### "Zoho as a package"

February 20, 2026

5.0

The result was improved efficiency, centralized data management, and stronger operational control. My focus is always on building systems that are practical, compliant, and aligned with business growth.

Pros

Since 2022, I have been using Zoho to manage and strengthen operations within my organization, and I successfully led a full Zoho implementation for a client in Barbados. I handled everything from needs assessment and system configuration to workflow design, testing, and team training. I implemented modules such as Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Cliq to streamline recruitment, employee management, communication, and reporting.

Cons

Although there was a time zone difference between us, they made every effort to accommodate scheduling and ensure meetings were productive. They remained flexible and committed to moving the project forward despite the logistical challenges. At times, the support process required multiple follow-ups and detailed clarification, which made certain phases feel a bit tedious. However, once issues were fully understood, they worked through them and ensured resolutions were implemented.

### "10 years of Zoho Recruit"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Recruit has been a dependable and cost-effective ATS for our business over the last decade. It covers all the core functions needed to run a recruitment agency and has the flexibility to grow alongside you. While there are areas that could be more modern or streamlined, the system delivers where it matters most — managing candidates, jobs, and workflows efficiently. For agencies looking for a stable, adaptable, and good-value recruitment platform, Zoho Recruit remains a strong choice.

Pros

Reliable and proven – We’ve used Zoho Recruit for nearly 10 years, and it has consistently supported our day-to-day recruitment operations without major issues. Strong CV parsing & database management – Makes it easy to build and maintain a large candidate pool, which is essential for a specialist agency. Good search functionality – Quickly find suitable candidates from a large database, saving time on resourcing. Customisable – Flexible enough to adapt to different workflows as the business has evolved over time. Integration with Zoho ecosystem – Email and other integrations help keep everything in one place and improve efficiency. Cost-effective – Offers strong functionality compared to many more expensive ATS platforms.

Cons

User interface can feel dated in places – Some areas are not as modern or intuitive as newer platforms. Learning curve for full functionality – To get the most out of it, you need to spend time setting it up properly. Automation could be more advanced – While functional, some automation features aren’t as slick as higher-end systems. Occasional limitations in reporting – Advanced reporting sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup.

### "Zoho Recruit"

February 14, 2026

5.0

We’ve been using Zoho Recruit for several months now, and overall it’s been a solid tool for streamlining our hiring process. The candidate tracking and job posting features are intuitive and save us a ton of time, especially when juggling multiple roles at once. I love how customizable the workflows are — they let us tailor the system to how we actually work rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all setup. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced automations, but once you get the hang of it, it feels super powerful. For the price and range of features, Zoho Recruit is a great choice for small to midsize teams that want recruiting software that adapts to their needs.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit was how customizable and flexible the platform is — being able to tailor workflows, candidate stages, and job templates to fit our exact hiring process made everything feel more organized and efficient. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with email and other Zoho apps, which helped keep our whole team aligned and communicating without switching between tools.

Cons

What I liked least was that some of the more advanced features feel a bit clunky and unintuitive at first, especially compared to competitors with smoother onboarding. The reporting and analytics could be more flexible too, and occasionally the interface feels slower or overly complex when you’re trying to make quick updates. With a little refinement in usability, it could feel even more powerful and user-friendly.

### "A Practical, Scalable ATS That Brings Order to Real-World Recruiting"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been very positive and practical. It consistently delivers where it matters most by keeping recruiting organized, visible, and repeatable as workload and hiring volume increase. While it isn’t the flashiest ATS on the market and does require some setup to fully unlock its value, the stability, flexibility, and affordability more than make up for that. Zoho Recruit has helped us move from reactive, inbox-driven recruiting to a structured, scalable operation, which makes it a tool I trust and would confidently recommend to similar teams.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is that it brings order and discipline to recruiting without overcomplicating the process. Having a single, centralized system for candidates, jobs, notes, and client activity dramatically reduces confusion and keeps everyone aligned. I also really value the flexibility and customization — the ability to tailor pipelines, fields, and workflows to how we actually recruit instead of forcing a generic process. Lastly, the cost-to-value ratio stands out: it delivers strong functionality at a price point that makes sense for growing teams, which is hard to find in this space.

