I love Cezanne, overall they think outside the box with things, take onboard all suggestions and respond so quickly whenever you have an issue or problem you can't solve(normally user error on my end). We have a new account manager now, but our account manager was wonderful and will always keep us up to date with anything we need to know

Pros

The ability to personalise and utilise different sections of the system and add them on if we find we need the additional modules. The LMS alongside this also looks fabulous and I can't wait for us to be able to sign up. It's a 1 stop shop for everything.

Cons

The searches section, I would like to be able to customise my searches in any way I want too.

CezanneHR has helped to reduce the HR admin work significantly. There are so many helpful processed and features, such as onboarding checklists, sending reminders in document tracking, performance review forms and many more. Once you get used to the system our processes are better streamlined. The implementation specialists are amazing! \[sensitive content hidden\] always ensures she fully understands how we as a company have used Cezanne to work for us and she always thinks of everything.

Pros

My favorite modules of Cezanne are the Pulse Surveys & Onboarding.

Cons

The only thing I would say they could improve on, is having a helpline number to be able to help with queries straight away.

We have had Cezanne since 2018. We have teams in UK, Lithuania, Netherlands and Scandinavia and all our employees are within Cezanne. This makes it easy for us to have the information at our finger tips. We have grown considerably since implementing Cezanne and it has grown with us. The development of the system is continuous and the support team are very supportive of our needs and will work with us to find the best solution.

Pros

We like the fact that Cezanne can be set up and designed in a bespoke way, so that it supports how your business is set up. we also like the fact that we have used the system to automate a lot of manual processes such as our appraisal, exit interviews, probationary reviews etc.

Cons

The reporting. Its doesn't have the best reporting capabilities, but the good thing is that it is always improving. Reporting in HR is critical, so this is the one area I would like to see more improvements in.

I enjoy Cezanne overall, and really appreciate the support of our implementation team, \[sensitive content hidden\] - that's a big part of the experience for me. There are definitely things that could be improved, based on experience of using other HRIS over time, but hopefully this feedback can continue to be worked on over time. I think we are yet to feel the full benefit of it, as we are still building and optimising, but would like to think in 12 months, this would be significant.

Pros

The bespoke options, being able to make it on-brand and represent our business. The overall core people module. The dashboards and ease of changing these regularly (although would love it if moving widgets around was easier and more flexible). I love that it has an app, but would also love to see the app developed to match the desktop experience, in terms of branding and functionality.

Cons

The process flows/notifications and the complexities around this, even more so when linked to forms. I dislike that this feels like a onerous task every time it needs doing, and makes me avoid using Cezanne for this purpose. it would be great if it could be streamlined.

### "Good option for a People/HR Platform."

My overall experience has been great. The account manager is good, and the team in general are really nice.

Pros

It's a simple but effective platform for managing our People operations. The support is responsive, and the platform uptime is excellent. They are building out different integrations with different systems, and their "recent" managed payroll service is making a difference for us. Great system.

Cons

My only issue is that the customisation options are fixed, but that's with most cloud-based systems and requesting feature changes, which is a simple process that will take a while to implement.

Cezanne have provided a truly exceptional customer experience. We have had an amazing team of professionals working with us right from sourcing this product through to our launches for both HR and then Payroll and beyond. They have always been responsive to queries, extremely supportive in the training ready for implementation and their aftercare support. They have all gone above and beyond in equipping us with the knowledge, information and also confidence enabling a smooth and seamless transition from one provider to another. The positive feedback from our employees speaks volumes and supports how user friendly Cezanne is. This change has been easily embraced and welcomed by our Company due to the product itself but also the people at Cezanne who have worked with us to support this.

Pros

How bespoke the system is especially in tailoring security roles and profiles in addition to exceptional functionality across the board and the excellent customer service.

