 5.0 We had been using manual punch cards to track time. It was cumbersome and allow to many "missed punchs". This method tell me when someone misses their punch and I can address it immediately, not 2 weeks later when I'm trying to do payroll. Pros The software interface is easy to learn. The customer service was excellent. The customer service line is actually answered by a person and redirected to a technical support person. The technical staff is very good and directing your path through the software over the phone. Cons I wish it shipped with PDF accessible manual. I did not find out how to access the main help manual until multiple calls about other help issues. After finding access to that, it's been smooth sailing. Review Source FM Felicia M. Pros \- easy to navigate - easy to use and interact with - versatile: people can sign in on-site or off-site as the job requires - and you can control who does what Cons The things I didn't like have actually been updated - which is AWESOME! I do remember it being a pain to put our wi-fi password in the timeclock - but when I asked for help i got it and it was done quickly and now I don't have to do that again. Cons When you made a change in the manual entry and editing recenting, I do not recall getting any kind of notice of the change. Had to call your customer service to find out how to make entries. My office manager was not aware of the change either. Pros \- Offers both smartphone app and physical punch options - Allows you to set location by worker - Shows employee as missing if they are more than 1/2 mile from GPS coordinates - Easy to generate payroll reports for our accountant - Simple to edit timecards for an admin - Has lots of features we haven't even explored yet! Cons \- When an employee goes missing it is not easy to tell how long they have been/or were missing for making it possible for them to leave and come back and the administrator might never even know that happened Review Source TH Tracey H. Cons Sometimes there were glitches in the system and it wouldn't allow employees to clock in or out. I can print out my reports every week to do payroll. It has made doing payroll such a breeze. So glad I purchased this equipment! Pros I love the customer support and our prompt they are about getting back to me with answers and resolutions when need. Very friendly and helpful as well. The software is easy to use and the fact that the company is on top of it, making changes and listening to user regarding the changes makes it even better. I also love that as a user you are always informed of any changes or service being done to the system. Cons Sometime there are a lot of steps to get to what you need. As for the equipment itself my employees have are hard time scanning their fingers and it takes quite a few tries to get it to scan. Seems if their hands are dry or have anything on them it doesn't read right. No battery back up and if wifi is down system doesn't work. Review Source JC Judith C. Pros It is so easy to set up a new employee. The clock we chose the employees can clock in using their fingerprint or a code (since it is easy for them to get small cuts, etc it is important that they have multiple ways to clock in.)