Cons

What I liked least about Zoho Recruit is that the user interface can feel cluttered and less intuitive, especially for new users during onboarding. Some of the more powerful customization and reporting features also require time and admin effort to configure properly, rather than working perfectly out of the box. Additionally, certain advanced capabilities and integrations are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can be limiting if you’re on the Standard edition.

### "Strong Value ATS"

March 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, using Zoho Recruit has been a positive experience. It provides a reliable, cost-effective way to manage the full hiring process, with enough flexibility to adapt to different workflows and team needs. While there are some limitations, particularly around career page customization; the core functionality is strong and dependable. Once you get familiar with the system, it becomes an efficient tool that significantly streamlines recruiting without the high cost of more complex platforms.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is a strong applicant tracking system that offers excellent value for its cost. It includes a wide range of features; like workflow automation, candidate tracking, and integrations at a price point that’s very competitive compared to other ATS platforms. The system is flexible and customizable, allowing teams to tailor their hiring process and scale as needed. It’s a solid all-in-one solution for managing recruitment from start to finish.

Cons

Career page customization is somewhat limited, especially if you’re trying to fully match your company’s branding. The platform can also take some time to learn due to the number of features available.

### "Flexible, Efficient, and a Huge Time Saver for Recruitment"

August 14, 2025

4.0

Zoho Recruit has transformed how we manage candidates, from first contact to placement. Our database is now structured, searchable, and up to date, and we’ve drastically reduced manual admin. The flexibility in workflows and automation means we can scale without adding more headcount to admin roles. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance. Overall, it’s helped us become faster, more consistent, and more professional in our recruitment process.

Pros

The ability to customise workflows, fields, and templates to match our recruitment process has been a game changer. The integration with job boards is seamless, and the candidate search is quick and accurate. The automation tools and email templates save hours each week, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage candidates on the go.

Cons

Some of the more advanced reporting features take a bit of time to set up, and the interface can feel slightly busy until you customise it. A few integrations require additional configuration that might be tricky for non-technical users.

### "The " Incredible " Zoho Recruit"

September 22, 2025

5.0

Zoho Recruit has significantly improved the way we manage recruitment at Linked Recruitment. Compared to our previous CRM, it offers double the features at a much lower cost, making it an exceptional value for money. The platform is fast, reliable, and user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes navigating through tasks effortless. The recruitment process is streamlined from start to finish — from sourcing and prospecting candidates to managing interviews, placements, and even ongoing support. The candidate interview scheduling tools are particularly helpful, allowing us to coordinate efficiently and maintain a professional experience for both clients and candidates. Security is clearly a priority for Zoho, with robust data protection measures that give us confidence in handling sensitive candidate and client information. Performance and speed are consistently impressive, even when managing large volumes of data. Payroll management is another standout feature, helping us keep track of payments and contracts with ease. It integrates well with other Zoho tools, which adds to the overall efficiency of our operations. Customer support is second to none — account managers are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Their support has been instrumental in tailoring Zoho Recruit to our specific needs. Overall, Zoho Recruit delivers outstanding value across the board. It’s a powerful, secure, and cost-effective solution that has transformed our recruitment workflow. I’d highly recommend it to any recruitment business looking for a scalable and dependable CRM."

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is how seamlessly it brings together all the essential elements of recruitment into one powerful platform. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks without a steep learning curve. ### "Zoho, the ultimate recruitment tool!"

January 21, 2026

Overall, Zoho is an efficient and reliable recruitment tool. The interface is clean, and with time, easy to navigate.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has been the most reliable recruitment tool I have used so far. Aside from it being affordable, it improved my visibility to potential employers and did that while reducing manual work! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Cons

As a first-time user, it took me a while to understand some of the advanced features. I think a few areas could benefit from more guided tips or documentation, but once set up, the system runs smoothly

### "A Flexible ATS That Improved My Recruitment Workflow"

February 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive. After investing time in setting it up properly, it has significantly improved how I organise candidates, track progress, and manage communication. It offers strong functionality for the price, and once configured to suit my workflow, it has become a reliable and efficient tool in my daily operations.

