Through the website api you are able add assessments for candidates. Pros So far the experience has been positive. We connected the api to our website and it looks good providing the filters need for potential candidates. Cons The apps on the side gets confusing to understand what is included in your plan, it would be nice if greyed the ones that are not included. Makes the recruitment cycle a lot easier. You should start a job board yourself with the software infrastructure you have. Pros I like how it connects to Job Boards and posts your jobs and brings all of those jobs into one place for review. Cons The setup process is long. Takes too many steps and you tend to stop and not complete. If the process can be simple it will be an improvement.
