Pros

As an owner who sits on the board and does not operate the business day to day, I do not actively use Continulink, but the team uses it and provides insights and reports from it.

Cons

The initial implementation of Continulink was not good, which has made it difficult ongoing.

We had some issues when we first started using ContinuLink, the support team has been amazing with helping us navigate the system

Everything is done within one system. Everything is generated with the schedule

From a clinical standpoint, documentation is a little difficult to navigate

I have been a consultant for over 20 years, a state and accreditation survey for 10 years and a monitor for the OIG for over 4 years and have used numerous EMRs. This was is one of the most difficult to navigate and does not promote compliance with the regulations. It is time consuming to use and causes much angst from scheduling, clinical to billing. This review is being written to help consumers that may be swayed by the positive reviews that are quite old.

Pros

Please note most of the positive reviews are old.

Cons

Continulink is not easy to use and does not promote compliance of an agency. Customer service is not helpful. Training which is often recommended when asking for help is an extra fee.

I appreciate how there are so many different reports you can run to find the information you need.

Cons

I dislike the way the schedule calendar is set up. I wish it was more user friendly to navigate through client and caregiver shifts.
