The helpdesk is amazing as well...everytime we contact them for help with something...they resolve our issues & address any concerns we may have. I would highly recommend this software system to all homecare agencies. I get a call back within minutes and sometimes that is critical Pros I love the ease and being able to see where my caregivers are. When I have a call off, I can see who is available without having to go through every schedule to see who is not scheduled.
