### "Great tool"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, while it’s a solid tool, there is room for improvement in usability, scalability, and advanced reporting.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its simplicity combined with flexibility. It offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for recruiters to manage candidates, job postings, and the hiring pipeline without a steep learning curve. From a business perspective, the ability to customize workflows, fields, and automation is very useful, especially when handling diverse hiring requirements across multiple clients. The integration with other Zoho tools and email systems also helps streamline communication and keeps everything in one place. Another strong point is how it supports end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while still being cost-effective compared to many enterprise ATS platforms. Overall, it’s a practical solution for growing recruitment teams looking for structure, visibility, and efficiency without overcomplicating the process.

Cons

Lastly, for high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies, scaling workflows and managing large datasets can sometimes feel less seamless compared to more specialized enterprise ATS solutions.

### "HIGHLY Recommend!!"

April 20, 2026

5.0

As mentioned above, I love it. Great features, very easy to use and I love how many job slots that you get.

Pros

I've been using Zoho Recruit for several years and I think it's fantastic. I've found and placed many candidates using their platform. Customer service is VERY responsive and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Zoho, especially for the price!!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. There's so much to Zoho recruit to learn and they are always adding new features.

### "Oversold and underdelivered"

September 18, 2025

2.0

We were excited to begin with Zoho recruit but once onboarding started we quickly realized it was not the right tool for us. We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS. What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work. We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is a stable CRM. They have some integrations that can be helpful but beware, some of the features require additional payment.

Cons

Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team. They oversell and underdeliver performance and features. They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials.

### "A Flexible ATS That Improved My Recruitment Workflow"

February 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive. After investing time in setting it up properly, it has significantly improved how I organise candidates, track progress, and manage communication. It offers strong functionality for the price, and once configured to suit my workflow, it has become a reliable and efficient tool in my daily operations.

Pros

Highly customisable: I like that I can tailor fields, workflows, and candidate stages to suit how I personally work rather than adjusting my process to fit the system. All-in-one platform: I can manage candidates, clients, and job postings in one place, which keeps everything organised and easy to track. Automation saves me time: Setting up workflows for follow-ups and status updates has reduced the amount of manual admin I need to do daily. Centralised communication: Being able to send and track emails directly within the system helps me keep a clear record of all candidate interactions. Strong reporting features: The dashboards give me a clear view of pipeline progress and performance. Good value for money: For the features offered, I find it competitively priced compared to other ATS platforms.

Cons

Learning curve: Some advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive and require exploration or training to use effectively. Interface can feel busy: At times the system feels slightly cluttered, particularly when managing multiple roles.

### "Good Experience in setting Zoho Recruit up"

April 21, 2026

4.0

Whatever we set up in the blueprint works beautifully. We are convinced Zoho will make the life of our recruiters much more easy, help them to stay in the process and increase their efficiency by being able to spend more time with the applicants rather than on paperwork.

Pros

We are still in the process of setting it up to suit our recruitment process. What we like is the ability to integrate a large number of other softwares into Zoho. Setting up blueprints is quite intuitive, once you get used to the philosophy of the software. The customer support has been very helpful and guiding us through the process.

Cons

It is quite difficult to understand the different modules Application/Job Openings/Candidate and their interdependencies, which does not make it easy to use to start with, but customer support and their help center have supported us.

### "Helps us make hiring easier"

March 10, 2026

5.0

Overall it made hiring more organized for us. Once everything was set up, it saved time and made it easier to track candidates and manage interviews.

Pros

It helps me keep all candidates and job applications in one place. Before this we were tracking things in email and spreadsheets, which was messy. Now it’s easier to see where each candidate is in the hiring process. Also API makes things much easier.

Cons

The setup at the beginning took a bit of time. Some settings are not very obvious and you need to click around to figure things out. Though spending time on it is definitely worth, they have son many ZOHO products that you can combine them and make things much easier.

### "Good software"

April 27, 2026

5.0

The platform works particularly well when integrated with the Zoho ecosystem, allowing seamless data flow and better visibility across recruitment and sales processes

Pros

Its UI / UX expirience and nice reporting and dashboards. And high level of customization, allowing workflows, modules, and pipelines to be tailored to different industries. This makes it very practical for real business use cases.

Cons

Maybe too many options on 1 screen and limited native integrations with external job portals, especially compared to platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

Pros

Love the flexibility and the fact that new features are being added monthly also the api and ability to script our own enhancements is a plus

Pros

I like the flexibility to rename all the candidate and job stages. Being able to post jobs to the customizable careers website pages is super helpful. The interview questionaire and general interview functions are easy to implement and intuitive

### "Zoho Recruit makes recruiting simple and efficient"

October 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been excellent. It’s made my recruiting process faster, more organized, and more professional. The system gives me full visibility into every candidate and client interaction, and the automation tools save me a ton of time each week. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is whenever I have questions.

