Not only was I able to get it set up quickly, my client was able to log in from her end and within minutes, she was navigating with no problems. Cons Too many add on features that could have been included in the complete package. Honestly, if I have to be nickel and dimed about add-ons, I'd rather use a third party. Pros Zoho Recruit has a very attentive sales team. I was provided a demo where all my questions were answered, some of them being very technical. I absolutely love the Career Site that is easy to deploy. The onboarding wizard is very helpful too. I haven't explored all the available options but so far for the price, this seems like excellent value and will serve my needs for a growing staffing agency! Cons The only feature that is currently missing for me is setting job postings on the career site to automatically be hidden after the closing date. Maybe a future update! Takes a little while to get efficient with it, but once you do it's quite user friendly. The tagging function is also good and the resume parsing of skills is quite comprehensive. Cons Limit of importing 10 resumes at a time so it takes a bit longer if you are working with a lot of resumes.
