Pros I like that ModMed looks modern and the schedule. Cons I do not like the flow of ModMed and cannot see who does what. Receptionist and Train new hires Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "User Friendly System" February 25, 2025 5.0 Experience has been great especially since we just merged from using another scheduling system. Pros How user friendly it is. I have been able to train new hires who have no medical experience due to the fact that it is such a user friendly system. Cons I don't like that the providers are in alphabetical order on the schedule. I like them to be grouped into : Doctors, PA's, NP's etc as it makes it easier for new hires to know who is who. Pros Auto posting payments of insurance ERA's Cons When an insurance check is different from the insurance listed on patient's account it still shows as if the original insurance is who paid when it was a different one. I can say that ModMed is a lot easier to use since there are pretype texts that can be selected by ticking boxes leading to easier building of chart visits.
