It is always great to have peers show support and recognition, not just management. I think it is just as important! It has an easy to use platform to not only submit recognition awards but great filtering options to redeem as well. Pros So versatile. It allows so many involved in our extensive organization to recognize employees for their tremendous contributions to our operations! It shares the recognition with multiple upper management personal and allows for any additional congrats from peers on the recognition. Also appreciate that the employee can offer free gift redemptions outside of the points structure. Cons With all programs, it can take some time to build enough points from recognition to redeem. Cons I feel there should be a mechanism I could utilize if my recognition is rejected by the manager. In that case the person being recognized should at least receive a notification that the attempt to recognize was made. It is very easy and straightforward to submit other people for recognition, and spending my earned points is easy with fast shipping times. Pros I love having the ability to recognize other people for their hardwork! Cons The approval system. Each supervisor views the Workhuman rewards system differently, so some will approve submissions for a really simple tasks, while others will deny submissions for extremely helpful, big tasks that are objectively deserving of recognition.