Pros

Highly customisable: I like that I can tailor fields, workflows, and candidate stages to suit how I personally work rather than adjusting my process to fit the system. All-in-one platform: I can manage candidates, clients, and job postings in one place, which keeps everything organised and easy to track. Automation saves me time: Setting up workflows for follow-ups and status updates has reduced the amount of manual admin I need to do daily. Centralised communication: Being able to send and track emails directly within the system helps me keep a clear record of all candidate interactions. Strong reporting features: The dashboards give me a clear view of pipeline progress and performance. Good value for money: For the features offered, I find it competitively priced compared to other ATS platforms.

Cons

Learning curve: Some advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive and require exploration or training to use effectively. Interface can feel busy: At times the system feels slightly cluttered, particularly when managing multiple roles.

### "Bottom line: It’s a dependable tool that supports real recruiting"

March 28, 2026

4.0

Once it’s set up, it does a great job of keeping candidates, roles, and client activity organized in one place. The customization is a big win because it allows us to tailor the system to how we actually work instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all process.

Pros

We’ve been using Zoho Recruit as part of our recruiting workflow, and it’s been a solid, practical tool for managing both candidates and client activity without overcomplicating things. What I like most is the flexibility. Whether you’re running contingent searches, working on project-based roles, or juggling multiple clients, Zoho Recruit lets you set things up in a way that actually matches how you work. You can customize pipelines, fields, and workflows without needing to fight the system.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, especially if you’re customizing workflows and fields. It’s flexible, which is great, but that also means it takes some time to set it up the right way.

### "A Powerful and Flexible Recruitment Tool"

March 28, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been outstanding. It helped us streamline our hiring process from posting jobs to onboarding candidates. The platform is reliable and continually improving with regular updates. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful.

Pros

Zoho Recruit offers an incredibly user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, and seamless integration with other Zoho and third-party apps. I particularly appreciated the automation features, which significantly reduced our manual workload and improved overall recruitment efficiency.

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the extensive customization options. It takes some time to fully understand and optimize the features, especially for new users without technical experience.

### "Solid and Flexible Tool for Recruitment Agencies"

June 24, 2025

4.0

It's a powerful recruitment platform with great potential, especially for agencies, but there's still room to polish the user experience and learning resources.

Pros

I've been testing Zoho Recruit on and off for several weeks now, using it primarily for agency recruiting purposes. Overall, my experience has been largely positive, especially when it comes to the platform's flexibility and feature set. What stands out the most is the high level of customizability. Zoho Recruit allows you to tailor many aspects of the system to fit your workflow, which is essential for agencies that manage different clients and job types. Implementation is surprisingly smooth, and the user interface is intuitive enough to get started without a steep learning curve. Another strong point is how frequently the platform is updated. You can tell the development team is actively working on improvements, which builds trust in the long-term value of the tool. Also worth noting is the helpful live chat support – they’ve been responsive and efficient whenever I had questions.

Cons

There are a few areas where Zoho Recruit could improve. The documentation could be clearer and more consistent – I often found conflicting instructions between the help articles and other sources. Additionally, while the platform is rich in features, this can be overwhelming at times, especially for newer users. More video tutorials or onboarding guidance would definitely help.

### "A Great Value for Growing Teams"

November 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been excellent. It transformed our chaotic hiring process into a streamlined workflow. Before using it, we were juggling spreadsheets and email threads, but now everything is organized in one place. The ability to customize the recruitment pipeline to match our specific hiring stages was a game-changer. It is arguably the best value-for-money ATS on the market for small to medium businesses, offering enterprise-level features without the enterprise price tag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to professionalize their recruitment process without breaking the bank.

