I am able to recognize the individuals that have gone above and beyond to make an impact on move work load. Pros I do like it is a way to recognize someone and be recognized on the spot. All too often, actions are either forgotten about or not noticed by a manager when it comes time for the routine annual review process. This is a way to give someone real time feedback and even gives the ability to recognize someone outside of your typical work silo. The recognition can also have a small reward to it as well. Cons I do not like that the items they allow you to choose from are marked at an over priced monetary value. IF something retails around $100 it will cost ~$130-$150 in points. Plus I like that I can see how many I have recognized, run reports for my team on who they have recognized and the recognition they have received from others. Pros Its so easy to recognize coworkers with this tool. It gives you an opportunity to make meaningful recognition public which in turn causes others to recognize someone.
