I used it to get a replacement for damaged product I bought elsewhere and the customer service was far better than that company's. It never lets me miss someone's work anniversary because the data is already saved within the database. Pros I can send a badge from the galley as I wait for our flight to land, and my laptop is currently melti…they’re burning my legs due to the busted fan The system didn't fail when I tried entering with just my normal work email. Cons There are too many tabs in the application this creates another frustrating case. A good alternative to that could be to make it possible to redeem on temporary bank card. Cons Need to improve their customer support and if they can concentrate on the redemption of the reward points balance to exchange as gift cards without rounding up the points example, If an employee having 1020 points balance he/she could only redeem their balance by starting 300 points in 3 times, So that they will get 3 gift cards worth the balance with the left over 120 points in their wallet, instead of this if they can exchange entire reward points to gift cards it will be helpful to use convert all the points to gift card is worthy.