Pros

I was most impressed by how intuitive and easy it is to set up. You don't need to be a tech expert to get started. The resume parsing feature is a huge time-saver, automatically extracting candidate details so I don’t have to do manual data entry. I also love the "one-click" job posting feature that pushes openings to multiple free job boards instantly. It really centralizes the entire hiring process—from sourcing to scheduling interviews—in one dashboard.

Cons

The mobile app is functional but feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version; I’d love to see more features available on the go. Also, while the interface is clean, navigating the advanced customization settings can have a slight learning curve at first. Lastly, I wish the free edition allowed for a few more active job postings simultaneously, as it’s such a helpful tool.

### "Oversold and underdelivered"

September 18, 2025

2.0

We were excited to begin with Zoho recruit but once onboarding started we quickly realized it was not the right tool for us. We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS. What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work. We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is a stable CRM. They have some integrations that can be helpful but beware, some of the features require additional payment.

Cons

Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team. They oversell and underdeliver performance and features. They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials.

### "A Surprisingly Powerful ATS/CRM for a Lean Agency Desk"

February 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with Zoho Recruit has been very positive; it has become the operational hub of my recruiting business. It handles job requisitions, candidate pipelines, client CRM, and reporting in a way that supports both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term relationship building. Once I invested the time to configure pipelines and automation rules around my niche, the system noticeably reduced manual follow‑up and context switching between tools. For a solo or small agency recruiter who wants enterprise‑style capability at a reasonable cost, Zoho Recruit feels like a strong, scalable choice.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Recruit is that it gives me a true end‑to‑end ATS and recruitment CRM in one place, without the price tag or complexity of a typical “enterprise” system. I can model my actual recruiting workflows with custom pipelines, fields, and automation rules, so the software reflects how my desk runs instead of forcing me into a rigid template. The ability to track both candidates and clients, run outreach campaigns, and see performance analytics inside the same platform has made my process faster and more predictable.

Cons

The biggest downside is the initial setup and configuration curve if you want to fully leverage automations and customization. There are a lot of options and settings, and it took time to streamline views, fields, and workflows so the interface didn’t feel cluttered when handling high‑volume pipelines. Some of the AI and parsing capabilities are good but not flawless, so complex CVs still need a quick manual review.

### "Value for Money"

October 17, 2025

5.0

Zoho Recruit has been a really solid tool for managing the hiring process end-to-end. From posting jobs to tracking candidates and moving them through different stages, everything feels organized and easy to follow. The interface is clean, and the layout makes it simple to find what you need without digging through menus. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable the platform is. Being able to adjust workflows, set up custom fields, and tailor the experience to fit our hiring style has been a huge plus. It doesn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all solution — it actually adapts to the way you work. I’ve been using the free plan to get a feel for the platform, and even with limited features, it’s been really helpful. That said, I can definitely see the value in some of the premium tools like automation, advanced reporting, and candidate matching powered by AI. Those are features I’m hoping to explore further as we scale

Pros

Intuitive and clean user interface Customizable workflows and fields Smooth job posting and candidate tracking Great visibility into candidate pipelines Integrates well with other Zoho products

Cons

Some powerful features (like automation and analytics) are only available on higher-tier plans Occasional loading delays when switching between modules Could use more prebuilt templates for common hiring processes

### "Zoho Recruit makes recruiting simple and efficient"

October 22, 2025

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been excellent. It’s made my recruiting process faster, more organized, and more professional. The system gives me full visibility into every candidate and client interaction, and the automation tools save me a ton of time each week. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is whenever I have questions.

Pros

I was able to build my entire recruiting workflow exactly how I wanted, from tracking candidates and clients to automating outreach and follow-ups. The integrations with other Zoho apps, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail, make everything feel connected and efficient. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t take long to learn. It's solid in terms of the costs and the performance and speed of the software is excellent. It's very easy to integrate our payroll management into the system and it's very secure. We're able to track all our candidate progress so we know exactly where everyone is in the process with our clients. We highly recommend Zoho Recruit.

Cons

There's really not a lot we don't like about Zoho Recruit. It very much meets all our needs at the moment and there are upgrades available to provide even more features and benefits.
