Pros

Simple to use and easy to navigate. The process from candidate registration to "placed" flows well and offers a nice visual dashboard throughout.

As a new user, I am yet to find the thing I like least about . I wanted a cost effective, easy to use tool - and it's doing the job!

We were excited to begin with but once onboarding started we quickly realized it was not the right tool for us. We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS. What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work. We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project.

Pros

is a stable CRM. They have some integrations that can be helpful but beware, some of the features require additional payment.

Cons

Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team. They oversell and underdeliver performance and features. They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials.

Absolutely wonderful.... helps me keep job openings and candidates in one place, so I don’t have to manage things on paper or in separate files.I work as a Clinic Manager, Dietician & Nutritionist and I also handle basic hiring for our clinic when we need new staff. Creating a job opening is simple, and I can clearly see which stage each candidate is in.

seems well organized and makes it easier to manage candidate information in one place. Even during the trial period, it looks like a useful tool to keep resumes structured and searchable. I like the flexibility to rename all the candidate and job stages. Being able to post jobs to the customizable careers website pages is super helpful. The interview questionaire and general interview functions are easy to implement and intuitive

We are part of a large company and it was a bit of a stuggle navigating though the MSA agreement changes needed with their legal team

Overall pretty good. I've stuck with it for many years because of the broad range of functionality and how easy it is to use. I have raised my concerns around pipeline management, and wouldn't rule out changing if I discovered a system that did everything Zoho does and fixes the issues it has.

Pros

Zoho is very simple to use, it's so simple to pick up. One of my team had never used a Database or CRM before working here and she got to grips with it right away. It also has such an extensive range of features, functions and capabilities, however, these need to be activated individually, so you can have as much or as little of the capabilities of as you need, without it getting over-complicated from a user standpoint.

Cons

Pipeline management. The system doesn't distinguish between a candidate status (ie, available, not looking etc...) and a job application status (shortlisted, cv sent, rejected etc...) which means there is only one status. This becomes an issue when a candidate is involved in multiple processes and you update the status for one (let's say to Rejected), this then causes the candidate not to show up in searches of candidates still in process, even though they are still active on one or more other jobs. You can still see their accurate status if you look through the job, but they wont come up on searches for active candidates. We lost track of a couple of people due to this. Also, despite it being a very simple to use system, configuration is a little complicated. Took ages to discover how to configure email sending from the system.

We like the user-friendly portal to do all activities related to both clients and candidates. The customer support is excellent. We always have the guidance needed. It's solid in terms of the costs and the performance and speed of the software is excellent. It's very easy to integrate our payroll management into the system and it's very secure. We're able to track all our candidate progress so we know exactly where everyone is in the process with our clients. We highly recommend .

There's really not a lot we don't like about . It very much meets all our needs at the moment and there are upgrades available to provide even more features and benefits.

has the best user-friendly modules to categorize, filter, quick access, time saving for recruiters like me.

Cons

1.Little slow while uploading importing resumes. 2. While sending emails to the candidate adding job title should have free hand so that not only associated, can give own title at the time of sending
