As someone who has never used the site before; my first time navigating was easy and stress free. Anyone would be able to use the site no matter the level of expertise on computers and be able to understand where to click to get around. Pros I like the simplicity of using Workhuman. The user display make it simple to navigate and give out appreciation points to my co-workers. I think its important for a company to have a system to show workers appreciation for all the hard work they put in. Workhuman makes this process easy enough where it will only take a few minutes to fill out the form to send out value points. Cons I don't have any specific cons but I do have one thing for improvement is the lack of options for the award reason. A few times I have ran to the issue where the 4 choices for award reason just don't make sense as to why I'm sending the receiving party point. Review Source AM Aravindakshan M. Pros It has an Innovative way to recoginize my team members. I can use specific tile and images for my appreciation messages. The option to post it Public and private helps to advertise the achievement of the team member and also to personalize. It has plenty of option to redeem the reward points and very quick in processing. The database/report helps me to understand the teams contribution towards recoginitions. This does help their moral Pros I like the seamless way the recognitions can be easily seen across the organization. It helps build engagement within my team and it has become one of my default way to reward exceptional contributions, out of the box thinking and above and beyond service. Cons You do not get a notification before your points expire. Pros It is very easy to use and streamlined. Enables us to give feedback and recognition to our coworkers and teammates. Letting them know how much their daily work is appreciated. Cons I would suggest more restaurants and lower budget options. A lot of the places with gift cards start at $50 some options for $20-$25 would be great for lunch or a self date. Not everyone spends that much at a restaurant at one time. The size of the rewards catalog and being able to search for items based on points balance - that is a very nice feature. Cons Very minor detail, but it would be nice to know up front certain reward gifts have restrictions on cashing in before they hit the cart, for example gifts that may only be redeemed on physical goods and not on gift cards and not finding out until after it hits one's cart / going thru check-out process but again this is small suggestion. Pros The variety of items available is very good. There is something for just about anyone, and the fact that the items are not generic, but good brands is very nice. Cons The expiration of points is not ideal. It would be nice for individuals to be able to hold onto points longer, or for good so that they could save for some of the larger ticket items.
