Recently, I ordered an item through the platform but decided to cancel it after seeing some negative reviews. I called within a few hours, and Workhuman promptly assisted me in canceling the order and refunded the points without any hassle. This experience reinforced my belief that it's a fantastic platform. Pros It's an excellent platform for recognizing others, and I really enjoy using it. It truly encourages team members to appreciate one another in a fresh way and collaborate more effectively. Cons Previously, I encountered some limitations on the number of products available, and I also noticed that some items seemed overpriced when converted into points compared to their actual market value. It is fantastic and MUCH APPRECIATED. It really makes my day when I receive a BRAVO recognition as well as I enjoy sending them to deserving individuals. Pros Recognition is important for a job well done and having a tool that not only allows for verbal feedback, but a small monetary acknowledgement is fantastic. Cons I believe individuals should NOT only supply verbal feedback and recognition but also monetary too. My cons are only little compared to how great the platform is. Pros How easy it is to navigate and and how clear each section is. I think the shop my balance section in particular is great. The sections are clearly sign posted which also makes it easy to navigate Cons One slightly annoying thing is getting to the check out when you have to pay the remaining balance , you have to get all the way to the last part of the check out to see how much you have to pay using your real money which is slight tedious. Also some vouchers have different point values which is slightly confusing. lastly more diversity in the gift card vouchers, such as Sephora, Boots, Love to shop etc.. Review Source ER Eric R. Workhuman solves one of those by providing an easy-to-use platform for Peer-to-Peer and Manager-to-Peer recognitions. Cons With good workplace culture and policy, the biggest downfalls of the WeCelebrate platform can be minimized. Life events of employee can see everybody and congratulate through workhuman. Pros We value our collègues by recognizing, reinforcing and rewarding the behaviours by using Workhuman easily. This is flexible tool, and all employees can see theirs and others success, add their comments. Very easy, transparent tool. July 27, 2024 5.0 Works good, does what I need it to do and it’s easy, it say it’s a pretty good function, product or website to have. Pros I like that you have one place you can go and find so much information without having to go to other websites. Easy to use on a desktop, the mobile is ok but the desktop is better but that’s normally how it goes Cons The points system is great, but using those points to purchase things is way to high, the amount of points you have to spend to get something so basic is wild. It’s better to cash out for gift cards, that’s the only way you can get your points worth of merchandise. For an example a carpet cleaner shows to be about 2000-4500 points depending on which one you want, for 2000 points I can get a $100 Amazon gift card to buy that same carpet cleaner for $50-$70 and then buy other things as well and on Amazon there is always sales. Everyone involved wins. Pros I love the ability to categorize the positive feedback that I am leaving for a work partner, so that they know how it relates to their positive impact on the organization. I also like to be able to pull reports on inputs in many sorts (Individual or Team) Cons I wish I was able to use different colors and fonts to call out certain aspects of my message.
