Fantastic system, very easy to use and great for scalability. It does everything we want it to do as a system and a lot more. Its very cost effective and product support are always there to assist when required

It is not very clear whether Hiring Manager access requires a separate paid license or can be added within the existing plan. More transparent communication around licensing structure and user permissions would make it easier to plan and manage the platform effectively.

Pros

The customization is the standout. I built my own pipeline stages, statuses, and custom fields to match exactly how we hire — everything from CNC machinists on the floor to office roles. The drag-and-drop layout editor is genuinely dynamic and easy to work with. Rearranging profiles, fields, and views without needing a developer made the buildout move fast. The visual process graphics are clear. It's easy to see at a glance where every candidate sits in the pipeline.

Cons

The candidate profile being scrollable. I feel like there is a better way to group all take care of the sections. I know they are clickable on the side, but I would like some of them to be side by side. I would also like clearer explanation of things and what each part is for. For example the assessments

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been exceptionally positive. As someone starting out, I expected a steep learning curve, but the platform proved to be highly intuitive. It handles everything from candidate sourcing to final interviews smoothly without any performance lag. The fact that the trial version offers such high-quality service and support makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to streamline their hiring process.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has a user-friendly interface and is easy to learn. I was able to create job openings, import resumes, manage candidates, and explore recruitment workflows efficiently. As a beginner, I found the platform helpful for understanding and managing the hiring process.User Access Portal are much help and performance and speed are so good without lag,scheduling candidate interview felt more handy and easy to make thing happen at ease

Cons

I came here for trial version, You software treated me like premium member, I cant even think one flaw in Zoho Recruit.

It was easy to purchase, plenty of options to get yourself acquainted with the interface (free week of full access), reasonably easy to connect email addresses. There is learning curve obvs but once I was in it was easy to learn. Once again, customer support was perfect

Pros

Customer support was outstanding especially for someone like me who used Zoho CRM first time for recruitment. The interface of CRM has everything I need for my business. It is great to have all in one place, including email setup

Cons

I struggled a bit with portal verification, but it was eventually solved with support from customer care

Zoho Recruit is an end to end recruitment solution for consultancies and HR's. It offers clean, modern tool to organize millions of candidate data to complete hiring mechanism.

Cons

It has a lot of features, customization and options which makes it bit complex to use. You'd have to learn it before taking full advantage of it.

Overall, Zoho Recruit has been a helpful ATS for managing candidates and keeping the hiring process organized. Once configured, it works well for tracking applicants, collaborating with the team, and moving candidates through each stage more consistently.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is easy to customize around our hiring workflow. I liked having candidate profiles, job openings,interview tracking, emails, and status updates all in one place. The automation and templates also helped reduce repetitive admin work.

Cons

The interface can feel a little crowded at times, and some settings take time to find. Reporting and workflow customization are useful, but there is a learning curve during setup.
