We're mid-way through implementation and our implementation manager has been helpful. Cons Because the system is able to hold so much data, it's not as easy for users to navigate as other systems I've used in the past. They listen a lot and the customer service is better than some of the big providers. However, as we grew we ended up overgrowing the system and some processes, reporting, integrations, etc became difficult to handle.