Pros

What stood out to me most about Zoho Recruit is how customizable and easy to use it is. I was able to build my entire recruiting workflow exactly how I wanted, from tracking candidates and clients to automating outreach and follow-ups. The integrations with other Zoho apps, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail, make everything feel connected and efficient. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t take long to learn. I also really appreciate the level of support Zoho provides. Anytime I had a question or needed help with setup, their team was responsive and professional. It feels like a system that was actually built for recruiters, not just adapted for recruiting.

Cons

Some of the advanced automation and customization features take a little time to learn, but once set up, everything runs smoothly.

### "Great for a startup recruiting agency"

September 17, 2025

5.0

Zoho Recruit has been an excellent addition to our startup recruiting agency. It streamlines candidate management and interview scheduling, saving us valuable time and effort. The platform feels secure, performs smoothly, and offers great value for money compared to other tools we explored. While there’s a bit of a learning curve with all the features, the overall experience has been very positive and reliable.

Pros

Secure, affordable, and packed with useful tools — especially strong interview scheduling and candidate management. Great free plan for testing stuff.

Cons

Feature-rich but can feel overwhelming at first; UI is not as modern as it could be. More fancy candidate pipeline-related actions would be a benefit. Some small issue with translations (mixing various locales).

### "Easy to Adapt"

November 26, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been great—it's user-friendly, efficient, and is making our hiring process more organized.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has been incredibly easy for our team to adopt . The interface is clean, intuitive, and everything is right where you expect it to be. New team members pick it up quickly, and it’s being used in streamling our hiring workflow.

Cons

### "A Practical, Scalable ATS That Brings Order to Real-World Recruiting"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been very positive and practical. It consistently delivers where it matters most by keeping recruiting organized, visible, and repeatable as workload and hiring volume increase. While it isn’t the flashiest ATS on the market and does require some setup to fully unlock its value, the stability, flexibility, and affordability more than make up for that. Zoho Recruit has helped us move from reactive, inbox-driven recruiting to a structured, scalable operation, which makes it a tool I trust and would confidently recommend to similar teams.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is that it brings order and discipline to recruiting without overcomplicating the process. Having a single, centralized system for candidates, jobs, notes, and client activity dramatically reduces confusion and keeps everyone aligned. I also really value the flexibility and customization — the ability to tailor pipelines, fields, and workflows to how we actually recruit instead of forcing a generic process. Lastly, the cost-to-value ratio stands out: it delivers strong functionality at a price point that makes sense for growing teams, which is hard to find in this space.

Cons

What I liked least about Zoho Recruit is that the user interface can feel cluttered and less intuitive, especially for new users during onboarding. Some of the more powerful customization and reporting features also require time and admin effort to configure properly, rather than working perfectly out of the box. Additionally, certain advanced capabilities and integrations are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can be limiting if you’re on the Standard edition.

Cons

### "Transformative ATS for Every Hiring Team"

February 7, 2026

5.0

Very Good They even offer live demo and setup of system I came with no additional cost with enterprise plan.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has completely changed how we handle recruiting from posting jobs to tracking candidates and engaging hiring managers. The interface is clean and intuitive, and automations save us hours every month. Resume parsing, pipelines, and candidate communications all work flawlessly, keeping everything organized in one place. What I appreciate most is the flexibility: custom workflows and seamless integrations make this platform fit our exact process. Support has been helpful whenever needed, and the overall experience is outstanding. Would highly recommend to any HR or recruiting team looking for a powerful, reliable ATS!

Cons

As we never used any recruitment system we needed a bit time to learn and understand the work flow that's not a con but took a while to understand I will say.

### "A great way to get into recruiting, and a very flexible system"

October 10, 2025

5.0

I am having a lot of fun using the trial, as I am brand new to recruiting. Once I got the hang of it, it is very powerful. I am still learning the full power, but I can see that a great deal of thought has gone into this, and if I keep going into recruiting more, it will help me all the along the way.

Pros

I love having a dashboard where I can see everyone, record interviews. Because I am new to this type of software, it is helping me learn about the whole process.

Cons

Figuring things out in some cases (finding where they are) is in some cases not completely obvious, but as I find them out, they do become to make sense. I understand that this use case requires a tremendous amount of features.

Once you’re past the learning curve, Zoho Recruit does what it’s supposed to do and does it well. It’s reliable, customizable, and helps keep everything organized in one place. Definitely not perfect, but solid and dependable.
