The core system is rock-solid and intuitive: inventory, order routing, picking, packing, and shipping work exactly the way high-volume businesses need them to. We like it and we have built multiple tools that complete the native features. Pros The API is good and does most of the necessary things. It’s clean, well-documented, and reliable enough for real-time syncs, letting us build custom tools and solid integrations on top of it for our clients. Cons Many features available in the GUI are lacking in the API, so you have to come up with clever ways of dealing with it and learn the quirks to overcome them.
