The ease of use is perfect for small and large Chambers. Pros Chambermaster is an industry must-have! Everything you need to run a Chamber of Commerce is available to you with this product. It is easy to learn and provides customizable options for your individual needs. Cons The newsletter feature. I wish there were more editing capabilities. Setting up an event is awesome, you can create a guest list, sponsorship goals, attendance goals, you can even create and invitation and send it out all in the same place. Cons Pros and cons are kind of like a double edged sword with GZ there are so many different ways to do things and so many options that taking the time to learn them all are a must, otherwise you'd be missing out on a lot of great features. That part has been fairly smooth. Cons The software almost has too many features and functions. Setting up events can be tedious and tricky if you don't check all the right boxes. We've only scratched the surface of what the platform can do but it's fairly overwhelming. And the answer always seems to be "watch this wiki video and good luck". Review Source CC Curtis C. Pros Growth Zone links together every aspect of our Association. Makes billing easy and can even update our website right thru Growth Zone. Pros I am certain that I use only 5% of what this software is capable of and that's on me. I need more training. I like that I know which emails are "rejected" allowing me to easily clean up membership lists. Cons To date, I only use GZ for emailing my members. The emailing capabilities needs improvement - show us what the current font and size of the email content is instead of having to hunt and peck to find. When the going gets tough the customer support has been outstanding. I use the chat resource quite often and have my questions resolved quickly and with thorough understanding. I also appreciate the follow-up email that allows me to go back to the information if I need it. Pros Customer Support is excellent!! Cons There are not always simple ways to do simple tasks such as a query of members or running reports with specific data.
