She is always so helpful and patient. I wish you could make her our dedicated uAttend person to go to for help. That would also make things a lot easier and would make for a better experience to not have too repeat myself every time I reach out for help. Pros I like that you can send the clock to any location and are able to pull all the information from one central location. Cons The features need to be updated. There are a lot of great things about uAttend, but the features being so past date that it makes the experience worse than it needs to be. Review Source CG Cheri G. I can run reports in excel and format to import into our payroll system. Pros uAttend is very intuitive and probably the most user friendly time keeping system I have ever used. When I do have issues and contact Customer Service they are very responsive and helpful. I typically have my questions answered or problem solved immediately. Cons Once a user is archived, you need to un-archive them to view their history. I'd would like to be able to access their history from the archived user area. Review Source JM Joseph M. A few from the office use the phone for punching in and out. The warehouse personnel uses a card to punch in and out. I'm sure there is more we can do with this system then just punching the time and that is what I like to discover. Pros you've got an overview in 1 click of all the attended employees in the office. Cons wish I could get a sales rep to my office to explain how to use U-Attent more then for what I use it now. Pros uAttend is powerful and very simple to setup. Our technicians are in the field a lot so we needed a solution to track our time and have restrictions as to which locations technicians can clock in. We mostly use the mobile app for clocking in and out which works great. Cons I have a really hard time thinking of a negative about uAttend. There weren't any discrepancies between the management and the employees when it came down to attendance management. Pros It's efficient where it counts. The timing and response for the fingerprint biometrics are quite dependable. It integrates well with the accounting and performance management software. Cons There isn't much negative here. I don't like how you need a special code system to type in password, etc in the unit. I still don't know how that works. Pros The software wasn't the problem, the thumb scan and now after using short time, doesn't work and customer service did try to get it working but couldn't. Had to buy old school time clock. Cons Software, didn't have a problem. Our problems were with the thumb scan and the fact it doesn't work with wifi and customer service did try but still doesn't work. We had a mixture of hand written times and an outdated onsite only rfid clock in at one site. We had nonstop issues with incorrect times, people forgetting to clock in/out, buddy clock in, etc. We have eliminated most of those issues almost overnight and have been able to scale way faster. We are looking forward to integration features that will hopefully integrate everything directly with payroll services! Pros Multisite capability Quickly add new timeclocks Easy reporting for anything you can think of Easy setup for automatic report exports Easily scalable with our company as we add more locations Very simple and upfront pricing compared to competitors who charge for everything Geolocation clock in! Cons Timeclocks themselves are good, but require internet for clock in and out. It would be nice if they could clock in and out without internet and send data once they come online. This has only been an issue a few times when the internet went out offsite, but we quickly setup geolcations for different sites and gave certain employees that need it access to clock in from their phones when necessary. There isn't currently integration directly with payroll services, but they are apparently releasing that this year. Review Source DJ Danieal J. Then, afterwards seemed to have more issues in allowing employees to punch out. Pros A great and affordable resource for my cleaning business in upkeeping with employees time logs. The app helps ensures employees are at their correct location and have spent sustainable time completing tasks. Cons The app tends to be more problematic in obtaining the correct "punch out" time log information. Some employees have mentioned that the app is not compatible with their mobile phones. Reason for choosing uAttend I chosen uAttend as "an addition" to a similar product to gain more precise time log information from employees who travel. Review Source LC Lexie C. I haven't had any issues for what we use it for Cons For people who have the department transfer feature, I wish there was a way to change PTO between the departments rather than defaulting to the "home" department.Sometimes the physical timeclock has connection issues but that's probably not Uattend's fault. Our clients love the ease of use and functionality of the time clocks from the basic system all the way to the bio metric systems. Pros The software is very compatible with our client needs and functions. It is very easy to train our client supervisors how to use the product to verify hours and associates. I do not have to worry if someone is clocking in for another person. Pros It is so easy to add a new person to the system. You don't have to deal with any time cards; everything is done electronically; no badges to keep up with, no timecards to keep up with. I don't have to worry if another person is clocking in or out for another person. Cons Every once in while the timeclock will not take a fingerprint. The use of fingerprint system help employer to make sure that the employee are clocking in and out. This also helps supervisor to ensure that the employee is working. Cons UAttend has a lot of potential to grow. I spoke to UAttend customer from time to time and it seems that they are lacking in a lot of features that may help the employer. I have had the most success with the Wifi Fingerprint/swipe card version. Cons Some versions allow staff to have coworkers clock them in/out remotely. I wish the backend was less clunky. Way too many links and clicks to get to simple things. I wish there was a dashboard you could set up for yourself. What do \*YOU\* really use, here are 3 easy links. Over all, a good value. Any time there were any issues, customer support was very easy to contact and work with to resolve the issues. Cons Recent changes have made the edit/delete function difficult to find, but I understand that is being corrected. April 15, 2019 5.0 uAttend has been a great vendor for time card management. They update their software periodically and have really great customer support. I have never been let down by uAttend. Pros This software is very easy to learn and use by both the users and admins. Employees can clock in on mobile app, and admins can control who can and can not punch in on the app. Its easy to review time cards and make adjustments as needed. Cons My least favorite thing about this software right now is that users are unable to punch out for lunch with the program's built-in 'lunch punch' feature.
