Great experience - really enjoy how all the features are integrated. It's a single ecosystem with many moving parts - but surprisingly easy to navigate.

Pros

It's a powerful ATS with easy job board access. I appreciate the easy navigation and the support when just starting out was helpful.

Cons

It's a comprehensive platform so they'll be a learning curve, but that's true for any ATS. I really don't have any dislikes.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has been a great addition to our hiring process. The automation features and customizable workflows have helped streamline our process and save significant time. We also appreciate the integration capabilities and responsive customer support. Overall, Zoho Recruit has improved our recruiting efficiency and organization, making it a valuable solution for growing teams.

Cons

One downside of Zoho Recruit is that some of the advanced customization and reporting features can have a learning curve, especially for new users. While the platform is feature-rich, navigating certain settings and workflows can occasionally feel less intuitive than expected.

Cons

It will be great if parsing accuracy can be improved and resume harvester can be available for naukri and linkedin for profile sourcing

Cons

Great. Various modules, settings and customizable reports are nice. It scans the resumes and adds data on its own which is nice.

Pros

Value for Money. The AI features are great. Its an Indian company understanding Indian and International Market.

Cons

Slightly complex to use. Overall its works perfect so nothing more to complain about. The flow can improve a bit.

Really enjoying the integrated ai and candidate portal. Through the website api you are able add assessments for candidates.

Pros

So far the experience has been positive. We connected the api to our website and it looks good providing the filters need for potential candidates.

Cons

The apps on the side gets confusing to understand what is included in your plan, it would be nice if greyed the ones that are not included.

Easy setup and start in the first place. I have not used it enough to give in detail descripions but it seems to meet my needs very well.

Really like it. Makes the recruitment cycle a lot easier. You should start a job board yourself with the software infrastructure you have.

Pros

I like how it connects to Job Boards and posts your jobs and brings all of those jobs into one place for review.

Cons

The setup process is long. Takes too many steps and you tend to stop and not complete. If the process can be simple it will be an improvement.
