EASY TO USE, UNDERSTAND. ALWAYS SOLVES ISSUES FAST AND COMPLETE, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ADDED REGULARLY, ADVANCE INFORMATION ON UPCOMING CHANGES AND ADDITIONS MAKES IT EASY TO STAY UP WITH FRESH IDEAS.

INVENTORY REPORTS COULD BE MORE COMPACT, AND EASIER TO RENUMBER PARTS BINS. MOVING INVENTORY, PHYSICAL, WOULD BE EASIER TO ACCOMPLISH IF BULK CHANGES WERE POSSIBLE

So Far So Good; \[sensitive content hidden\] has help tremendously with that; like I said before, he has helped us through our issues.

Pros

Customer Support: We have had some issues with the start up with the RTA software; we have transitioned through a couple support specialists with No Avail. We where then introduced to \[sensitive content hidden\]; he has been a HUGE Help working through our issues and helping us Better Understand RTA.

Cons

Bugs and Issues: seems to be quite the long process in getting an issue fixed, and then it needs to be prioritized.

Pros

RTA captured all the different elements of fleet that are crucial to track for any fleet Manager. Fleet360 is easy to use and navigate for work orders, assets, parts, and other KPIs.

Cons

The transition and getting everything to work together. Working with multiple companies to get all our fleet information on one page has been a cumbersome experience.

Been great . Been using RTA classic for 19 years and have never had an issue . I really like the new features and updates 360 offers that classic doesn’t have

The attention to detail when integrating 360 with classic to make transition seem less and moving into the future

Cons

Nothing Rta is very user friendly and a great tool for shop/fleet management 360 seems to be a even better way for time management

Overall, I enjoy the system, its rather easy to use, easy to search records and update as needed.

Pros

The overall ability to track Maintenace records for my fleet. The ease in use regarding MTRI codes and the fact I don't have to create a new work order when I need to amend one.

Cons

The inability to deactivate assets without deleting them, and they continue to show during reports.

Pros

They have the ability to track a large amount of data with the overall number of features, if they worked properly.

Cons

The hundreds of features are all half finished, or not available on all of the platforms RTA works on. Everything operates off their 40 year old "classic" version so new features have to fit that format. Very slow to stay up to date.

We have been able to manage parts inventory and warranty tracking better than ever before.

Pros

RTA not only manages work orders and general fleet maintenance, but also part/vehicle warranty, tires and much more. The parts system can learn what parts are commonly used on vehicles and recommend those parts when posting to a work order.

Cons

The software is huge and the user interface isn't easy to learn. It takes a lot of training for mechanics and techs to become fluent.
