From the media upload (I really like to make recognitions impactful and with a personal touch) to the ease of saving "groups". Easy to track past activity and use the balance. Great variety of products. Cons There are no things I like least, but I would suggest to have the prices reviewed for some of the products, as they do exceed a lot the market price...however, local influences may be a thing, and for that, there's always the option to exchange to e-cards. It did get disabled and had certain limitations for a long time. Pros I like that I can exchange for a variety of different things and vouchers. Sometimes you can find this you wouldn't really expect, but I tend to use points mostly for vouchers when I want new games/appliances and things. Cons My company inflates the dollar to points value a bit which is frustrating. Switched from [Prezi](https://www.capterra.com/p/140325/Prezi-Business/) Previously my company used Prezzee vouchers.
