we use Automation any where in inventory management for reading invoices, generate invoice and drop a mail with attachment for respective clients. Excel and PDF automation

Pros

1)550+ commands for automate any task which are eligible to automation 2)Am very impressed with recorders, which getting most accuracy 3)Easy to integrate SAP using meta bot 4) They are providing different commands for respective activities with grouping for this easy to search any command that we need. 5) Different bot for different application like Task bot for simple activities,Meta bot for SAP etc,IQ bot for image reading

1)While email automation, i need to send dynamic email for customer with different emails, which allow only one mail configuration in client 2) Image recognition without IQ bot

Its a Developer Friendly RPA Tool. The Most Secured and Reliable Tool to work with for different types of business Process. Building the Bots and maintaining it using Automation Anywhere is very easy and secured. The features such as Work Queue, IQ Bots,Meta Bots are Very Impressive.

Cons

They should have implemented the small feature where Developers can see the code history of all the previous modification or check in's done for the respective Bots/Tasks in the My Tasks window.

It's been one year I am working on RPA, It is on boom right now, when I started working on RPA, I knew very few things but thereafter I got to know many new things and how easily task can be done. It helps in reducing manual hours, it has good scope on finance field as there lot of man power require for data entry, for cash posting and allocating, manual billing, invoice processing. All this are easy with RPA.

Pros

RPA provides things to be done in faster way and gives new way to technology. It Reduces manpower. It Makes the things to run fast and less chances of error. It helps in Increasing work competencies.

Cons

Still there are few things which couldn't be automated. Many tools are developed now and they are trying to make feasible but still not work on Oracle apps. Other than this no as such cons.

Automation anywhere's capability to interact with multiple platforms along with its capability of cognitive and artificial intelligence make it unique and perfect solution . Also , it helps a lot in sectors like Insurance which includes various line of businesses like policy center , claim center and billing center . It also provides bots by virtue of which platforms like salesforce , microsoft applications can be automated

Cons

Installation process can be made much simplier . I was required to go through lots of documention for the installation . A video explaining all the steps that are part of the installation process can help a lot .

Cons

Interface would been more intuitive if it's flow based(something like one of the key competition in market) and also better to have this over web instead of local installation which is a pain sometime considering complex client environments.

The found Automation Anywhere as Fast RPA tool by the point of view as RPA developer. But some time we need to add delays in the code else it failed to perform required task.

Pros

The user friendly interface and the command with description. Also the line interface make its easy for developer to get the idea of entire process in one shot. The loops are up to the mark and solve complex problem quickly.

Cons

The Xml command is not so useful when it comes to getting the value from child nodes separately. Also Excel command doesn't have the concept of data table due to this we have to iterate entire data and we con not able to find one required from all available data.

We're doing research over RPA and AAE is one of the tested suites. My company is investing on RPA research to solve business needs mostly on helpdesk and monitoring tasks.

Pros

It's very easy and intuitive to use. Installation has excellent documentation so if you run into any issues, a quick Ctrl+F on the documentation will help you sort it out. Users pick up on the suite very quickly.

Cons

It needs very powerful PCs to work. If a user has a 5th gen i5 U processor with 8gb of RAM and a regular SSD it wil barely work if the user is multitasking. If AAE people improve performance, it will be by far the best RPA suite I've tried.

Pros

This is mainly focusing on the scripting while most of the rest RPA tools engaged with the Visual treat, but its more fine to edit, understand and use it. The Meta bot and IQ bot concept is the intelligent feature that I would like to more emphasize about the Automation Anywhere.

Cons

The customer support is not fair and the community is like dead. Except these its good.

Easy to use.Provides drag and drop features.Can add other scripts by calling them using AA.Supports various technology and scripting languages

Cons

There are few bugs which need to be eliminated from the tool for more effectiveness.Few minor bugs are email retrieval command which will return response in html format no matter which response we select.

I recently worked on a thought process of automating the credit card application (prototype). Banking sectors receive hundreds of Application everyday and with RPA, a user need not spend 4-5 hours checking for the eligibility of the applicant.

Pros

The best thing about this software is the user interface. It is pretty user friendly and even a common man with the necessary IT background will be able to grasp it quickly. Other than that, it has plenty of commands which makes all the tiring Repetitive processes to be completed on a click.

Cons

The dependency between CR and client. If that could be reduced to some extent, it will be a path breaking software.

It has many features, very fast execution time and integration with other applications better than its competitors. The training courses are well explained, although the tutors are Indian and have a difficult pronunciation

Cons

Despite the infinity of functions, some are of little use and others more useful, that its competitors have already implemented, are not available. The difficulty of configuring the Control Room is very large and some training courses are outdated

I liked the possibility of integration with other softwares with Metabots which allows me to reuse then in other projects

Cons

The WorkFlow designer lacks some logic to implement a flowchart, i didn't liked it.

It's easy to create a process on Automation Anywhere. It can call a method inside a .NET DLL. A process can be seen as english sentences. So, you can understand a process easily.

Cons

OCR feature is not good. Automation Anywhere RPA can not provide a world-wide certification. It does not have any AI feature.

since it has a quite different IDE for development purposes, it is an easy-to-use tool and very intuitive for those who are starting on the world of automation. Easy learning curve tool to create really impresive automation with hand to the outcomes.

Cons

Maybe the interface is kind of old-fashioned and too tight the space between the activities, this is only a visual thing from my perspective.

Extensibility through Metabots is a key to this product: this way you can expand the already broad command library with software you design, or DLLs to interface with know or new programs, such as SAP.

Cons

OCR capabilities are not on par with the quality of the rest. Also, a better interface with RDP systems would be nice to interface with old legacy systems (or a small cliente to install in thos legacy machines)