Cons

There isn't anything we don't like although a few enhancements would support the end user further e.g. availability of payslips on the app

Implementation was relatively smooth, although there were some gremlins that appeared once the implementation process had finished, and some of our processes needed completely overhauled to work with the new system. However once we did this, and everyone got a better understanding of how to use the system to our advantage it does work well

Pros

The self service element of the system works very well, allowing our employees to make sure there details are all up to date and it allows them to check what information we have used before querying.

Cons

The date driven nature of the system is totally different to the way that our HR software worked, which meant that implementation of automation from the scheduled reports was more complicated than it seemed initially

Pros

I really liked how user-friendly and intuitive the interface is. It’s easy to navigate even for those who aren't super tech-savvy. The system is also highly configurable, which made it simple to tailor to our specific HR processes. Plus, features like absence management and performance reviews were streamlined and saved a lot of admin time. The customer support/AI chatbot is also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

One thing I found a bit frustrating was that some of the more advanced features required additional configuration, which could take a bit of time to fully set up, such as the old recruitment module. Further, the reporting features, could benefit from more flexibility in terms of custom report creation.

Our implementation manager was a true partner—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to understanding our unique needs. They turned potential challenges into opportunities, ensuring the system aligned perfectly with our workflows and culture.

Cons

While our experience with Cezanne has been overwhelmingly positive, we’ve noted a few opportunities to refine the system further: While basic reporting is strong, we’d love more drag-and-drop customization for ad-hoc reports. Employees love the Home Hub, but some mention notification fatigue. While we’ve tailored the appraisal process brilliantly, adding more dynamic goal-tracking visuals (e.g., progress bars, milestone celebrations) could boost manager/employee motivation.

Pros

The easy of use, both from an admin point of view and also for users. Also being able to add modules over time. Support - emails are responded to very quickly and guidance is clear

Cons

Analytic reporting is not easy to use when wanting different criteria Account management support - We use to have good contact with our account manager (\[sensitive content hidden\]). I've been told this has changed to \[sensitive content hidden\] and I've emailed for assistance, but I've not received any response even though I've chased.

Overall, CezanneHR and all associated modules have been a breath of fresh air and make our People & Talent function much more effective in their efforts to support favourable business outcomes - we are all excited about the implementation of Occupop and look forward to continuing to partner with Cezanne for many years to come!

Pros

The customisable nature of the functionality across the modules allows for a bespoke feel from an out-of-the-box product. Each module communicates instinctively, reducing administration time and improving user experience. Equally, our interactions with the Cezanne team have been nothing but positive and it's that human element that really helps new users buy-in when introduced to the system and the wider support network available.

Cons

This is somewhat of a dubious "Con", but from my own experience there can be so many different fields and sub-headings that the amount of information stored can be difficult to navigate quickly - as an example, finding annual leave remaining is behind multiple menus and there is an abundance of data/info which can be "noisy" when looking for something specific.

Overall I have used Cezanne for over 10 years now and was an early adopter of the system. You must be doing something right!

Pros

I like the simplicity of the system and how clean the UI is and easy to use. I like that the system continues to evolve. The service we receive from the helpdesk are very good and answering timely.

Cons

It is set up for full time employees and we have constant problems with part timers and some of the ways you need to treat them differently. For example, we have a part timer and we cannot reflect her annual pro-rated salary correctly. Getting reports from the system can be difficult to understand.

Pros

I think for employees, it's a great portal that gives easy access to everything they need.

It has been good so far, there has been very little issues. The app is user friendly and makes access very simple and easy for older employees in our organisation. It makes the HR function a lot easier.

Pros

I like the array of different functions that it has. From a HR pov there is a lot of reports that we can pull that give good insights into the working of our organisation.

Cons

Sometimes the amount of functions available can be overwhelming but this is hardly a negative.

Cons

Report pulling can sometimes be difficult to find the correct way of pulling which report you want from the categories. Also i feel sometimes things are over complicated, and there's niche aspects that need to be remembered to successfully manage the HRIS
