The product is very robust, but not entirely intuitive. It does some things very well and is great but at the same time there are legacy snafus that prove to be frustrating. The training was great and the customer service is fabulous. There are plenty of webinars and tutorials but the customer service is only an email away. Cons You cannot see the type of product that the charge is for - for example - if its new member, renewal or admin fee etc...you have to have a separate program or spreadsheet for that. I have not been aware of any complaints of the families that I work with. I appreciate that MemberZone allows us to use less paper and get quicker responses than if we used traditional paper mail in registrations.
