Provides notifications when certain team members haven't seen rewards for a while Cons Take too many clicks to get to the "Recognition Patterns" view that I use most often. It lets me say thank you in a formal capacity to my teammates as well as recognize those who honestly do deserve it. Pros I love that I can recognize teammates or other people in my company that have been helpful or are shining in their roles. Not to mention when someone goes out of their way to embody the company's mottos and values. Rewards are based on several factors that allows you to tailor the reward based on difficulty of the task, time involved, etc. It is easy to approve the reward so the employee receives feedback quickly. If these are already embedded in the platform, I wish they'd be better promoted so people would start using them more. Pros I love that we can encourage and recognize our peers in a way that is visible to their leaders and peers. Being able to give a shout out to their abilities and dedication to the goals of the company in this setting is amazing. Cons It seems that the upper leadership does not visit the site and comment on the great works that are done. Pros It's very simple to find coworkers in the tool and then locate an appropriate award tier to nominate them for. Transparent feedback is received when their award is acted upon which keeps you apprised on it's status. Cons I wish the service award could be converted into a eCard because personally I picked something for my 10 year anniversary reward that ended up being not as expected. Great exposure. Pros The kind of exposure and the enhancement, empowers the skillset of the employees. Cons Identifying key weaknesses and challenges at workhuman for enhancement. One of the identified weaknesses at the workhuman is the lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, leading to potential inclusion issues within the organization. I think this is a great option for companies to allow recognition amongst its employees. It offers people who may not have the largest voice or who are in positions that do not always receive recognition for their hard work to be seen and encourage them further. It helps to highlight their performance that may otherwise go unnoticed to their managers or coworkers. Pros I like being able to send thanks to my colleagues to encourage them and to thank them for all their hard work and dedication. Sometimes we forget to say thank you, especially at work, and this is a nice and meaningful way to show people you appreciate all that they've done or highlight someone's achievements! I also like that you can make your recognitions private or public depending on what you'd like to say. Cons I wish there were more gift card options when using points. It definitely has a lot of the main big ticket places, but I'd like to see a wider variety for the fashion section or a local selection for different companies. Cons The product listed in were slightly costlier than regular market (India). Also it would great if we have vouchers for commonly used ecommerce sites either Amazon (India) / Flipkart. Cons Searching for the person or people I want to recognize outside of my immediate team can be annoying, as the company I work for is decently sized so a full name is sometimes required to find the right person, which can sometimes require a little digging.
