As mentioned above, I love it. Great features, very easy to use and I love how many job slots that you get.

Pros

I've been using Zoho Recruit for several years and I think it's fantastic. I've found and placed many candidates using their platform. Customer service is VERY responsive and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Zoho, especially for the price!!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. There's so much to Zoho recruit to learn and they are always adding new features.

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive. It helped streamline the recruitment process by keeping candidate data organized and improving follow-ups. While there is a slight learning curve for some features, once understood, it becomes a very efficient tool for managing hiring workflows.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its user-friendly interface and smooth workflow management. It makes it easy to track candidates, manage pipelines, and collaborate with the team without much complexity. The customization options for pipelines and automated emails also help save time and improve efficiency in the hiring process.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Zoho Recruit is that some advanced features can feel a bit complex initially and take time to understand. Also, the UI in certain sections could be more modern and intuitive.

I wanted a simple tool that would allow me to grow my business - whilst growing my team. Zoho Recruit ticks the box and offers a lot more than I initially wanted - at a great price.

Pros

Simple to use and easy to navigate. The process from candidate registration to "placed" flows well and offers a nice visual dashboard throughout.

Cons

As a new user, I am yet to find the thing I like least about Zoho Recruit. I wanted a cost effective, easy to use tool - and it's doing the job!

So far the setup ease, the candidate screens need some training. I hope there is a startup package that can give 1+1 accounts instead of just one.

Pros

Good for startups. Value for money. I have not experienced the full enterprise features yet. So far I like the ease of setups.

Cons

The process of how the interview flows are setup is something you need to get used to. It is not that straight forward. Also the templates are very few and calls for better customisation.

Absolutely wonderful....Zoho Recruit helps me keep job openings and candidates in one place, so I don’t have to manage things on paper or in separate files.I work as a Clinic Manager, Dietician & Nutritionist and I also handle basic hiring for our clinic when we need new staff. Creating a job opening is simple, and I can clearly see which stage each candidate is in.

Pros

Zoho Recruit seems well organized and makes it easier to manage candidate information in one place. Even during the trial period, it looks like a useful tool to keep resumes structured and searchable. I also like that the interface is quite clear and that it offers many features to manage the recruitment process

Cons

Since I am still testing the platform, some parts take a bit of time to fully understand. There are many features available, so the first setup can feel a little complex at the beginning. I believe it becomes easier once you start using it regularly

Positive thus far it has allowed me to be more productive and also my organizational skills have improved.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is, no nonsense functionality. Everything is conveniently in the same place.

Cons

Still improving its functionality. Still not a lot of resource tools. Need to get better versed with the newest changes and additions to AI

Overall, while it’s a solid tool, there is room for improvement in usability, scalability, and advanced reporting.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its simplicity combined with flexibility. It offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for recruiters to manage candidates, job postings, and the hiring pipeline without a steep learning curve. From a business perspective, the ability to customize workflows, fields, and automation is very useful, especially when handling diverse hiring requirements across multiple clients. The integration with other Zoho tools and email systems also helps streamline communication and keeps everything in one place. Another strong point is how it supports end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while still being cost-effective compared to many enterprise ATS platforms. Overall, it’s a practical solution for growing recruitment teams looking for structure, visibility, and efficiency without overcomplicating the process.

Cons

Lastly, for high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies, scaling workflows and managing large datasets can sometimes feel less seamless compared to more specialized enterprise ATS solutions.

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been quite positive so far. It has helped me organize my recruitment process better and made it easier to track candidates. I’m still exploring some of the features, but it’s been a good experience till now.

Pros

I really liked how simple and clean Zoho Recruit feels. It’s not overwhelming, and I was able to start using it pretty quickly. The way it organizes candidates and the hiring stages makes my day-to-day work much easier.

Cons

At times, I felt that I haven’t explored all the features yet, and some parts of the system take a bit of time to fully understand. I think with more time, it would become much smoother.

Pros

Customer support is great , they have very good training sessions which help you get onboarded easily.

Cons

pricing , for smaller organization the pricing seems very high to sustain. would like to see more economical plans for smaller org.

Once it’s set up, it does a great job of keeping candidates, roles, and client activity organized in one place. The customization is a big win because it allows us to tailor the system to how we actually work instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all process.

Pros

We’ve been using Zoho Recruit as part of our recruiting workflow, and it’s been a solid, practical tool for managing both candidates and client activity without overcomplicating things. What I like most is the flexibility. Whether you’re running contingent searches, working on project-based roles, or juggling multiple clients, Zoho Recruit lets you set things up in a way that actually matches how you work. You can customize pipelines, fields, and workflows without needing to fight the system.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, especially if you’re customizing workflows and fields. It’s flexible, which is great, but that also means it takes some time to set it up the right way.
